Late order and still delivery driver couldn’t not find my door

first time I've ordered from here, the pizza is amazing, fresh and super quick delivery time. definitely going to be my go to pizza place from now 😋

Unfortunately my order was late by 20mins, and my notes on the order had been totally ignored. Anyway the food was great.

Burger was not gourmet, it was over cooked and dry. Beware to those who build their own burger. You'll get sauce+salad in your burger with the toppings you select. My fiance was not happy as he specifically didn't want that which is why we built one.

Lasagna is really nice. Garlic bread has nice amount of spice on it. Overall really good. Would definitely recommend.

very dry burger and hard chips

Nice portion of curly and chicken . I ordered create your own gourmet burger which I picked 2 bacon, onion rings and mushrooms. They sent me one with cheese and salad which I didn’t even pick and im lactose intolerant

Very friendly and considerate, our food arrived quickly very nice big portion sizes especially the cheesy chips, and the chicken strips and jalapeno cheese bites are amazing very tasty! Your burgers are very good quality and very filling. Thank you very much I will definitely be coming back

Ordered early for a specific time, they updated the app to say it was delivered when it wasn't, then when queried updated to say it would be half an hour late. That passed and chase again for it to be updated to being another 15 minutes.

Great food love the variety of choice

Was 30 mins late burger was average at very best. Wedges were over cooked and onion rings were soggy. Very Poor

Worst place.i ordered food and the deliver timing was 11:55 pm and now it's 1:15 am still waiting for food and when tried calling in store 20 times there was a tape saying cant pick up call rn.so why you have given store number for if you can't pick up the call.disgusting experience if you didn't want to deliver why you accepting the order and let me wait for long hours. Never gonna order from here again

Ordered food from here a few times. Each time hoping they would get the order right. Never had 1 order completely correct. Tonight's order was the worst. 3 out of 4 burgers without Avocado (extra item charged) All the burgers were really dry. We got wedges instead of curly fries. The driver was told that the shop had tried to call us to let us know they were out of stock but we didn't answer. Lies. No missed calls at all. We were offered free fries on our next order but I think we are finally done with this place.

The quality of the food is disgusting, the preparation is the same, all the food that was ordered was overcooked and impossible to eat. Worst experience

the burgers taste great, if you like proper thinitalin style pizza then this is your place great tasing not greasy. the calzone also tastes great we have not had a bad experience when ordering from here 5*

Burger was excellent. The sides were not as good as previously - curly fries were a bit chewy and didn't taste fresh. The calamari was very hard/chewy and a little bit greasy. Wings were good although don't look anything like the image on the Just Eat site (doesn't show crumb/coating).

The food was delivered late with needing to chase this once later before getting an update. A free drink was included, but the burger that should have been a bacon and blue cheese burger, was just a regular burger. First time ordering from the location due to a promotion and hard to see me going back again, not a huge issue but lots of competition around that can do it better.

We everytime ordering the same burgers and they neven been spicy..this time they are spicy,my little kids cannot eat them…i guess workers mixed meat or sauce..please be more carefull next time

Everything was actually very very nice but it was when I opened the lasagne I quite literally threw in the bin because nahhhhhhhhhhh I’m good , other than that the chicken wings and burger was 10/10

Chips were descent, strips crispy but burger was a letdown, beef tasted like cardboard tbh and bacon wasnt crispy at all

Sauce was missing from one burger and there was salad and tomato in my burger that wasn't asked for. Can't drink freebie as I'm diabetic.

portions were great, family loved the portion of cheesy chips more than enough for 2 sharing, Driver was friendly and helpful and found us easily enough. Will definitely order from them again 😀

Our order was late, but the food and service more than made up for it! I was told the manager himself made the delivery, apologized for being late, and even threw in a drink and dessert for us! I greatly appreciate the extra mile in effort made for our service, and will definitely order again. Thank you!

Portion sizes are really good, the food was late and we received a rude abrupt phone call from the shop, literally just saying “he’s outside” had no idea who was calling 🙄 - The food was ok, the chips were quite soggy and not crispy or fresh tasing. Probably won’t order here again - food was ok, nothing great.

I don't think I live too far away? Maps says its around 10 minutes. Yet every time it turns up it is on the wrong side of cold. I thought it might just be a one off. But I've never had a deliver that has turned up warm. Think that will be it now, enough chances have been given.

We had a delivered takeaway last night, the food was great.

Delivery was half an hour late despite ordering 2.5 hours on advance. Food was good.

Food was great, garlic sauce on the pizza was delicious

Whilst the food is quite good the delivery was terrible

Ordered our first takeaway and was really impressed. Food was on time, hot, the delivery driver was very polite and the food was excellent. Will definitely be ordering again.

Hung up on multiple times. Told food was arriving in 2-3mins which changed to 10 after we called a 5th time. When it finally arrived it was cold.

Awful service, rang the restaurant because the food had been reported delivered on just eat but had not arrived. Was told that the food would be with us in 2-3mins, waited another 20mins and called again, was hung up on three times trying to find out where our food was to be told it would now be 10mins. Waited again and called again, constantly being hung up on and told if we just came in they would make the order right. Surely if we asked for a home delivery that is what we should be getting. The food finally arrived and it was stone cold.

Ordered a make your own burger, which they got the ingredients wrong! Rang the shop at 16.45pm to tell them & was informed they would get another one out, its now 19.40pm almost 1 1/2 hrs & still nothing, also call wasn't resolved & I was cut off, have tried ringing them several times since & not answering my calls. Steer clear if they mess up, they will keep your money & not sort out the issue, would not recommend or use again

Order was delivered in the time window but only just. As a result the food was only lukewarm. The quality of the food was otherwise really good and would have been much nicer if it was warmer. I’m not sure if this was due to the restaurant being too far away or if the driver had trouble finding our house as this was the first time we have used just eat. The driver was friendly

I bought 4 burgers cost me £30 and they were all cold, my family was not impressed.Will go else where next time. Poor and unsatisfactory.

I had a Texas original burger and the meat and just overall flavour and textures was incredible.

Quite possibly the best takeaway pizza I've ever had. Will definitely be ordering again.

Burgers were delicious, the descriptions on the menu need more detail however. My partner doesn't eat cheese, and the create your own burger and potato skins with choose your own toppings both came with cheese without saying so anywhere.

Chicken wings were all with black charing on one side. Burger stated it was with avocado but no sign of any in the Burger that was delivered.

My order was mixed up but the nice attendant was happy to offer me compensation for their mistake other than that awesome customer support and good quality food service.
