I had came on the open day everything was served well, staff were all positive

Great place for coffee and a something to eat. Especially at the service station.

This was my worst experience at Starbucks ever. The drink had no taste and was like sugary water. There was barely any coffee flavor, and the milk overpowered the coffee, making it incredibly unpalatable. To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was poor. After making the drink, they spilled it over the outside of the cup and handed it to me without even wiping it clean. This is completely unacceptable.

I ordered 2 coffees which were served in paper cups. When I said they were to drink in I was told'You need to say that when your order, you've been charged 5p for takeaway cups' I then suggested that should be made clear at the counter and I was very aggressively told, 'its up there on the board' I found the whole encounter shocking in the rude aggressive tone of the member of staff and it is only because we have had previous positive experiences with Starbucks that I would even consider using again. The staff in this outlet need some immediate training on customer service.

I just had my best ever coffee from here and I wanted to thank you for it. I've been coming here a bit recently since its outside my work and i just started drinking coffee recently. But the service today was excellent very quick and the lady was very pleasant. The lady who made my coffee and served it was also incredible, that was factually the best coffee I've ever had thank you to the team. Everytime I come my order is correct and the service is great.

Expensive, unwelcoming and no regard for customer experience. No crockery for the sit in service, just single use, disposable cups, no plates just paper bags, and the comfy chairs were all piled up and cordoned off behind a barricade of other chairs lest customers feel welcome. This was early Friday evening, plenty of potential customers around, so failing to offer a decent sit in experience made what we had hoped to be a pleasant pause for a cuppa and a bite to eat was made into nothing more than a refuelling stop. Seriously, why do this when your offer to customers isn't just the coffee, it's the coffee shop experience? If you have forgotten this, you have forgotten what tme point of your business is. Very poor experience.

The worst Starbucks I've been too. Serving us was far too much effort for the staff and they made sure that they let you know it as well. All of the tables were filthy covered in cups or cake and biscuit crumbs and the bins were overflowing so you couldn't put rubbish in the bin yourself. Absolutely terrible. I'll drive the drive through on the way out next time.

Quick but horrendous customer service, no hello, no reply to my hello, just shouted the price when I drove up. No bye, no reply to my goodbye

Your staff member Nilamkumari Patel is the worst person i have ever had the misfortune to meet. Her attitude and poor customer service was unbelievable. She had no clue what she was doing and needs help.

Very poor. Ordered my drink on the app and when I went to pick it up they had run out of toppings. I asked for a refund and they refused said I had to do it on the app. Looking on the app, there is no clear way of getting a refund and quite frankly I haven’t got the time to try messing about with customer service, not so sure I will be using the app in future

Service so bad I’m literally sat in the car park writing this up. Management need to pop along now incognito and experience what i and my partner have just been served by. Downright rude, miserable, sneering, grumpy at best useless staff. Horrendous attitude from the one actually taking the order. 14/10/23 9.45. Oh and the lemon drizzle is as dry as sawdust, I asked for a particular slice (one that didn’t look too dry) I didn’t get it. £18 for two drinks and two snacks which went in the car park bin. Cheers Starbucks I’ll stick to Costa from now on. 👍 Service needs a minus option NB: This was inside the services and NOT the drive through.

Could someone please take charge of this situation? There were two gentlemen behind the bar, but the one handling the till seemed unfamiliar and had trouble logging in, repeatedly seeking assistance from the other. After a significant wait, when the till was finally operational, the response was simply, "What!" I won't elaborate further on this matter. Additionally, there were three occupied tables with approximately ten pieces of dirty dishes and leftovers from previous guests. The staff appeared engrossed in conversation and neglected to attend to anyone's needs. We paid £6.5 for a tea and muffin, and at this price point, we expected not only the refreshments (water station) but also a level of service and a clean environment.

Service is absolutely FANTASTIC, love the staff members, always very welcoming and kind. The only issue I have with this place is they NEVER have darn Blonde roast! I'm an almost daily customer to this establishment and the amount of times I've heard that the blonde roast thing is broken is unbelievable. I wouldn't be so bothered but they've told me it's been fixed 5 times before. Why is it still happening?! It never happens to the standard coffee, which by the way is so bitter it's almost undrinkable. Will I return to this Starbucks? absolutely. Will I be pissed if there's no blonde roast on my next visit? undoubtably. Is the likelihood of there being no blonde roast high? I'd put my mortgage on it. Anyway, thats all. There's actually a Starbucks on the other side of the M1 we always go to if north side's out. Staff are great over there too and they ALWAYS have blonde roast.

