Delivery was earlier than expected (bonus) food was hot and absolutely delicious!

Cold food and all pushed in to one box. Meat dry and hard.

was early on delivery but when opening it was lukewarm at best.

delivered on time but not a 'medium' at all. very small. won't order again

delivery time was adjusted so came much later and it arrived cold

unfortunately the wrong pizza was sent we ordered pepperoni and ended up with what looked like tuna so had to go straight in the bin.

Driver tried to charge us extra because the route he chose to take was closed, rang the restaurant, they was rude offered no solution apart from cancelling the order, absolute joke. Clowns will never order from there again!

I waited 2hours for the food only to be told the just eat system had not passed on my door number of my address. to them. My address is correct on my account but not on orders it seems !

Came 25mins early when I requested it for 0005. I put this time because I wasn’t in, told them to just leave food in porch. They couldn’t do that so said will be back in 10mins and never showed up. Poor

meal was lovely and hot very tasty the chicken was so succulent it fell of the bone even though when it arrived something was missing called the restaurant and they delivered straight away

we asked for garlic mayo on the donna kebab and got chilli - the burger was good but considering the kebab cost 9 quid and couldnt eat much of it means will have to put as a 1 star

It isn’t worth the one, it should be a zero! Pigeon flew in the shop and I mentioned it to her and she replied they are always flying in! Disgusting!!! Got home and started eating it and to find the chicken pieces all tough and grisly, not sure if it was chicken tbh, pitta bread was like rubber and soaked in chicken grease which was swimming in the bottom of the tray, and on top of all that, salad was rank, old shrivelled tomato and cucumber dried up and lettuce was in a sorry state. I should’ve of known, when she got the cold tough chicken out of the tub to warm up on the hot plate that it’s going to be rubbish. Strongly advised not to get a takeaway from here. It cost me £6.99 to be put in the bin!

just really lacks flavour these days, used to be really flavoursome meat and lovely cabbage but it's all just a little blah 🙃

I always order from here but this last order was very bad reheated chips and kebab meat and the wraps were rubbish I won't buy here again

Food delivery was fast. However, they missed adding chillies on to my pizza. I called them and they sent out another pizza straight away - great customer service!

It was marked as delivered when it hasn’t arrived yet. When I phoned they didn’t seem very apologetic and just said it’s next out and that’s all. Hardly any cheese on chips when it costs over £5. Not too impressed but other than that good food. Just a little let down

phoned them three times to find ouaftert where my order was they allso rang me to say three minutes away When it arrived all was coldand nor eddible I would like my money back or replaced on an other date of my choice. LET US SEE WHAT HAPPENS

Food too cold to eat when I arrived… most went in the bin.. terrible, avoid.

Despite clearly writing delivery instructions not to ring the doorbell (which are sellotaped to the food bag!), the driver rang the doorbell and woke the baby up. Food stone cold. Probably because it was marked as 'on the way' 25 minutes before it actually turned up. Now having to unpick the salad from the kebab to attempt to microwave it because I don't want microwaved salad and garlic mayo. Very disappointing all in all.

Food arrived nearly an hour after I ordered. Sadly it was not as hot as previous orders, only just warm enough to eat.

Asked for mayo on the kebab and there wasn’t any, asked for no salad on the child’s burger and it came with salad.

Food was pretty cold when it arrived, 25 minutes late. Disappointed at portion size of the chips (especially for the price)

Absolutely fantastic food, pretty decent quality, doner meat was lovely and hot and not gristly! Chicken burger was pretty bang, chips were piping hot. Delivery driver was lovely, very satisfied and will order again for sure! Thank you to the Charcoal Grill team. :)

Both kebabs were bursting at the seems with a good bit of meat. Really enjoyed them and enough for breakfast 😋 delivery man was cool , if he was a skateboarder he'd be Tony Hawk :)

Charcoal grill back to it's best. Chilli sauce was thick, creamy and delicious. Chicken was charcoaled to perfection. Best kebab I've had in my life 10/10. Yep the best

Disappointed with pizzas. Both overbaked ,bases to dark. Portion of pepperoni was inadequate and could not see option to order extra pepperoni in extras menu.

The food was Luke warm at best, have had good ones before but this was not good at all

Nice wraps, terrible chips! Unfortunately the chips were like cardboard and had most likely been reheated. Disappointing to provide a sub-standard meal over something as simple as chips!

Wrong food in the order (ordered chicken but got lamb), some of the most greasy food I’ve ever eaten. Literally dripping all over the house, the paper it came in was pretty much seethrough.

Burger and chips was great! Exactly what expected. Ordered chicken nuggets and it came more like chicken wings with bones in them. Not what expected at all.

Disappointed in service and delivery. Failed to call and was rude and unintelligible on the phone when called back.

Shocking,Mrs ordered a shish got a small doner with chilli sauce. 2 weeks ago ordered an was stone cold and all the driver said was he was broken! Never usually an issue.

Order 20 minutes late, which meant it was not hot just warm.
