Burger King in Blaby

Item missing no chilli cheese bites advertised as an offer but missing. Driver went by our address then turned round then talking etc and then finally delivered had to reheat food!!!

There were no fries, and there is no way for us to query just the fries in a meal on Just Eat, so I guess all I can do is leave a bad review. It's really not that hard to put fries in a bag.

Food always cold! Tried different fast foods so now a JUST EAT! Issue!!!

Rude, 1 person in store eating, 1 i. The drive through Me and my husband stood at the till and asked "is anyone serving the tills" i got a funny look from a young lady and then still stood for another 15 mins before a young lad came and asked for our order (made us feel like an inconvenience, then a customer) due to attitude, we walked out... this issue seen to be on going and tarnished reputation of burger king in this area.

Went after being at the cinema. Ladies toilets were broken, would not flush. Considering it was 9.30 pm, so not busy, several tables were covered in rubbish as was the floor. My whopper was cold. Not even luke warm. Cold. Went to the counter to complain, staff were in the back and didn't come to the counter to assist. Burger king used to be lovely and was always a nice treat. Won't be visiting again I'm afraid.

Real tasty food with good atmosphere and customer service

Delivery late was originally 7.15 to 7.35. Food cold. and I am glad the nuggets were free because they didn't turn up

After a top notch service from manager Jake and staff at that time me and a friend of mine have been to the same burger 2/3 time's After that to find service and food quality down to a near zero absolutely gutted we are 😢 Indian manager rudely arrogant no. People skills says one thing one minute says something else the next not happy at all I don't think we will go there for few months now p.s headquarters need to also look in to why they don't have the vegan royal meals offer on 7 days a week but always seem to have offers on for meat eaters , you need more managers like jake who constantly works on all 4 cylinders

My daughter went to meridian Leicester we are pretty sure they gave her the wrong burger she asked for plant based she bought it home and it did not taste right it tasted meaty in the bin it went. We tried to call them ring ring ring no answer such poor service even service at the branch very poor

live a little distance from store so didn't expect piping hot but food was cold/luke warm in patches, delivery was slightly later than the estimated window and our order was missing items.

Food was hot n fresh. Excellent service by staff. Also, the store is nice n clean.

Burger king is the best fast food chain in my opinion,it's a bit pricey but you get quality food for that money

Ordered four Chicken Royale meals and only received three.

Ordered bacon loaded ceasar fries with both meals for £2 extra each and only recieved regular fries with both meals

Asked for item at counter which is available in store, was told it was only available online when I wanted to pay in cash. Staff weren't helpful at all just said that it has to be online. Then after food was order the quality was poor with burgers being soggy and poorly arranged.

Varun was very helpful, couldn't decide what I wanted so he helped me, his beard is better than mine too.

Terrible service. Chose BK as it said food would be delivered in 25-30 mins as I had my 4 week old napping this was perfect yet it arrived after an hour. The food was cold so went in the bin. I called twice but no answer. I want a refund as this is really not good enough service, food and communication.

Usually ok, here, but service was poor today. The server was uncommunicative and seemed totally out of her depth. Actually took 3 orders for items they didn't have available and seemed unable to grasp obvious remedies for the situation. A bit bizarre. The meals when they came were fine. Just one of those 'off' visits.

I've been coming here for years, every time I leave it a while and hope it'll be better then next time, but it never changes. Although the service is characteristically awful, the food is usually good, however this time both were terrible. Numerous staff standing around doing nothing even though id ordered in advance, i ordered a milkshake through the app only to be told they don't have any in store and I couldnt have a replacement drink with my meal because it didn't say so on the receipt. After I while and having spoken to the manager he finally gave me a cup, I filled it up with Coca-Cola which actually just tasted like sour lemon. Awful service.

Followed instructions and was came early was really nice and hot!

Try delivering what’s been ordered and try answering the Phone to deal with the issue. Poor service.

Item missing from order. Phoned branch and member of staff admitted he knew what was missing without me even saying what item was missing. If he knew then why send it out? Will be making a complaint to management. Store refused to send out missing item

Lovely food & quick service. From placing the order to it being delivered, it only took just under 30 minutes which is very impressive. Food was still nice & warm when we recieved it and the delivery driver was lovely & polite :)

Service is nonexistent, empty restaurant and they made me wait 5 minutes just to order, no smile to manners no eye contact. I used to work for bk back in the days and if I serve customers like these jokers I would have got sacked on the spot. I don't want them to close down but if they did it won't be missed.

Ordered a Memphis chicken burger, it barely had any BBQ sauce, maybe a drop or two. I took my Burger back and asked for more sauce on it. The guy takes my burger, remakes it with no sauce... Then I had to repeat myself once again and waited another 5 mins and had to ask for more sauce on it and stated it should look like the same as it does advertised. Honestly a very disappointing experience, and will never return again. To be honest I'm a GM and even my non English speaking members of staff provide better service and product quality than these guys. Train your people better!

delivery time said 17.10 over an hour late it was delivered, unpacked, half of the meals wasn't there so I had to re order missing items, food that was delivered was stone cold

Visited yesterday and the level of service was shocking. There was a few people in but not busy at all. I stood at the counter waiting to order and the staff just stood there chatting while looking straight through me and completely ignoring the fact they had somebody waiting to order. A delivery driver walked in to the left hand of the counter and was greeted straight away which really annoyed me. I eventually asked if there was any possibility of ordering some food to which I was served. I was asked to find a table and they would let me know when ready. We sat and waited for the food which never came, called out lots of numbers but nothing. Eventually I asked the your girl what was going on with the food and she replied, I am sorry your food is on the side and we didn’t realise you was here waiting! I walked to the counter to collect the food and then I was told they were waiting on something else to add to the bag and it was still cooking. A young man who appeared to be the manager came to the front counter and could clearly see I was not happy. I told him how I felt and that the staff were so unaware of the people around them. They just flutter around chatting and messing around in the kitchen. I told him about the experience with the food and the terrible service and he replied with, I will speak to the staff and tried to apologise. I told him this was my second experience in a short space of time and how frustrating is was and he didn’t really say anything. Anyway…. Minutes later, while sitting with my family eating our cold meal, we see him messing around in the kitchen with the others and staring through the kitchen at me. What amazes me is the fact that somebody owns this company, it fails continuously and they don’t ever stand back and look at the basics. Dismissive staff, useless managers with no people skills or leadership whatsoever and just an overall appalling experience. A shame really as the menu is good, the food is pretty good when warm and the location is convenient. Burger King - sort your people out!!!

Right so the reviews about it being quiet are true... most the business is through uber or similar. We came in about 2 o clock it was empty so you wud would expect there to be house keeping ... the tables were cleared but not wiped down or cleaned there was sauce and crumbs over numerous tables.staff was more focused on NOT acknowledging the majority of customers I saw come and go which was a eye watering 3... The floor same with the tables are sticky felt like one of them glue traps for rats. Won't be coming here again ... burger was barely warm in stale bread didn't enjoy it at all . chips were awesome tho as that was clearly cooked fresh not a burger made ages ago sitting there . Won't be coming here again surprised they even still open . Couldn't see any mask for the kitchen staff so hair etc from beards/long hair can get into you food . Very bad hygiene

my order took nearly 2 hours to arrive, it was freezing cold so I binned it... I work in the catering sector and the food was probably dangerous to consume and I wasn't prepared to reheat it either
