Booked for 12.30pm for lunch. After 40 minutes, we were told that they had just put the oven on. We waited an hour for the food. Chicken Tikka Massala. Came out first. Waited another 15 mins for the Steak. Naan bread, was rock hard. Got a second one. Was told that there are 2 trainee chefs working. There was another family whose wasn't right either. Worst meal in a long time and wasn't enough either. Staff just not prepared, plus it was so cold in the pub. Staff always apologising.

Sadly this place is no longer the drinker friendly no kids pub it once was. They have employed kids entertainment and put the beer price through the roof(about the most expensive place I tried in mablethorpe) For the discerning boozer your better off in the club in town. Seems that blue anchor has taken over so that explains the new money grabbing kids policy and bankruptcy prices. Just out the top of the road you can see dreams or even better is the Victoria guest house down high street.just done me £5.80 for a pint.grim poo pub

Terrible Experience - No Customer Service and Zero Care for Customers I’ve had enough with Domino’s. They are clearly only interested in growing their business and making money, and not at all focused on providing any form of decent customer service. I’ve had multiple issues with them recently, and every time, it’s the same story: rude staff, slow responses, and zero effort to resolve even the simplest requests. It’s beyond frustrating trying to get basic help—whether it’s about an incorrect order, a missing item, or just a simple question. Their customer service is nonexistent, and it seems like they couldn’t care less. I’ve reached out to them multiple times, only to be ignored or brushed off. It’s clear that they’re more interested in hitting targets than actually taking care of their customers. I’m done with Domino’s. They don’t value their customers, and it shows in every aspect of their service. If you want a smooth and hassle-free experience, look elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money here. They’ve lost a loyal customer Let’s not get into about lying to customers about the prices and promotions!!!!!!!

Been going here for decades, it's always been a bit hit and miss, excellent on a good day, but with other visits being poor. Latest was a couple of weeks ago, with my elderly mother. Her "regular" haddock and chips was OK, but my "jumbo" haddock was horrible - tasted wrong, smelt "off", and wasn't properly cooked (could definitely have done with another minute in the frier). My mother recently had her cataracts done, and can now see properly again. Her parting shot on leaving what has been one of her favourite places for 50 years was "the whole place could do with a bit of a deep clean". I'd second that - and a bit more investment, too. Won't be returning for a while.

So unreliable, if the shops not open then the site still lets you order food and takes your money! Phones never on, facebooks never updated, it’s a shame because the foods good, but this business is so unreliable. What a waste. Such a shame. Won’t even try ordering again as once again the phones off and the websites down! Rubbish.

I’ve popped into Cooplands in Coningsby a few times now and unfortunately haven’t had the best experience. The staff always come across as a bit unfriendly, and on my last visit, the Cornish pasty I bought was stone cold. When I asked if they could warm it up, I was told they’re not allowed to, which is disappointing for a bakery. What actually prompted me to leave this review is seeing someone from a local holiday park raving about how great this place is – maybe I’ve just been unlucky with timing. I’m more than happy to return and give it another try, and if it lives up to the praise, I’ll do a proper review on my YouTube channel, Southerners on Tour.

The girl who was serving this evening wants a medal. She had a very awkward family of 5 in front of my partner & she kept her cool. She kept apologising for the long wait but that wasn’t a problem. She said she’d been called all sorts today, I’m sorry but there’s no need for it, be kind, they’re only doing their job!

Ordered 2 all day Breakfasts, 2 cakes and 2 coffees. The Breakfast was perfect, cooked to perfection with all quality ingredients. The cakes were fresh and delicious as were the coffees. Shame it’s not local to us. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I don’t think this place has seen a hoover or a duster since the 1960’s it was absolutely filthy! Scampi n chips were hard and crispy! The pubs dog was beautiful and very friendly, bar staff friendly what a shame about the cleanliness of this place! I refused to eat it was my husband that did!

What a fabulous place to eat! Myself and 2 of my children had a walk along the old Railway track and wanted a place to eat. We saw this as we parked up, I was aware of the premises in its previous guise as The Railway Tavern but they've done a wonderful job of the transformation. Food was tasty Service was excellent Staff were friendly Cost was very reasonable I've told everyone I've seen today that they should try it if they're in the Woodhall Spa area
