Came for a mother’s day treat and had such an amazing experience! Our waitress Emily in particular was so lovely and attentive- she absolutely made our experience and always had a smile on her face :). Will definitely be returning !!

We come to Bella Italia fairly often as it's great food. Ella has been our server on multiple occasions, and she's always great - very welcoming and always happy. We know we'd always be looked after and have a good experience when she's working.

From arrival to leaving Ella looked after us perfectly. She was friendly and helpful. The blonde manageress is always lovely and she trains her staff well. The food was excellent as always. Our only issue is that our local Bella closed so we have to travel to Leicester, but it's worth it.

First time visit and was okay … Firstly ordered a magners cider which was poured over ice for me which is a first as normally served with a glass and ice separate which I prefer not to have any ice so I sent it back but as I had a view of the bar all that happened was shovelled the ice out and brought it back to me which was very disappointing ..The manager had an earbud in personally it didn’t look like any sort of hearing aid but okay il let that slide as it’s a 50/50 chance …The food did save the visit although portion size for the price could be a lot better …And finally paid with a voucher and the rest cash but then waiter considers to tell me there is no available cash of £2.35 in the building so reluctantly I just let them keep it weather it was a plot to keep it or just genuinely haven’t got any I found this to be very disappointing

Bella Italia offers a delightful dining experience with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu features a great selection of authentic Italian dishes, and the flavors are always on point. I highly recommend the pastas. Perfect for a cozy meal or a special occasions. And great hospitality especially from André he was super friendly and he made sure everything was okay with us and nothing was wrong. He also has very good manners, and was always polite.

If I could give service 0, I would. The blonde lady manager had an appalling attitude. We waited over 30 minutes and had to ask to be served just drinks. The food took ages. We again, asked for the bill and this was forgotten about. Ruined my birthday. Will never return here. Absolutely appalling service.

Went to a Bella Italia for the first time in years and was not impressed by the service. We asked the waitress if there were any offers on, she said 'I'm not allowed to tell you" We asked if we could use Blue Light, she said, we could only use one offer.. blue light or kids eat for £1, which we understood. There were 2 adults and 2 children that went. She said we couldn't split the bill and had to have everything on one receipt, which we should be able to decide on, not her. My friend went to order off the select menu and was told if she ordered off that then we couldn't use any other offer. When she came with the bill, she apologised for it being manic in the restaurant as they were really busy. The restaurant was half full which my friend pointed out and the waitress replied 'you're in a corner booth so won't be able to see'. This was a load of rubbish as we could see perfectly well from where we were. Food was ok.. Carbonara was very bland and luke warm. Won't be going to another Bella Italia again. My friend who is a regular customer said the same. With attitudes like 'I'm not allowed to tell you about the offers" it's no wonder so many places are shutting down. Bring back staff that are helpful and put customer service 1st"

This place is always brilliant, top food, when we went it was the January £5 pasta deal. Still so nice. The service there is amazing. Really look after you.

My sisters and I had a lovely lunch, £5 pasta deal was on! Lasagne and gluten free bolognese, gf garlic bread, were all well cooked , hot and delicious. Staff(girl mainly on her own) attentive, personable but professional. Would recommend 👌

Very nice staff and food. It's hard to find a closer Italian experience, and this restaurant has definitely hit the spot. Much preferred experience over other Italian restaurants in and around Leicester!

I’m gluten and dairy intolerant and was guided by our server to what I could and couldn’t eat and the food was so nicely presented and tasted amazing

Had a lovely lunch before cinema, I recommend the minestrone soup it was delicious, we tried the Camembert pizza with cranberry topping it was absolutely amazing!! It is a Christmas special however I would have that anytime of the year 5 stars for sure!!!

Came in and the service was slow and the manager lady was rude. We complained about the pizza being dry and no tomato sauce base.. the carbonara was also dry and the bacon was just fatty ofcuts. I would not ever Recommend going. We have been before and was fine but this time was dreadful manager knew we was not happy and did nothing to rectify the problem. DO NOT EAT HERE

Emily was our waitress and I just want to say how amazing she was. She welcomed us in with a big smile, she was so lovely and catered to our every need. No problem was too big for her. Lovely experience overall, especially thanks to our waitress Emily.

Went on a Monday lunchtime, so can't comment on busier times, everything was perfect. Allergies were well catered for and staff had a clear understanding of coeliac disease. Fast service, friendly attitudes and generous portions.

