Wrong food delivered - not as ordered - luke warm and not very tasty

food was stone cold and I threw it away, really disappointed

Ordered an original coke, paid more for original coke and received a diet coke, not good when simple instruction are not honoured, especially when im charged for it. And it arrives late to boot! Unacceptable.

1 hour 40 mins for my order to turn up cold im not happy

Received a regular whopper instead of a double

Came today around 7.30pm intercom is crap staff can't hear you and constantly asking you to repeat what you say. I asked for a "double whopper plain only cheese" lady on the headset said they don't come with cheese, I've always ordered it saying it in this term and never had an issue, seems like they've had a lot of new staff and all very rude abrupt and unhelpful. So anyway get to the window and all staff were talking for ages with the window shut before they came to charge me for my order so when they finally came I asked again are the burgers plain with just cheese she's like you have to add cheese it doesn't come with it which okay fair enough, so I asked for both plain with just cheese or in her term "add cheese" burgers came one with cheese one without so I went back through the drive through and one lad came polite but had to go ask his manger what to do so the manager came over with his stinky attitude and raised his voice so I asked for a refund he wouldn't give me one just said what do you want so I can sort it. So I said just slap a cheese on so he literally did just slap it on and then said you need to pay 50p for the cheese. I don't mind had they had just done that from the start it's the fact the customer service stinks all who I dealt with had attitude apart from one young lad. Won't be going back use to visit regularly old staff were much better.

Absolutely disgusted with Burger King, i have always loved this place but this has put me rite off it! Food was cold, was tasteless, 2 items missing and one being chips that came on there own when ide paid extra for bacon loaded fry’s. I’m not for reviews BUT THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT WHEN SPENDING £50 FOR JUST TWO PEOPLE FROM BURGER KING!!!!!! NICE ONE!

My order number D4D50, Friday 28.2.2025. I've ordered with Uber eats 2 Woppers,1 kid burger and 3 fries, we paid extra for Angus patty plus another extra for double patty each burger . One double Angus burger was completely missing. Order was around 30£ with Uber eats. I've reported straight after. What Ubers stupid system did? Gave me 2£ refund for missing double Angus burger .. price was more than 10£ each. I've tried to report that refund was wrong.. But it's dead end.. ,, looks like we have solved your problem, refund is on its way,, And system repeats that over over again . No chance contacting with human.. I've cancelled my Uber one. Im not gonna use it again. No customer service at all. It's not first time my order wasn't complete from meridian bk.

Got completely the wrong food half was missing and what I recieved was not what I ordered

Sorry to say that this Burger King service is very very bad manager is so rude he doesn't care about customer service next time I want to refer to anyone raising his voice to the customers

Ordered at 17.05. arrived at 18.18. The fries and the burger buns were like rubber as the food was stone cold! Only online refund I could obtain was just over £5 on an order that cost £20.62. Shockingly bad quality and customer service.

Yeah pretty solid for a snack I got a 5 quid double bacon and cheese meal it didn't come with no bacon but whatever the refills are awesome though.

Order took more then 20 minutes to come through and when we did get our whoppers we had no cheese on them and one of slush machines were broken so we had to walk out with the slush puppy that we didn’t want. And the restaurant it was not heated, at all it was super cold I had to keep my jacket on and thought about going to the car. And it wasn’t the cleanest restaurant!.

Told all my food was in the bag and when arrived home nor did they pack my child's kids meal or the ben and Jerry's ice cream but still willing to charge me £40.. and when trying to call then they don't answer absolute joke...

Staff struggle to cope with numbers of orders... drive thru full screen, approvers 11 on screen and people inside. Staff need to prioritise orders inside. Close the drive thru for 15 minutes. Kitchen, some one needs to be on the pass calling to kitchen. And letting them know full capacity is required so that the pass isn't empty. Come on burger King... the customers are ordering, paying and getting drinks by themselves. All you need to do is sort out food and bagging.

Very good service food cooked to perfection and the manager and waiting stuff were very helpful this was Burger King.

I used to go there and order something with no extra dip. But last week me and my friend both ordered and paid for extra dips for the first time and what? We both didn't receive extra dips and came to know once we are at home. When we rang them the staff was the worst. Inspite of we are saying that we didn't get dips and we provided the order numbers too, he kept repeating how can I check your order if you don't have the number or the food you bought. And asked me come back and collect. Really? And when I said that I am gonna put review on google, he dropped my call. That was very insulting.

Wow that was awful £11.00 staff ignore everything but delivery driver took burgers back uncooked 2nd one bun off or so cheap well, no apology or anything bk usr to be better than macdolds! Five guys prices for a petrol station burgers never again!

