Lovely atmosphere and staff Great drinks!

We came during half term for the Kids eat for £1 deal. I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and our server Emily went above and beyond to make sure I was catered to. I was also able to have 3 courses which is a real treat and doesn’t happen very often!

Service was slow took 20 minutes before someone came to take are orders.

We were seated immediately and had a brilliant experience, food was brilliant, drinks were great, the area was clean and a great place to eat during a warm afternoon. We had Ella as our server who got our food and drinks out as quick as she could, she was very kind and one of the best servers we've had.

We had an amazing experience, our server Ella was quick, kind and made it a brilliant experience for both of us. The food was delicious, drinks were quick, the set menu was a great option to save a little money. Overall a brilliant time and happy to come again.

From the moment we stepped through the door, Emily greeted us with a radiant smile that could outshine the Italian sun itself. Her attentiveness was unparalleled—anticipating our needs before we even voiced them, like a service savant with a sixth sense for customer delight. Her knowledge of the menu was encyclopedic, recommending dishes with such passion you'd think she crafted them herself. The pasta? A symphony of flavours, made even more divine by Emily’s perfect wine pairing suggestions. Not once did our glasses sit empty or our plates go uncleared without her noticing, gracefully ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of spectacular. Emily didn’t just serve us; she orchestrated an unforgettable culinary journey steeped in warmth, charm, and impeccable professionalism. Bella Italia should consider renaming itself "Bella Emily"—because her service is the true gem that keeps customers returning. Bravo, Emily! You’re the heart and soul of hospitality!

Perfect - great dinner, came here for the ‘bella’ deal. All staff were lovely, the host lady was amazing, changed our seats on request and all round was polite and gave great customer service. 10/10

We had such a lovely meal at Bella Italia – the food was delicious and the portions were huge. A special mention goes to Ella who served us – she was absolutely brilliant! Friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout, she really made our visit enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

We were greeted by emily to show us our table. She was extremely friendly and kind. We then realised she was our waitress for the rest of the experience and we were very happy! The food was incredible. The service was exceptional and emily made our experience very personable and enjoyable. She was amazing with my 12 year old daughter and even accommodated us sitting outside for dessert. She deserves a raise! Thank you Bella italia and thank you emily.
