Domino's Pizza - Skegness in East Lindsey

Poor customer skills, made yourself look daft when stating i WILL order your way. Then went through the crusts and then have to tell me that I cant have stuffed crust on the size I've ordered. Ordering your way didn't quite work out did it. I'd been out working since 2am and came to you at 620pm with another job to do till 10pm then drive back to lincoln. So a bit of shitty attitude and a dead atmosphere means I'm out,and will use local kebab houses if the need arises again.

It's Domino's you know what you are getting I love the pizza, this store has seating was well kept and had bathrooms etc and the staff were friendly. I ordered on the app and food was ready on time as I picked it up.

Got told food would be 10 minutes took 45 when tried to complain a member of staff wanted to fight but wouldn’t come outside then when got food it was burnt shocking never will I go there again

Pizza was to the usual standard as expected. Staff was non-existent to busy chatting out the back.

Staying locally and called in . Takeaway had tables so you could eat in, although we were taking away the shop was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful here I am adding this review. Ordered via the app, pizza was still hot when we got back to our caravan site.

Was on a lunch break, and the guy serving made my order quickly so that I made it back to work on time!! Lunchtime deals are great value!

The worst dominoes pizza we’ve ever had. Thought having dominoes would be standard a safe bet after travelling. Something easy. Oh no minimal amount of toppings hardly any cheese. Could hardly tell 2 different pizzas apart. Dough under cooked. Awful.

Late at night collection, normally do afternoon and sit in or have home delivery, but collected after night out, wasn't as nice a normal, pizzas were quite dry, garlic bread looked like it was slapped together, potato wedges were not as good as normal and didn't seem the usual amount in the box, also had cinnamon rolls with milk chocolate and 3 of the rolls had no chocolate on them and to be honest looked like they had been on the box a while, not good at all, lesson learnt..... do not go for a collection 30 mins of them closing.

It was amazing definitely recommend delivery was fast and the pizza was amazing very fresh just like we was there and it was brought straight out the oven

Just had dominos delivered and the service was very fast, I'm very disappointed in the cheeseburger loaded fries, fries tasted like oven chips and there was no burger sauce on them. Other than that was hot and nice

Worst ever service, no cash allowed which is legal tender, then the supervisor tried chatting my 15 year old daughter up after squaring up to me.

Best pizzas in area. Service is usually good but sometimes the online order just doesn't reach them! I only get the offers, because their 'normal' price is the same as going to a fancy restaurant and being served - (a bit high!) 😮

Beautiful food best in skegness if ur in skegness and u love Chinese food this is the place to go its clean and the food is all cooked fresh

Food was amazing piping hot and they didn't have any coleslaw in stock so the manager sent a bottle of coke as a replacement which was brilliant if him. Driver was really friendly as well and so I gave him a tip hopefully it went to him.

Don't tip delivery driver of red alfa romeo rude and arrogant blocked road for 3 cars and was incredibly rude when confronted, food and service is great otherwise delivery driver needs an attitude check

Very fast service. Received exactly what was ordered. Wouldn't recommend the thin and crispy base though, its more like a tortilla wrap 😂 but that's dominos in general not the fault of this location.

So it was a Friday night, and it was about 10.30pm (meaning the store should be open). We walked in to get a Meal deal that was advertised in the window. There was nobody in the shop except the cashier and a couple who had their pizza. We walked to the front and was reading the prices, then we got the cashier and started asking for our order. Once we finished he just stood at us and said “we’re closed” Well why are you stood here with the Door open talking to people? Then we asked if we could at least use the toilet Becuase it had a Key code on the door, and we was told you had to buy something to use the toilet. So how are we supposed to buy anything if you are closed?

I have just been in the pizza was ok but please tell me why it's card only as it was this right or was this just your member of staff wrong as you have no signs any where in your shop

I placed an order at 18.12. I received a text message to say my order had left branch @ 18.34 on was e route two myself. I then made a call to Skegness branch @ 19.08 to see if the pizza had actually left branch at said time. She assured me that it had just left and would still be warm as been on a hot plate and then in a heated bag. The order arrived with me at 19.12 at my address and when taking the delivery of the pizza could feel the boxes were not piping hot as per usual. I asked the driver if the pizzas had actually been out with him for 40mins and he said “yes unfortunately”. I said to the driver I’m rejecting the pizzas as they are cold. I then phoned skegness store and again got the same girl rude girl on the phone. I explained to her that the pizzas had arrived cold and that she shouldn’t lie to customers as honesty is the best policy. To which she replied “ do not be condescending to me on the phone“ and hung up. I then phoned Skegness branch 6 further times at 19.15, 19.15, 19.16, 19.16, 19.16, 19,16 where the phone was picked up and put down instantly. I then managed to get through to the deputy manager Wade who was unaware of any ongoing issues with our order and could/would not give me the name of staff member who was so rude as it’s not company policy to give out names of employees so I could file a complaint against this individual. After explaining our situation and the reason I’m so frustrated is not at all the fact the pizza came cold (sometimes things happen) is the fact that the rude employee on the phone who then proceeded to hang up 6 times because my number was coming up on the phone and she didn’t want to deal with the issue. Then to be told the pizzas will be made fresh but will be an additional 40 mins. Complaint logged with head office