£5 each for 2 tasteless cappuccino's. Normally stop at Watford Gap (won't make that mistake again)

I popped in for a Mocha, mid afternoon on a weekday. £4.20 for a small one!! I wanted it to sit in, for a driving break, so in a China cup. Couldn't have a China cup as the washing up machine was broken. I got charged an extra 5p for a cup that I didn't want! Outrageous! While still waiting, 5 mins later, another customer was questioning the 5p paper cup, she was told that she could have their coffees in proper cups 200m over the bridge! Why wasn't I told this? Why was I charged for the cup that I didn't want???? Rsvp? Refund? ?

Starbucks trying to evade vat tax. On food to go when it isn't!!

Starbucks is Starbucks, but what makes the difference are the courteous hard-working staff!

We just stopped off whilst in the motorway I nipped in to go to the toilet whilst my other half was going to nip in after and get himself a coffee but we didn’t want to leave kids in their own in the car when this lady who was quite short bleached blonde grey hair 40s just said toilet are out of order you can use the garage …. There was no sign on the door to say they were out of order so clearly lying and the young lad behind the counter laughed. Very unprofessional and just not Calle door there was only one person sat inside. So my other half don’t get a drink from them in the end for her being so rude !!!! Won’t be using them again in the future and normally go to the drive through everyday.

Mixed experience. The only negative I experience is that the drive through gets priority over people coming into the cafe. Often I’m stood there at the counter, staring at the staff taking order after order from the drive through. You feel like your inconveniencing them at the till honestly. Other than that, everything else is Starbucks as per usual.

No ice available at at least 3 of the 4 starbucks at Leicester forest East services on 11 June, a very hot day. So no iced drinks, which is half your menu! How hard is it to have a working ice machine in one of your outlets during summer months? Pathetic service borne presumably of either lazy management or poor corporate support.

Starbaks service where there is a subway opposite. Untrained service , not communicative joint. if the customer asks for coffee in a mug on, he should get coffee in mag and not disgusting takeaway cups

Writing a review as I’m literally sat drinking my tasteless hot chocolate. Have never experienced such ignorant and rude service staff in my life. There’s a huge queue behind me, and all 6/7 members of staff are literally just stood around chatting. The till server can see I’m waiting and eventually comes to take my order then leaves without asking me if I wanted my receipt or acknowledging that the order went though. Literally just turns around and walks away. Someone else comes eventually when an actual working barista beckons for someone to come over to the till. Mind you there’s 6/7 people hovering around, probably went to the back fridge or something. I believe the main supervisor (the oldest looking lady there, everyone else looked 15) might be called Rachel, also engaged in gossiping behind the counter. Just poor service all round and the hot chocolate had no flavour at all. The lady in front of me was also waiting for her drink and it was sat in the machine in her cup for 5 minutes and she had to ask for it.

One of the better Starbucks in my opinion. Plenty of space to sit down, the staff are friendly too. There is a great collection of mugs and other Starbucks items available to purchase.

Immediately regret it every-time.. croissants which tastes like cardboard and coffee worse than Nescafé gold

Shocking service stood waiting for my coffee for over 10 mins! Served 15 drive through customers first that ordered after me, had to leave without my coffee before the coach left me behind! Clearly indoor customers don't matter anymore.

Opening times are incorrect . Waited around and were still not open . Wasted journey . Very poor

Nice place to have a business meeting and grab a coffee...Or just pass through with your family when you need that caffeine fix. Services are loud places, but once inside the space is calm, inviting and comfortable.

Big queue, but fast service. Coffee not great and wayyyy sweeter than it should have been for unknown reasons.

A different environment in a busy road way for chillout, take a break area. Had soy latte and hot chocolate with vanilla and orange and chocolate with vanilla ice and cream cheese frosting and chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies and cookies cake and the strawberry shortcake and cake and vanilla cake. Amazing taste.

