Just had our 1st Donner Kebab it arrived on time the salad was lovely and fresh and the Dinner meat was lovely thinly cut and not grease would definitely order from here again

Didn't even order as online system does not match advertising material as regards special offers and delivery charges.

Me and my friend ordered pancakes at the same time and hers came in about 10 mins, after half an hour we asked the staff why we didn't have 2 stacks and they hadn't put the second pancake through even though we paid for 2. The order then got put on the top and had to wait an extra 30 mins for it to come out even though it was their mistake. This meant Not very happy with the customer service unfortunately.

Food was excellent, service was very attentive. However, the room ambience was a bit uncomfortable due to the constantly opening door in the back because it created cold and unrest.

Called in for a breakfast....one of the friendliest McDonalds staff I've met took my order. Order was completed quickly. No complaints. Well done. 👏

Put your spatula down, throw that joint of meat at the neighbour’s annoying cat, and take off that silly apron. Save yourself from insanity, boredom and a dirty oven, and get your arse down to The Blacksmiths. A Sunday dinner that would make the first British ancestors weep with pride of what they started. Got a fine for parking in Basford mcdonalds for being slightly out the box didn't have a choice as the car next to me wouldn't be able to get in there car if i wasn't slightly out. I was only a few mins while i collected my order a 1.99 chicken wrap cost me 61.99

No turkey available for one hour later, so had to wait for a vegetarian option to be cooked so we ate separately on my birthday lunch. Very disappointed.

First impressions; No table cloth! Drab room! Receptionist was also waitress! Tea was served in horrid white chunky cups. Afternoon tea on a chunky tiered plates...tiny scones on top with pre packed clotted cream...not even in a dish. Sandwiches were filled with what tasted like sandwich fillings and cheap ham. There was no finesse....we thought it was a bit like Fawlty Towers....and expected John Cleese to appear! It was great to be with friends who could all laugh at it! Won't be going back for seconds! It wasn't even well presented... We had a knife and had to use our tea spoons to serve jam!

No bacon or sausage , and not for the first time. Seems they cannot organise themselves well, and it puts a downer on the day out.

I rased a complaint regarding the deficiency of customer service,this was because I feel a member of staff came across as condescending. I came to the pub week late and the individual member of staff deal with me in an hostile manner. The words she spoke in a truculent way was" I am a nice person how dare you say that about me everyone here thinks I am nice" After this conversation the issue was razed with Champs management at first they gas light saying there was no female member of staff. After member conversation champs management admit she was the but say "this was total out of character "once again gas lighting the situashion. I took the issue higher it felt once again that champs overall did want to take customer service serusly.

Love my boss man he is so kind and caring towards me and my friends whilst we ordered .He always puts a smile on my face and makes me want to eat their more with every visit.

Thanks again for the fast delivery service and a happy smiling delivery guy. Our half and half pizza was delicious. The toppings, sauce and cheese are high quality. Chips were hot and crispy and the spicy chicken wings delicious and meaty. It's nice to have a food delivery that is hot. Thank you 😊😋😋
