This would have been a 5* straight the way because I normally have a burger and chips. I had kebab for a change and I don’t think I’ll ever get moisture back into my mouth. Minimum sauce. Minimum salad (for a large but you still get regular salad portion which I don’t think is enough for that). Just don’t go for a kebab. From the picture you can see I had a kibble’s of the naan, there’s way too much meat to no salad/sauce ratio. Chicken fantastic, burgers amazzzzingggg.

I order regularly from flames as it’s the best pizza around Leicestershire ‘I’ve tried several other restaurants’ always excellent service and briallint food quality! Very kind workers which is a bonus! I recommend 10X over.

Pizza good but a large kebab doner had 10 slices of meat in it at £8.50!!!!! Very very very disappointed

Pizzas were good but it specifically says "order free pizza from the menu" so I ordered 2 pizzas and 4 turned up. 2 stuffed crust, 2 not and the stuffed crust wasn't properly stuffed. one pair of the pizzas also seemed to be missing the extra topping we added and the dip pots in all of the pizza boxes were melted from the heat of the pizza. finally, the chips with cheese had no cheese and they were stale! won't be ordering again.

Got my order completely wrong ,no free pizza as per the offer and no reduction in charge, liked their pizzas but will not go there again, ever!

Absolute con men. Take your money via Just Eat, don’t deliver and then refuse to refund it. Spoke to them and they promised to refund…. 5 days later, still no refund. Looking at the Just Eat reviews, it’s a common occurrence. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Scammers

5 days ago I placed order and our order was wrong 🙃 I have sent emails to them and have had no response 🙃 they are quick to take your money but they are not so forthcoming to refund.

Have ordered many times but won't be again. Partner ordered and took 1hr 45mins to arrive, both pizzas were stone cold and toppings missing.

Absolutely disgusting. Waited an hour and half, called a to ask where food was, “it’s a with driver” and phone put down on me. Food warmed up old…..only place for it was BIN!!! Will not be giving you my hard earned money again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered 6:15pm despite ringing them after an hour by 8:20pm still not received. Even had a text to review the order. Used to be a great takeaway until new people took over.

Ordered at 6:30 on a Friday night, was given an hours wait time... was still waiting at 7:40 so rang and asked to make sure the order had gone through, he said he was just preparing it and it would be out, no apology..thought no problem, waited a further hour still nothing, tried to call and the line was constantly busy, couldn't get through.. the meals finally turned up at 8:40, no apology, just said I ordered at a busy time, I said I would take the food if it could be reduced somewhat as an apology.. he wasn't apologetic at all so I refused the food. This place used to be our favourite, we absolutely loved it but since the new owners it seems its gone downhill. Don't waste your time. Also, text saying 20% off, wasn't offered this either! Just ordered from the new owners. Had a text from them offering 20% discount which I didn't get when ordering. Was told delivery would be an hour but it was late. Food was OK but won't be using again

Ordered 3 meals, 2 Shish kebabs and a wrap online. We did notice the menu had changed but we didn’t think for one moment the owners had changed. Arrived 30 mins after the hour given for delivery time. Chips were reheated and rubbery. The kebabs were dry, we asked for garlic mayonnaise well if we got more than half tsp mayonnaise I would be very surprised. The chicken was awful, burnt and very dry. Our order went on the bin. I phoned up and complained and eventually spoke to the manager, he did give me a refund however he was very rude and told me never to order again because I questioned the fact that ownership had changed and they were using reviews from the previous owners. It’s gone from the best kebab shop to the worst which is a shame. Try for yourself but done say I didn’t warn you.

The best takeaway buy far for me. Always deliver on time and the food is also on point for me. My fav is the blue cheeseburger. I cannot fault these guys. Thank you. I would defo recommend !!

High rating due to pizza being very good. I had a kebab and it looked like they blasted the ingredients into a pitta using a Canon. Was pretty annoyed how messy it was to eat with the sauce all over. More care next time please.

10 out of 10 for customer service and food was brilliant too. Was only driving by and seen them open, gave it a try and don't have nothing wrong to say about them. Staff behind the counter was very friendly who made the best pizza for me. I'm a vegetarian and lot of places iv tried have been very basic but flames goes that extra mile to make sure customers gets what they want. I'll definitely be coming back again for that same pizza and service. Keep up the great work ladz you doing great. Pritz

Was in there 28-01-2020 Im a lorry driver and parked up on Bruce way Very friendly staff I ordered a cheeseburger and 2 southern fried chicken breast The burger was over cooked and rubbery the chicken was overcooked on outside but inside was raw pink and slimy was not happy

I ordered from here this evening as a treat - we don’t have takeaway very much at all - The service was quick. Despite collection of the order (we only live a 2 min drive) the food was stone cold. I can only assume the meat had been kept warm - but definitely not hot enough. A very expensive lesson - almost £25 for 3 meals and food had to be disposed of. I didn’t think it was worth ringing the shop to complain as other people have posted stating it’s a waste of time. I just won’t use this place again in the future and I wouldn’t recommend. Don’t like to post negative reviews but this place was nice when they opened but has gone downhill.

Food is nice but given one star because they always try to rip you off with the price if you have a delivery. They said the southern fried chicken price had gone up because of Brexit when I asked why it was £2 more. If having a delivery order through Just Eat as it is cheaper, tried to charge me £2.50 for delivery saying min order charge on Just Eat there isn't.

Large chips was like a small chips..the chicken leg drumsticks were horrible and gristly and cheap and the customer service on the phone when i rang to ask where my order was is terrible as he was very short with me and hung up! Will NOT be ordering from them again in future!

If I could go lower I would. Overall very disappointing. I will never order from here again. Firstly the man who delivered the pizza was totally unprofessional looking, had the shakes and smelt of alcohol. Secondly after receiving the pizza I had a bite and it tasted weird, I took a look at the bottom and it was black, I rang to complain and asked for a refunded, the manager began to threaten me and blackmail me by saying he couldn’t afford to give me a refund and if I wanted it to contact the just eat app, this went on for an hour trying to get my money back. Over the phone he was very aggressive and unprofessional. He collected the pizzas back and forgot to ask the delivery driver for the pesi, I was aware he only wanted the pizzas back, after ringing me saying that they wanted it, I was fine as it was unopened, he then told me a driver was on the way to get the bottle...this was 2 hours ago. This was my first and last time ordering here, definitely not recommend at all! Proceed at your own risk