Great food as usual. However, the service quality was beyond pathetic. We kept on waiting for everything. The restaurant was not even half full! Finally, we walked up to the till, paid our bill, and were literally relieved to get out of the place. Bella Italia, yes! But never to this branch again!

My partner and I went for a meal here and the service provided by Tyler was astounding. He was very friendly and could not have been more accommodating to our needs. The food was great and the evening was complemented with the friendliness and expertise of his knowledge. Could not recommend enough!!

What a fantastic establishment! My partner and I had the pleasure of dining there recently and were thoroughly impressed by the ambiance and the exceptional quality of the food. The three young ladies and the gentleman who served us made our evening truly memorable. It is an outstanding restaurant with an incredible staff.

Order delivery time kept changing. Food was not kept upright so when opened the food was squashed at one end of boxes. Very disappointed.Splashed out extra for Bella Italia pizza as a birthday treat. wish I hadn't bothered.

Quite disappointed with yesterday's experience. Myself and a family member ordered pizza and one of the orders was placed, we were later told they had run out of chilli's and caramelised onions, these are main ingredients which add flavour to the food how is this even possible that they have run out. I had ordered the passionfruit mocktail and it was full of ice and I couldn't even taste the passionfruit. The waitress brought over orange juice which she overspilt on our table and didn't apologise. I don't think she realised but again it's really not good enough. The pizza's were tasty but without basic ingredients it wasn't good enough.

Lovely service from a lovely person called Tyler. He was welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious, hot. The disable toilet was lovely and clean. There is plenty of parking for able bodies and disabled people. Had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend this place.

Decidimos conseguir algo de comer de aquí. El lugar era tranquilo para un viernes por la noche solo unas pocas mesas. Nos mostraron a una mesa y pedimos bebidas que me tomé un 'Birra Morretti' que era agradable. Para empezar tuve el 'Mozzarella y ajo Flatbread' que era agradable. Para la principal tenía la pizza 'Ajo Lasaña' que estaba bien, no era lo mismo que las veces anteriores que lo he tenido de esta cadena de restaurantes. El entrante tardó más de 40 minutos en salir considerando que el lugar no estaba ocupado solo un par de mesas. El plato principal no tardó mucho en llegar después de que hubiéramos terminado el arranque. Para el pudín tuvimos la 'masa de galletas' que estaba bien, no tenía una experiencia demasiado buena con el Tiramisu la última vez, así que decidí probar esto en su lugar. En general, la persona que nos estaba sirviendo era muy servicial y amable. La comida que tenía era buena, pero no tan buena como visitas anteriores. La otra comida que se pidió estaba bien, pero no totalmente a la altura de este lugar. El lugar parecía limpio.

Had been here recently and have to say I have had the best time in a long time. The food was lovely, drinks were amazing and had the pleasure to be taken care by our server Jade. The attention to detail that she had throughout the night was exceptional. As I'm quite a picky eater, she had recommended the best meal to me. Also lover how caring she was throughout, making sure that we are satisfied with everything, including the atmosphere during the night. Massive thank you to Jade, will for sure come back soon to re-enjoy all.

I recently ate here and was thoroughly impressed. The food was great and expertly prepared. I appreciated being able to request modifications to certain dishes - it was lovely. However, the highlight of the experience was our server Ella. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Ella made sure our dining experience was phenomenal, providing excellent recommendations. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful meal/overall experience.

Been to this restaurant many times before but today’s experience was not good. Restaurant virtually empty but got shown to a table right next to another full table. Ordered but waiter then came back to say they were out of mozzarella - in an Italian restaurant?! Decided to stick with our two original set orders and one main only,though disappointed as the caprese was the main reason for choosing this place today. Food arrived quickly and was its usual high standard. After food we asked for the bill and whether we could use the birthday discount for the one person not having set menu. Phone was taken over by waitress to point out T&Cs of all offers in a very abrupt manner. We had no problem with not getting discount but the attitude was unwelcome. Also mentioned between ourselves the disappointment about no caprese and the waitress jumped in to say ‘it’s very easy to make yourself at home, only 4 ingredients’. I pointed out we were there as a birthday treat so it was a bit disappointing. Waitress maintained we would have been better to make it ourselves and again spoke about T & Cs. The waitress was abrupt every time she spoke, I couldn’t wait to leave and will not return.
