They open shop at 7.00 not 7.30 I ordered a steak bake. It was stone cold. I had to discard it, cause it was un edible when paying full price you expect it to be hot or at least Luke warm not stone cold

Food- is always warm and you staff are ready to take on my list of changeable orders from my colleges at any time My dog loves the sassuge rolls ! And all the staff Service - I have had nothing but amazing service and amaxing consideration towards my adolescent pup when we go for out long walks as this is her favourite place to go to (sasauge rolls) The staff there are all great and accomidating to all that enter the shop and them that are unable to come in - with that being said the staff are always happy to accomidate those who are unable to get off there mobility scooter they all go outside and ensure that the purchases that individual gets is securely packed on his vehicle Atmosphere I have put 1 star for atmostsphere as the building is cold and that is not the staffs fault. this building has been very cold and i see the stsff shivering. I will continue to offer my PPE towards your brilliant staff. I have messaged your website to getting no response but I still feel that your neglected staff deserve warmer clothes and also a payrise for the cold cold days they have had to deal with

Customer service is always poor, never seen the ladies smile let alone be polite!

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable being served by the women I do believe called Julie, her customer service skill is awful she obviously hates her job, she didn’t speak to me once. No “hello “ no “is that everything?” No “goodbye” nothing. It’s the same every time I go in and I’m a regular customer…

Fantastic selection of sweet and savoury delights

Was very disappointed in the attitude of the lady who served me today Eve her attitude wasn’t acceptable, everything I asked seemed to be to much trouble, this isn’t the first time I’ve been served by this lady and come across her being rude. There really isn’t no need for it.

Love this bakers Made to order baguettes Just completed my loyalty card for a free meal deal

Asked for cheese savoury baguette, was made a seafood baguette. Assistant said that's what I asked for but i never have anything but cheese. Doesn't even sound the same. ?? She didn't seem happy with her mistake. As they were very busy (I had waited 20 mins) I decided to take sub roll from ready made section. When I bit into it, it was cheese ploughman's. In wrong section. My fault for not checking, but did not enjoy as don't like pickle. Always been extremely happy in past, but Hykeham Shop now closed. Shame 😥 This was Coningsby shop. Birchwood is also great. Staff lovely and polite 😊

When there a few weeks ago han a bacon roll and a coffee the bacon roll was delicious and the coffee was good and staff very friendly I will definitely be going back on my next visit to R A F Coningsby plane spoting

Just wasted money on a freezing cold pasty. Not sure why anyone would want a cold one when they are out and about .went to co op and got a warm one, if they can do it why can't this place?

Been to this bakers 3 times first time ok last 2 times rude staff one lady hates doing the meal deal if you ask for cob and coffee she puts her hand up one at a time like you have commeted a crime if she don't like yhe job don't work there the staff in Skegness and Ingoldmells when ask for meal deal are great and friendly will never stop there again will spend money who appreciate it

Brilliant bakery. Everything is so fresh. Cakes looked delicious but didn't dare have one. Had the breakfast deal, can't go wrong £3 for a large bacon roll with a latte. Perfect! Staff were lovely too. Been here quite a few times when we've stayed at Tattershall Lakes

We stayed at Tattersall beginning of April & I ventured into the town with my son, we stubbled across here and was absolutely delighted, we were served by a young girl who was so polite & professional! We ordered nearly £30 worth! she was extremely patient with myself & autistic son even though it was busy so she was 5* Literally everything was so fresh pastries and fresh cakes and everything tasted amazing! We will definitely recommend this place to anyone staying.

Cold pasties and dry scones, wont be going again

Brilliant little bakery good staff.

None of the hot pastries were hot. When I asked for a hot one they said "this is not a hot plate". They eventually said they would put it back in the oven. Max attitude from staff too. Avoid.

Awful place. They make sandwiches up, asked for a cheese sandwich rather than ham and cheese as part of the meal deal to be told no!! They said they could make it up and I could take the ham out afterwards but they couldn't just make it up without the ham in the first place! Ridiculous considering this would actually save them a piece of ham! Rude jobsworths!! And the pasties that we did have were dry and tasteless. Poor version of Greggs!
