Just had our 1st Donner Kebab it arrived on time the salad was lovely and fresh and the Dinner meat was lovely thinly cut and not grease would definitely order from here again

best kebab house in loughborough..been going in salehs since early 80s and i would not use anywhere else...nothing too much trouble and nice to be served by somebody with a good sense of humour, and always made welcome

Ordered a delivery for a mixed kebab through order yo yo. Firstly the driver rang us three times because he couldn’t find the address. Eventually had to go out and find him. The meat was cold and old and completely inedible, there was a chopped up beef burger in there for some reason. The donner meat was dry and like plastic and the chicken looked about a week old. We paid extra for a nan bread which was stale and cold. We also ordered stuffed jalapeños which never turned up, instead they gave us two portions of mozzarella sticks which were the only edible part of the meal. The chips were soggy cold and tasteless. It has all ended up in the bin after one mouthful each and I intend on asking for a full refund. Absolute joke. I shudder to think what the kitchen looks like. Vile.

A little bit peckish after a night out in Loughborough. No better time for a bowl of black olives. Saleh Kebab House delivered, a bowl of back olives on request and the cost.. nothing. Went down a treat. I've never had a kebab and I don't think I'll ever need one after those olives. Fantastic 10/10, I'll be back for more of the same next week. Thank you and goodnight. love the kebabs from here ive been going in since the early 80s..its had a few owners but zek is hopefully getting it back on track always cheerful and helpful the last to remain open at a weekend highly reccomended

Called in late evening for a take away kebab, don't like donor so asked for a large shish. All wrapped up and headed for home. When I got home and unwrapped it I found a pitta bread full of donor with about 3 or 4 tiny pieces of lamp on the top. Dreadful, straight in the bin. I wish I'd given the money to the homeless person who had just asked me for something!

The 5 stars is for the Maltese special (I think that's right) which hasn't always been available. Pricey but worth it! The regular doner kebab I'd rate as average.

I know this place has a 1 star on the food hygiene rating but I have not found a better place for Kebab in naan bread We had mixed kebab and as usual they were great

I had to shelter from the truly cold english summer here in July, and found the warmth of this establishment with its extremely helpful and friendly owner. I had a mixed Kebab Meal with, salad, chips and chilli sauce, absolutely splendid. One of a very few takeaways open late in Loughborough.

great food top bloke most amazing shwarma kebabs ever tasted.... it is to die for.... no other kebab compares to the way this meat is prepared...not just ur ordinary factory bought processed garbage...... this is the real macoy!!!!!! get down there

The worst kebab I have ever had in my entire life. It literally had no taste and 60% fat. What a waste of 5 pounds. What a crappy business, I hope it goes down because it's bad. Charge minimum 10 pounds for delivery, over prices its kebab and hands out poor quality food. I feel offended that someone would rip me off like that

Completely messed one meal up was meant to be chicken kebab and ended up with steak which came with no sauce, portions were tiny and I am really disappointed will not be eating here ever again

Received our order on time, however when it got here our pizzas were all wrong, the wrong sizes and number of items. Our pizzas didn't have any toppings on and we're all squashed to the side of the box. Tried to find a number to ring and complain but couldn't find the right number. Would never order from here again.

The order arrived and some items were wrong. When I called them they said it was because they didn't want me to wait a long time for it so they just decided to give me something else! They could've called in advance to let me know this and I would've waited for what I actually ordered! No refund or replacement even offered, won't be getting food from here again & certainly don't recommend.

Legendary late night place on the Loughborough scene, sadly the wonderful original owner died a few years back and a succession of new owners did not do the goodwill of the name justice as reviews here prove it ranged from average to awful, now though it appears to be on the way back as the Cyprus special me and my girlfriend tucked into was very tasty and more than enough for two.

I love the naan with kebab mix gorgeous. The meal was nearly 25mins later than the predicted time, but the food was hot. I had a steak and doner kebab. The steak was a little chewy but tasty. The doner is the nicest freshest lamb doner I have ever had in any country.

The order they delivered was wrong, as it was in justeat I had already paid by card. I called the takeaway to tell them it was wrong and he told me there was nothing he could do about it and to get over it. Absolutely appalled by the service and the way I was spoken to. Would not recommend, I appreciate that sometime mistakes happen however when that is the case sometime should be done to amend them, instead I was told he was not going to do anything and that it was tough. Not a happy customer.

Delivery was late, food was incredibly greasy and for some reason the driver drove over my neighbours lawn.

The Donner Kebab meat was Shawarma instead and we ordered 2 Donner Burgers and 2 Beef Burgers and ended up with 3 Shawarma Burgers which I could not eat and they did not want to redeliver the order and the meat was burnt and had loads of fat on it. We ordered 4 Diet Cokes and ended up with 2 and 2 Diet Pepsi's what a mess never ordering from here again and nether should you.

I have tried most burger and Kebab places in Loughborough but always end up back here. They are one of the few that do Kebabs in nann bread The burgers are great and even the chips are good. unlike some places where the are a solid clump. It's never going to be first class food but as far as burgers and Kebabs go this is the best in town

Ok very greasy isn't the worse review but I'm talking to the veggies. Unless you're craving that say no to the veggie burger. Ordered plain garlic bread got cheese. Order took 15 minutes longer when it already said 1 hour. Sorry.... Nice wedges though

Terrible. Second time ordered from here n both times order was wrong when arrived,n both times late. Rang place to complain n was offered bag chips to compensate not much when spending 15 to 20 quid.

Used to order from these before it closed and it was excellent every time. I saw it was back open so ordered from here. However it was so disappointing, order was wrong and the food was cold, also never got can of pop with wings meal, tried ringing them up loads of times but no one answered the phone. I shall not be ordering from here again. Used to be my favourite take away!

Food was excellent, even better than the previous owners. Although I wish the chilli sauce was the same as before! The current one is no way near the legendary sauce of before. Portion sizes were generous, I'm sure my donner wrap had more meat in than my large kebab! Very good ;-)

Food here has always been excellent. Open since the 1970's. Nothing ever too much of a problem to add or change anything to a delivered order. Always delivered on tine and in a friendly manner. There has been a recent management change, and our first order under the new team was a little disappointing; food of fairly poor quality in comparison with previous orders. A few cock ups with the BOGOF pizza deal, we were charged per pizza, and had to call back to explain the problem. Not sure if I'll try them again for a while.

We ordered a pizza and a shish kebab. The pizza wasn't nice at all and the kebab was sitting in a pool of its own grease. How and why is a shish kebab greasy. I would never order anything from there again.

Ordered a takeaway, delivery man didn't even knock. When I called them they said they'd call me soon. Half an hour later, nothing. I called again, shop was closed, they couldn't deliver the food they had made for us. They didn't even possess the decency to tell us that they couldn't deliver the food to us. Would not recommend.

Efficient fast service, very friendly and smiley delivery guy. Great choice of food with amazing quality and value for money but above all was the freshness and taste.. truly delicious.. What a great find!! Highly recommended. .

This take-away kebab house has been around for donkey's years and once you've eaten their food it is not hard to see why. The portions are massive and the food is very good value, most being cooked from scratch in front of you/while you wait. They are open very late indeed (until 4am some nights/mornings!) so you can obtain freshly cooked hot food here long after all the other places in the locality have closed. Their doner kebab is a particular favourite - the largest I have ever seen and superb quality doner meat - and the chicken kebabs are also just as good.
