What a gem this place is. It even has great vegan choices too.

Changes have been made here in what was a brilliant place to visit..shame.... I feel for those who enjoyed their coffee and meet up we are now stranded outside with takeaway cups and limited pastries etc....I still attend and loyal and will continue to as long as top barister Shaka is there to make coffee....wish u well Su Ling with your new concept and dreams but was so so good before x

Love the food tested so good I tried few other shop but it's not where near as good as New Ho Lok the portion are big and fresh

For those who want small or shaorma like in Romania, I recommend trying the food here. I always come from miles away just to enjoy the taste of home.

Very dirty and run down. No 2 menus where the same and one was for a completely different restaurant. Says that open at 10 but were closed when we arrived at 10:30, came back at 11 to find them only just setting up. Food was well below par and you could tell none of it is fresh. The waffles tasted like your bog standard supermarket ones with some cheap ice cream and chocolate on them. Would not recommend.

Food is amazing and tasty and freshly made chicken shwarma on hot naan bread is amazing. Value for money. Please do not order chips here because they serve the very thin cut fries which I hated. So, if you like proper chips then do not order them here. Concern about their customer services, the guy on the grill and preparing your food is polite and friendly. However, the one who prepares naan breads and stands in front of the shop, needs to polish his customer services skills and learn to speak to customers with little bit of respect. I would have given them 5 stars 🌟 but due to poor customer service from one staff member/owner, just giving them 3 stars. As a food reviewer you have to be objective and fair.

Great pub! The jukebox is good fun, and the land lady is fab

One of the best little collection of independent shops in Exeter. The purveyors of fine organic teas is exquisite and The Real McCoy is as stunning as it was when I first started to shop there many years ago. Guitar shop has a fine selection of secondhand top end guitars both classical and electric and really helpful enthusiastic staff.

Always a fantastic place to meet. Food and service excellent. The cakes look fantastics! I must take some away with me next time.

The food is really good. Lovely garlic chilli chicken and great naan bread this visit. Very well priced too. Staff are very pleasant. Only down side is lack of atmosphere due to it being a large open room. Will definitely return - the food is great.

Wonderful local pub with a good Sunday lunch and full of collie’s! We all have had two great Sunday lunches in there now. Gravy’s spot on and that’s always a good measure.

Fish and chips are £9.50 and coppice chippy is £5.80 I don't understand the prices are so big a difference of £3.70 is huge The only bonus is they have a cafe part