It's my regular place to stop for coffee all the staff are fantastic in this drive-through very polite and pleasant to talk to I would recommend you go here you won't be disappointed I'm not that's why I go regularly fantastic work people keep it up

Quick coffee and a sticky bun. Certainly know how to charge at almost £13, but the quality was good.

Stopped off at the Starbucks leicester forest east drive thru this morning. Asked for the maple iced coffee that was still advertised and they said it’s not on anymore, Also then asked for the ultimate breakfast sandwich… they said they have sold out. Then ordered a bacon cob and sausage cob and asked for sauce and they both didn’t come with any. Shocking really.

Girls enjoyed their own conversation over serving the customers.

Bought 2 large cappuccinos for my son and I. WATERY, BLAND and DIDN’T TASTE OF COFFEE. Asked for 2 sugars, couldn't taste even 1. Yuk.

Fancied a Pink Coconut refresher. It was the biggest waste of £4.70. The only thing I can say good about, is that it was pink. The cup was 3/4 full of ice. It did not refresh as there was so little liquid in the cup. The coconut was barely tasteless and the pink came from 3 slices of a strawberry . Terrible drink.

Very friendly fast service, I love the traditional sandwich with bacon, or the sausage one, I love all the hot drinks and the staff know what they are doing. No down side. Tip to bring out the flavor of your cofee add some salt. Not a full sachet but a little makes the coffee taste great 😋

Great coffee, parking available right outside. This was excellent as i was on a motorcycle which was packed up with bags fro camping weekend so i could see it the whole time. Toilet available in the building too.

It's OK not great layout in the coffee shop.

Although the coffee was excellent, this outlet has a slightly depressing feel. You are close to the main exit for this busy services and little effort has been made to create any kind of relaxing outdoor atmosphere. A bit of cheapo outdoor furniture has been dumped on the verge. Staff were detached and bored and the toilet was dirty with quite a lot of water leaking over the floor. This kind of experience makes me question my blind brand loyalty. McD coffee may be the worst in the world but it is about a third of the price and quite often Sbux coffee deserves nil points.

Very nice staff, similar to other Starbucks with good stocks. Once they let us take the children into the toilet after a long journey. Definitely recommend as a quick stop.

I've been spat at with more passion than these guys. Girl, not bothered in the slightest. Miserable, not polite, face like she didn't want to be there. I'll skip these services next time, I'll go to Costa. Better customer service with a smile.

Nice Starbucks as part of the services. Right next to the Shell patrol station. Make sure you visit first as moving from fuel to eating is not possible. Single stall toilet available. It's a drive through, so even if it looks empty, the staff will be busy attending to the cars outside.

Inconsistent some times the coffees are bang on sometimes they just don't taste great, a number of times they have missed things which you can't back for when your 5 miles up the M1

Leicester north motorway services Starbucks- Cleaning and sanitizing against covid 19 was almost non existent

Ordered in drive through and drove away. No whipped cream in my ordered coffee despite it being added to my bill, coffee burned which was surprising as no customers inside or behind us, so two staff inside had enough time to manage 4 drinks order.

Quick and efficient drive through, only thing that let it down was the cleanliness of the toilet as we had to use the facilities for a young child.

Terrible terrible customer service. I ordered extra coffee in my frapp and the gentleman taking my order said okay. I even asked again to make sure he understood and he nodded. He didn't give me my receipt and I had to ask for it. I saw no double coffee. Drink was good but will go to a different Starbucks for better service.

I had the unfortunately experience of getting hot drinks when I had ordered cold. Being called rude by the barista when I repeated the order to them after they handed the hot drink to me. Same barista Managed to stuff up "large cold milk with a shot of mocha". When we went over the cold order drinks order again. Swore black and blue that there was a shot of mocha in the large milk when it was white. Ummm it should be brown. And even after swirling the drink it still didn't turn brown. At least they managed in the end to get the pumpkin spiced frappacino right although the order person forgot to ask if we wanted coffee in that too. Trying to contact the store directly to make a complaint forget about that too

Refused to serve me because I'm not in a car, my 44t hgv unfortunately does not fit through the drive through, instead told to go and buy the muck out of the main building.

Love a coffee here. Daughter had a pink hot chocolate! Nice staff . Good service . Tables need wiping down more ;)
