The best restaurants in East Lindsey East Midlands

Have always used this chippy when in skegness and has been good but this time it's changed. I ordered large cod and chips the wife had mini fish and chips we had 2 hot drinks total £19.00 my fish was no bigger than the mini and mostly batter I used to recommend this place not anymore what a shame.

Going down the pan this place or not bothered,had a takeaway on the 22nd of March. The onion bhaji starter just came with the bhaji and nothing else (salad + dip etc) chicken jalfreze had lamb in it . One word CRAP

Nice and polite staff, clean and tidy

We’d just moved to the area and needed somewhere to stay before our furniture arrived. The Vine was just a short walk from our new home — the room was spotless and really comfy. Perfect for a one-night stay!

Just had some food from there today.My favourite item was the cheese & onion fryit.Mate that was banging better than the shop bought ones.(It looked shop made).

We’ve visited The Lakes a few times recently. The food is beautiful and really well cooked. Service is also fantastic. My daughter is lactose intolerant tolerant and the staff are great with her making sure that she has something she can enjoy. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It’s also really good value for money.

I am not one to write a review probably one of the first I’ve ever wrote but taking my time out to save someone else money do NOT eat from here egg fried rice disgusting chow mein disgusting (don’t even know how it’s possible when there all normally nice ) also put prawns in my special curry after saying no prawns and him repeating back to me no prawns if you read this and but you’ll realise your crazy when you eat it never again and for the good reviews I don’t know what food you’ve been eating 0 star if possible

It was an awesome restaurant the food is lovely Very family oriented but haven't been since July 2024 and has been taken over now. So not sure if quality is the same although for me I wasn't a fan of the roast potatoes and still not a fan. but I love the curry sauce on my chips but is a lot spicer now then it was. But for me this is just my personal opinion

Went for the Sunday carvery Staff were very friendly and welcoming Interior was spotlessly clean and food was superb great hospitality and value for money the meat was excellent and plenty of it best gravy I’ve had in a long time good selection of fresh veg faultless

Lovely warm welcome on arrival, didn't have to wait long for our order to be taken. Lovely local produce which was cooked beautifully. The portions were huge and the price was so reasonable. The homemade brownies and cakes looked amazing! My daughter's both got a brownie to take away and said they were the best brownies they had ever tasted. If I am ever in the area again will definitely be back!!

I was in Garrison's tonight and barman Luke served me he was amazing he could help me enough we had chat about the amazing Guinness he got me a pint ready when I wanted I wish a lot of people was like him around the area people would love it Garrison's amazing bar gat down there. Also I was in the bar at lunch time the bar staff Kieren was behind the bar he was amazing chatting that much I stayed for three more pints, if you not been in this bar it's brilliant empty or full because you will always get great service. I feel that the bar would be good having 0 Guinness I rarely hope they start with a few beers then see how it goes
