First time we’ve used Golden Dragon. Food was really good and at good price. Would definitely use again

Got to my holiday resort and was to tired to cook. So I searched for a local chinese. I'm really funny with order from new places so looked through to reviews etc. I ordered and omgoodness it was so nice, I'd even say best I had in a few years. I'm upset it's not open Tuesday 🤣😂. Definitely will be ordering again before going home. Staff was so amazing, delivered with care and manner came all the way to my caravan. Absolutely 20/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Oh the kids demolished it aswell. 🤣😂

Fantastic food, only thing to point out is there was no pork or beef in the wandering dragon. Other than that absolutely fantastic food

This by far the best Chinese takeaway away I have ever been to. I have even stopped going to my nearby Chinese at home, chips are excellent, portions are of a good size and good always hot, even at peak times in the middle of the season waits of over half an hour are very rare, definitely recommended, I suppose my only moan is that the menu could be a little larger especially starters.

We had a few starters and roast duck dishes. All was very fresh and tasty. Highly recommend

First time ordering from here pleasant lady on the phone when ordering and picking food up prawn toast yeung chow fried rice and King prawn and pineapple with added ginger couldn't fault anything

Food was good as usual however the wait tonight was very long which we were expecting as it’s a weekend/summer hols. We were told on the phone 50 minutes, turned up after an hour and had to wait for another 50/60 minutes before our food was ready, please tell accurate times on the phone or call back if it’s going to be longer than first said

Ordered food, 2 hours and half later had to ring still had not left, ended up going macies, never again

Very polite on the phone. Quick delivery. Hubby had crispy chicken balls and egg fried rice which he said was okay but not as nice as back home. I had the salt and pepper box. Unfortunately I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

Firstly staff are lovely and very helpful and polite. Our food was very tasty and portion size was perfect. Best Chinese in chapel. Would definitely eat here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We didn't enjoy our food. Personally I think it is because I am just used to my Chinese takeaway back home, but we have eaten here a few times in the past and it is usually OK. Possibly, because a new takeaway has opened a couple of doors away and they seemed to be very busy with orders that standards have slipped.

Now it's got popular it never answers the phone

I have used this Chinese now for over 3 years and it's still the best, nothing is too much for them to do. The staff are awesome and friendly Keep up the good work and service

First time to Chapel St Leonards only here for 4 nights tried Golden Dragon based on good reviews,they were not wrong,fabulous food,good price,very friendly lady,will be back again b4 we go home.

The food was 5 star 👌 all the meat in the dishes we had were cooked from fresh it literally melted in my mouth. We come here everytime were in the area and it never dissapoints. Service was quick and on time. And the girl serving was friendly and polite. Best Chinese takeway in Skegness.

Curry sauce was a bit too runny and onions needed cooking a bit longer but other than this we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Visited on a recommendation and will happily use it again. The chicken curry with egg-fried rice was lovely, with loads of chicken and a curry sauce that didn't over-power the rest of the meal. Also, the mini Spring Rolls were bite-sized and not 'swimming in grease', so easily handled and delicious. In addition, the Sesame Prawn Toast was probably the best I've ever tasted and cut into conveniently handled pieces.

Great food here, been using this Chinese for a few years now. We have tried many dishes and everything we have had has been lovely. Would recommend to anyone. We love the hot and sour soup, it's so nice as a starter.

We travelled from Newcastle to Chapel last year for 5 days on holiday and had a meal from here twice in that time. We both agree that this is the best Chinese takeaway we've had for a long time. From the friendly lady who served us to the fantastic food we received was just brilliant. We're going back to chapel soon and I'm looking forward to having another couple of meals from here again. Great value for money too. Can't wait.

Decent enough meal, although not blown away. Easy to order via phone call, however, it's cash only and no delivery. The jury is out on if I'd go again.

Ordered 2 beef curries , got beef with noodles instead, very disappointed some poxy tiny little rib wasn't worth the money

Good food & portion sizes. Reasonable prices, wish the pots of sauce were a bit cheaper as usually only want a small amount to dip chips in etc but a pot is £2+. Always piping hot and if you call through first it’s ready in 20 mins.

Very decent Chinese!!! Would defo order again. Stayed in a caravan for the week at waterside leisure park anchor lane. There were 4 of us. We ordered beef curry, special curry, special chow mien, chicken and mushroom in black bean, salt and pepper chicken, egg fried rice, boiled rice, chips, salt and pepper chips which was £36. We got free prawn crackers. We ordered for collection. They said 30mins. To get there it was a 8min drive. It was lovely. Wasn’t greasy, wasn’t too salty, meat were soft. Only 2 downfalls we can think of is the portion size.. not as big as we expected and we only got prawn crackers for free. Back home they normally throw in something like, spring rolls. But.. it was very nice and we enjoyed it and ate every mouthful! Thanks!

we ordered crispy shredded chicken in cantonese sauce. egg fried rice.chips and prawn crackers on a Wednesday at 5pm for collection. Beautiful meal .5 min ride back in car and the meal was still hot ..not spicy hot ..friendly staff

Order was easy and staff good Then the food was very bland the rice smelt off and the chow mein is very poor Satay pork was the only dish ok Chicken nuggets and chips so bad the chips was so dry no potato inside like they have been cooked 5 times Very disappointed

The food was alright, however the salt and pepper chips was far too spicy, to the point all four of us struggled to eat them. Usually I get the salt and pepper chips from the Chinese and never had this issue. The prawn toast was very greasy and the chicken balls were soggy. The Chicken chow mein dish was lovely. The staff was lovely and communicated well. The food was also ready to be collected quite fast. It wasn’t the best Chinese, but it wasn’t the worst.

Very good takeaway. Singapore chow mein was nice. Busy outside for parking at tea time.

I stay in ingoldmells, but drive to this Chinese. By far the best in the area, never had a bad meal here. The gentleman on the counter is also very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Went here a few nights ago, friendly extrovert Oriental man behind the counter. Chicken fried rice (plenty of meat), pancake rolls (reasonably substantial even though only the starter sized ones) and salt and pepper king prawns which my wife said were the best she’s had for a while (high praise indeed). Our ‘go to’ Chinese place in this area for sure.

Prices are good and food is done nicely. You get deals with different serving sizes which is nice. They are normally quite quick at making the food and the people are nice there. I personally have had no issues here except they sometimes get the order wrong when you ring up but nothing too major just if you don't want bean sprouts or onions they can sometimes keep them in. Other than that there's no issue that I have seen.

Very greasy. Batter on prawns half cooked. Szechuan just tasted like prawns in gravy. Not worth the money, threw half away. If you're looking for a good Chinese this isn't the place.

Standard Chinese take away, nothing out of the ordinary

i always go to my favourite Chinese back home and on visiting Butlins I needed something decent to eat and this place compared to my favourite Chinese. Could not fault the beef satay. Really nice

Always tasty and usually ready within about 20-30 minutes.

Good food. Reasonable price. Open all year. Canaan over the road however is awful.
