Food was perfect 2 starters which were lovely and then venison perfectly cooked for main course . Cheesecake and crumble for dessert were lovely. Staff were great

Mariusz served us he was polite and friendly, he even put the birthday song on whilst bringing out our boys desert for his birthday food was amazing service was amazing

La carne de vacuno era muy raro y tierno, asados crujientes y selección de verduras frescas cocinado perfectamente! Mi marido se desmoronó... EXCELENTE, disfruté de la tabla de quesos, buena selección y NO UN PUDÍN DE TOFÉ PEGAJOSO O BROWNIE DE CHOCOLATE N SIGHT! HURRAH! No updated times on opening hours. Every single time I go to order they're closed. Food is mediocre standard slap up, bit overpriced for what you get.

This is a bistro, however recently, the restaurant has started to have themed months, which I think doesn’t work particularly well if the chef lacks experience in a cuisine. September was “Indian” month, which is brave considering there is a very good Indian restaurant in the nearby village Unfortunately, the food at Foxes den lacked any real authenticity. The menu served only mild curries. The biriyani came with a side of rice which was odd. The tandoori chicken was burnt to a crisp but we were informed it was supposed to be like this.. it was black and dry. The chicken in the tikka masala wasn’t marinated, so it was plain chicken on top of a sauce which lacked any flavour. The Bombay potatoes were boiled on the skin potatoes in a thin watery sauce, and the garlic naan was a flat bread. The chips were however, amazing. The best chips I’ve ever had. In light of this, I just feel that it should retain its bistro menu and stop trying to offer food that is clearly not a speciality of the chef. Would not recommend Indian night, but the set a la carte I would

Absolutely dreadful the food made me feel sick, we ordered chips, steak and kidney pie, pineapple fritter, and chicken tandori, the salad on the chicken was very clearly unfresh definitely more than 2 days old, i watched them take the chips out of the frier and they looked no different to when they went in (raw) so i told them to put the chips back in. And yet again they where raw…again. The pineapple fritters where definitely unfresh and more than 3 days old, i had to go home and RE FRY THE CHIPS, the steak pie was ice cold. The only part that was half decent was the chicken tandori witch after i reheated it was actually mediocre.

I am going to share an honest review, however, it is partially a bad one. Not sure if the shop has been taken over, but regular chips was not regular. It was in a small tray whereas before it was in a bag. Not enough for 2 people. I really enjoyed the chip shop before and was looking forward to eating my meal. Tonight’s meal cost me over £32, not good I’m afraid. Chicken was good though - sorry 😔

Good kebabs. I always order a chicken shish and it is delivered with plenty of meat and lots of fresh salad. We’ve also tried the chicken doner, which was equally as good. Sometimes takes a while to arrive if using the delivery service, but much quicker for collection.

What a lovely meal! We have been to the Wentworth many times, but never had such a warm welcome. Jade, our server was really attentive. The atmosphere was really relaxed and welcoming. Service was great and the food was brilliant. I particularly recommend the nacho sharer starter and the Beef and Ale Pie. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Pleasant and attentive staff on a very busy Mothering Sunday. Great place for families and felt at ease with my boy going in and out to play on the fields.

Staff were superstars, so friendly, easy to talk to.. place was busy but nothing was too much trouble, food was GORGEOUS and fresh! Best carbonara ever! Didn’t have to wait long at all, Have never been to Prezzo and will be coming back after this visit!

Visited today, only to be disappointedby the service. It took 15 to be served, even though the restaurantwas empty and then it took another 10 minutes for the food to be brought out. I have an allergy to mustard, yet even after telling them 3 times, they still put the mustard on.They no longer sell milkshakes or coffee. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere
