Staff were superstars, so friendly, easy to talk to.. place was busy but nothing was too much trouble, food was GORGEOUS and fresh! Best carbonara ever! Didn’t have to wait long at all, Have never been to Prezzo and will be coming back after this visit!

Won’t be going again, awful service. Servers absolutely clueless, seemed like they didn’t want to be there, lukewarm welcome when we arrived and no interaction when we left. Food was quite good.

Despite having paper from the prosciutto left on my pizza, the meal was great, service was great and when the paper was mentioned it was dealt with immediately. Well done Prezzo!!

I have been coming to this Prezzo for over 10 years now, all the staff pretty much know us. We went for a family dinner last night and it was busy, plenty of staff working. But the service was poor. Food had to sent back or corrected numerous amount of times and the food quality had changed for the worse. I'm not one to complain but our experience last night was poor. The prices have gone up and food wasn't to great standard. Portion sizes are reduced. I definitely had a dodgy stomach from that food.. on Saturday night in an Italian restaurant they ran out of pizza dough. 2 tables from us a group of 10 had drinks and left as a result to this.. Improvements required. I will not be visiting anytime soon..

Very night evening, service was friendly and the food was what you'd expect! Definitely one of the better branches we've been too, will return!

We decided to get something to eat from here. It was relatively quiet when we arrived and were shown to a table straight away. For starter I had the ' garlic bread with balsamic onions and mozzarella' which was really nice. We also had the 'arancini' which was also very nice. For the main I had the 'prezzo beef burger' which was really nice and would have it again. The 'chocolate gelato' was really nice also. For a drink I had the 'poretti' which was nice. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful, service was very good from the 2 girls who were serving us. The food was really good. The place seemed clean. Plenty of parking near. I would recommend this place

After being seated we were pounced on for our order. The menu is very easy to navigate. The food was far from good. Nothing exciting. King prawn and gnocchi starter was a bowl of very thin ceeam and lots of halved cherry tomatoes, 4 king prawns and 4 bits of gnocchi and it was cold, sent it back to be heated and thats what they did (microwaved) prawns were then tough! And when it did come back the ither 4 in the party had eaten their starters, which were very underwhelming, cheese bites with a dip, the dip was chopped tinned tomatoes. Main course came whilst I was still eating the warmed up starter! I had the prezzo burger, it was awful!! Plastic, tasteless slabs of brown meatlike patties that were chewy. The menu has gone downhill, cheap nasty products that are very much overpriced!! Don't waste your money!!

Friendly and professional service from George and our waitress (sorry can’t remember her name!), George found us a seat even though we didn’t book for a busy Friday evening! Food was also very tasty!

Tried using £60 worth of the fast running out tesco vouchers tonight, against a £135 bill. Told I couldn't by waitress due to all the Father's day promotions. I wasn't aware there were any so after paying bill with there stealth 10% service charge added, realised the only promotion was a free beer. Guess what. They charged me for that also. Wasnt using promotions so vouchers should have been accepted. Nice enough place and food was good, but poor service and paying 10% fot it is wrong as its put on bill with no choice.

We walked in a family of 6 after a horrendous experience around the corner in another restaurant. From the moment we walked in we were greeted wonderfully, with a very friendly host and given time by the staff- made to feel welcome. Shannon in particular was lovely and very engaging. She served us and explained the menu & engaged with us well. The food was beyond what we expected, very nice and fresh & tasty. All was served in a nice spaced out time & all hot to serve. The restaurant is clean & the staff all very attentive. Massive 5 stars from us. Thank you!

Family catch up restaurant inside is a lovely space, food was ok, salad was dripping in water though not sure why?! Staff not great , slow service main course all arrived separately with one member of the party having to wait a good 10mins after everyone else, making everyone else’s food cold , because we waited to eat together. Servers not very attentive, had to ask to order every time, choc cake was nice but missing fruit that it’s served with, bill came with service charge on, the level of service was not up to charging for it I am afraid. Over all averages .

Amazing, thanks to Ciprian! I cannot understand why this restaurant has 3.5 stars only. We were welcomed in by Ciprian, and the team whom honestly cannot do enough for you - you almost feel like guests in their home, they work so hard to ensure you are looked after. We were never left without a drink but the service was not overbearing or intrusive. The food was hot and served quickly. The food is really good, I was expecting standard chain fayre but the ragu is next level. We had a fantastic evening and would highly recommend

Just went in and asked if it was possible for us just to have coffee, Ciprian was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Service and quality of coffee was great. Very relaxed atmosphere ended up having lunch too!

Amazing food as usual, so happy Prezzo re-opened this branch as we were waiting to go for a while. We had our favorite pizza large posh pepperoni which never disappoints and every time makes us say WOW when we see it served. Food was delicious and service very friendly. It is nice to see how well the servers clean the tables makes us feel really comfortable to eat here during covid-19. Our server name on receipt is Ilijana, she was very friendly and attentive and also one more girl in pink shirt was helping she was also very polite. Went to this restaurant on a buy a gift card arrived at 8.05 table booked for 8-15 table wasn't ready even though restaurant wasn't busy. Told waitress it was a buy a gift booking so it came with 2 glasses of wine which we eventually got after a long wait ordered food from a very limited menu starter was fine then came the main which I had spaghetti carbonara which was absolutely disgusting it was a plate of plane spaghetti no taste what so ever ate 2 mouth full left the rest obviously the chef has not got a clue the pudding came honeycomb cheesecake it looked rich and full of flavour but again no taste what so ever and they prepare the puddings behind the bar strange Will never return to this restaurant very poor quality food very poor service and staff

Restaurant floors not clean and bits of food on the floors from the restaurant through to the toilet facilities. Walls and floors in the toilet areas were dirty, clearly not been cleaned in quite a while. Then the food, oh dear! Risotto and Lasagne were the worst I've ever seen and tasted absolutely awful.So bad that the person that had the lasagne (and only ate less than half of it) was physically sick in the car park before reaching the car! Did complain to eventually receive an email saying they will speak the operations team. We will not be returning here and will be cautious to try other Prezzo restaurants!

Went here as family with 3 kids 2 of who have allergies. The waitress was geeat getting the alllergy menu and very attentive and well informed on what we was eating. Food was lovely with a great choice we had starters and mains and was very gull after. Reasonable price food. Drinks a little expensive but often are at these places Really enjoyed it and definitely be back .

Beautifully fitted restaurant, busy on a Thursday lunchtime (a good sign). Loved the hummus, breaded mozzarella, Vesuvius pizza, Honeycomb cheesecake and ice cream. Service efficient and helpful. Would definitely return.

Poor food - poor staff - won't go back ever - and have been prezzo previously - but this one is crap

I booked Prezzo for my 30th birthday meal with family. I booked for 3:15pm on 16th February 2020. We arrived at 3:10pm and entered the restaurant. We stood waiting and no one acknowledged us at all for 10 minutes. There was 4 staff members and not one came over to say sorry for keeping you waiting. Finally a woman who was wearing a completely different uniform to the other staff (presumably the manager) came into the restaurant and then we realised she was outside on her phone for the whole time which was really frustrating. Then there wasn’t any apologies for keeping us waiting and then when looking for our booking couldn’t find it. Fairly strange as you’ve sent confirmation and this survey. So they had to sort the table out for 7 people so had to wait a little longer. Then when we went over the woman just put the menus on the tables and left. We never got anyone come over to ask if we wanted drinks and finally when the person came over she said what food would you like. I was like what abouts drinks? Anyway, we ordered our food and drinks. They was quick to take wine glasses away but not replace any cutlery that was missing because of rearranging tables. After 5 staff chatting behind the bar and another 10 minutes we finally got our drinks then starters followed. Then when mains came they didn’t send one persons food out for another 5 minutes. This whole experience was shocking and felt that my birthday meal I wanted to celebrate my 30th was ruined. Disgraceful service from all the staff. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for a booking for a special birthday. Never would go Prezzos again.

We booked ahead for a Saturday night and requested a quiet table, for guests with hearing impairment difficulties. A perfect table was allocated us. Service was prompt, albeit the restaurant was busy.Food arrived promptly, was very tasty and well presented, generous in quantity.Friendly staff, good atmosphere.Prezzo leads the way in our opinion for Vegetarian and overall choice and quality of food.

This place was such a waste of time. Firstly they served me water in a glass with someone else's lipstick in....no apology just a change of glass. Then they made us wait over an hour for our food only to be told after they forgot to put the order through.

Very happy with the service that we received from the staff at Prezzo. Especially from Kelly who stood out, very friendly, professional and attentive. She is Superb. Would absolutely visit again.

At Prezzo from a Buy a Gift voucher which is a limited 3 course menu. There are good options available however slightly basic and obviously a small range from their huge variety. Food was good and we enjoyed our pizzas, especially the fresh dough. We found the service incredibly slow and thought the cream part on the cheesecake could be better quality.

Last night my wife and I visited this restaurant as part of A Christmas Gift from Buyagift. Due to the gift, we were given a more restricted menu than is typical, but this was acceptable as there was still plenty of choice. Also we accept that the business has to make a profit and the typical menu has some very expensive options.

Went with husband and two granddaughters. Husbands is a coeliac with severe wheat allergy, we all enjoyed good food, including husband who alongside dietary requirements is ultra picky. Would definitely go back especially as they had gluten free beer for husband. 10 out of 10