We had a large order, all was incredible as usual. However, when it came to the cookies we were unpleasantly surprised when opening the box to find only one cookie (instead of 4). We rang the store, and we had a laugh over the ordeal. The guy on the phone was amazing at handling our query, and said he'd send out a new box for us. When the second delivery arrived, there were TWO boxes of freshly baked cookies. Very pleased, and love that the guy we phoned was able to have a laugh with us. Definitely upped the Skegness Domino's reputation for me ✨✨

Ordered food last week as normal using the app. Food came on time. Met driver at door very nice polite person. Took food from him went back in house. Opened box not our pizzas. Ran back outside driver gone. 29 phone calls to store later. Still got wrong food. No one would pick up phone. Fill complaint out on line, heard nothing back so £30 wasted.

Ordered to pick up order wasn't ready was asked to sit and wait , waited 10 mins over our collection time ended up going back up and turns out our food has been sitting on the side !! Service was no existent more bother about chatting then customers

Absolutely shocking service, would give no stars, but can't, order and paid for delivery of a pizza, no pizza delivered, no-one will answer the phone to sort my refund, will never use again, stay clear, bunch of Muppets.....

So I rang up to see if they could delivery to college, if I met them in the car park (as it’s raining bad) and the lady in the phone ended on me. I was being generally serious, not joking and the lady was so rude.

Quick service but both pizza's and wedges were cold by the time we had driven less than 5 minutes down the road. Very disapointing for a £55 meal!!! Wont be rushing back .

Great pizza exactly as orded and bang on time for collection. Though quiet at this time of year we drove 12 miles to collect and it was ready and piping hot. Well done will be back.

Ordered 3 pizzas, garlic bread and kickers, we have been waiting for an hour so far and still no food, explanation or apology. Disgraceful 😡

Ordered takeaway, have done before and normally no problems, expensive but usually good hot food as advertised. As we had fam.ily round, this was the easy option. However on this occasion after about 40mins we watched what we thought would be our delivery driver, turn into our drive , stop, drive a bit further in but not to door so we went and stood outside, then he turned and did a multipoint turn which we thought was so he was ready to drive out, but thought it strange he didn't deliver our pizza first. Anyway then he proceeded to drive out , having not even tried to deliver and parked at side of the road a bit further down main road. Eventually as he wasn't moving my daughter went out and asked if he was supposed to be delivering to us , he said yes and delivered food. Food was ok hot but not piping hot like normally. May seem petty and perhaps just an inexperienced driver but just not the service we'd expect and couldn't understand the logic after actually being on our drive, he'd done hard bit. Surely just get out and see.

It's a corporate chain, so you'll probably ignore this review. Appalling service. Arranged for collection, waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to come to the counter to give me the pizza I had pre-ordered. Customers in the shop completely ignored. Ended up having to go round the back to the delivery driver entrance to get someone to come to the front of the shop. Absolutely unbelievable. As a result, cold pizza. Not Happy. Still waiting of a reply from Domino's customer services four days later.

My first ever order to dominos in town, persuaded by my partner as it to me is extremely over priced. Anyway, as you can see by the pictures they cant even complete a simple order with correct topings. (That ive paid for)Tried to ring the store to try get it rectified but the phone was never answered. Completely poor service, and im genuinely annoyed and for that i will be avoiding this brand and using our local pizza houses from now on.

Only put one star cos I had to. Terrible and unhelpful customer service. Will not be ordering from them again. Deffo avoid if you want your order to be the way u want it 😡

Sorry had to give 1 star because there was not an option for minus. Our order turned up one pizza cold other just worm but looked like the box had been tipped upside down. The wrong chicken wings delivered and the cookies were burnt. 28 times I rang the store before someone answered and they sent replacement chicken out about 2 hours after our original order. This again was the wrong chicken. So everything we ordered went into the bin. The woman who said she was store manager had a serious attitude problem. All I wanted was to raise my concerns over wrong order and allergy risk that has caused. But she was just abusive.

I ordered a meteor pizza from the app 20 minutes ago, and as I'm writing this review I'm chowing down on some delicious meteor pizza from Domino's which arrived very quickly and at the perfect temperature despite it being a cold night. Customer service was on point and every employee was so heart-warmingly nice. I'm definitely coming to Domino's Pizza again after this in the future, this may be my new favourite pizza chain!!

Friendly staff, can eat in, very clean great food

Ordered a meatball marinara pizza online and they sent a vegetable vegan pizza.phoned the store and it took twenty minutes to pick up the phone. Hannah who i spoke to said the order they received was for the vegan pizza so tough nothing they could do. Her phone manner was shocking.The pizza we received was barely warm and tasteless we chucked it in the bin. Useless will never use again. be warned

Order was fast, but food had issues. One pizza had hair on the slice. Also ordered chicken strips, didn’t receive them. Tried to contact the store on the day ordered, nobody picked up. Email sent to customer services awaiting reply.

Very great start for dominos, fantastic food, superb service, and very helpful, I'd like to thank the two young gentleman on the counters and the kitchen staff for the brilliant customer service they provide, I will most definitely be coming back again!