Item missing and food not hot overall not very good

19th January 2025 between 16:00 and 17:00 at Leicester Meridian Park. We have been refused to order food and send out without any food. I and two children went to eat in the restaurant. The girl at counter refused to help us to order. The rest of the staff were cold and uninterested. We were really disappointed Btw the restaurant was100% empty. No wonder.

I didn't get the wednesday addams kids meal box but my daughter loved the cheese burger

missed off a drink of fanta orange a kids nuggets & fries plus 2 kids fries. tried calling restaurant several times got no answer. requested refund on just eat but no option to request refund for individual missing items. very poor.

This is the second time i have ordered from here and both times half the food has been missing! How can you forget a burger and fries when i’ve ordered a meal deal of a burger and fries? Terrible.

Awful experience ordered on app said order be readyin5 mins, after 30 min wait still no food, spoke to lady who said she was manager, she said have to wait as busy, was rude not going there again and advise to avoid burger king at all cost. Going to buy macdonalds

Took 2 hours for food to be delivered, food was cold

Food is always BK standard from here, but the service is terrible. went in the drive thru, was asked to wait in the car park. 15 minutes later, other cars that parked up after me have been given their orders. After 15 minutes my partner went in to ask where the food was, she was told we had already received it. We hadn’t. It eventually transpired that they had given my food to a different customer. I then had to wait another 10 minutes to receive my food. There’s nothing fast about this fast food place

Food cold, didnt get the majority of my order.

Forgot the main part of my order (the burger) so im left with fries and cheese bites thanks.

Estimated delivery time kept on getting later and later I received my order over an hour later

Item missing no chilli cheese bites advertised as an offer but missing. Driver went by our address then turned round then talking etc and then finally delivered had to reheat food!!!

There were no fries, and there is no way for us to query just the fries in a meal on Just Eat, so I guess all I can do is leave a bad review. It's really not that hard to put fries in a bag.

Rude, 1 person in store eating, 1 i. The drive through Me and my husband stood at the till and asked "is anyone serving the tills" i got a funny look from a young lady and then still stood for another 15 mins before a young lad came and asked for our order (made us feel like an inconvenience, then a customer) due to attitude, we walked out... this issue seen to be on going and tarnished reputation of burger king in this area.

Went after being at the cinema. Ladies toilets were broken, would not flush. Considering it was 9.30 pm, so not busy, several tables were covered in rubbish as was the floor. My whopper was cold. Not even luke warm. Cold. Went to the counter to complain, staff were in the back and didn't come to the counter to assist. Burger king used to be lovely and was always a nice treat. Won't be visiting again I'm afraid.

Real tasty food with good atmosphere and customer service

Delivery late was originally 7.15 to 7.35. Food cold. and I am glad the nuggets were free because they didn't turn up

After a top notch service from manager Jake and staff at that time me and a friend of mine have been to the same burger 2/3 time's After that to find service and food quality down to a near zero absolutely gutted we are 😢 Indian manager rudely arrogant no. People skills says one thing one minute says something else the next not happy at all I don't think we will go there for few months now p.s headquarters need to also look in to why they don't have the vegan royal meals offer on 7 days a week but always seem to have offers on for meat eaters , you need more managers like jake who constantly works on all 4 cylinders

My daughter went to meridian Leicester we are pretty sure they gave her the wrong burger she asked for plant based she bought it home and it did not taste right it tasted meaty in the bin it went. We tried to call them ring ring ring no answer such poor service even service at the branch very poor

Had to wait too long for the food

Food was hot n fresh. Excellent service by staff. Also, the store is nice n clean.

Burger king is the best fast food chain in my opinion,it's a bit pricey but you get quality food for that money

Ordered four Chicken Royale meals and only received three.

Asked for item at counter which is available in store, was told it was only available online when I wanted to pay in cash. Staff weren't helpful at all just said that it has to be online. Then after food was order the quality was poor with burgers being soggy and poorly arranged.

Terrible service. Chose BK as it said food would be delivered in 25-30 mins as I had my 4 week old napping this was perfect yet it arrived after an hour. The food was cold so went in the bin. I called twice but no answer. I want a refund as this is really not good enough service, food and communication.

Usually ok, here, but service was poor today. The server was uncommunicative and seemed totally out of her depth. Actually took 3 orders for items they didn't have available and seemed unable to grasp obvious remedies for the situation. A bit bizarre. The meals when they came were fine. Just one of those 'off' visits.

I've been coming here for years, every time I leave it a while and hope it'll be better then next time, but it never changes. Although the service is characteristically awful, the food is usually good, however this time both were terrible. Numerous staff standing around doing nothing even though id ordered in advance, i ordered a milkshake through the app only to be told they don't have any in store and I couldnt have a replacement drink with my meal because it didn't say so on the receipt. After I while and having spoken to the manager he finally gave me a cup, I filled it up with Coca-Cola which actually just tasted like sour lemon. Awful service.
