The best restaurants in England

Fantastic food and people. It was my first proper experience of Persian food and it’s safe to say, it won’t be my last. The lamb neck and rice, by far is one of the best slow cooked lamb I’ve had in a while. So 100% recommended

A large party of around 20 on a work do went out, we were asked to preorder from a menu online. The prices in the restaurant itself were higher. There were still delays in bringing out some food for people. The waiting staff were sweet and friendly. Unfortunately there was a mistake totaling our bill which they only identified after most of us had paid and left. The manager angrily demanded that we pay an extra £40 - he was so rude to me even tho it was his staff who made the mistake, he made no apology or acknowledgment that this was inconvenient, I wouldnt cheat anyone and of course was willing to the pay the extra. When I challenged him about his attitude he said he hadn't been rude, and appeared much happier once he had the money on his pocket. It was a bad end to what would have been a really nice evening. I wouldn't expect anyone to be so rude especially when a group had providing over £500 of business to you. All local as well. I will not be returning. I would still value an apology.

Still the best Indian restaurant in the Andover area. We have takeaways often and they never disappoint. The only problem is what great dish to choose.

In a word - Fantastic! We stayed in the Boyne Arms Cottage, the cottage lovely and was well appointed with all of the facilities that you would need for a comfortable stay. The Boyne Arms staff were really friendly and helpful, great service and the food was superb. Tim and Michelle, the proprietors, are so welcoming and friendly, thank you so much. We look forward to staying again in the near future!

6 of us had a fabulous meal. Food, service, everything was great. Had the tastiest and most beautifully presented biriyani I've ever eaten. If you love Indian food you must visit. Will definitely be back

Absolutely love the old mo! The pub is so cosy and nice, the food is delicious and fair priced and all of the staff are very friendly.

Always a nice trip to Garthowen. Good variety of plants which are of good quality. The cafe serves good food and coffee. The store staff are very helpful and the gorgeous cat who sleeps on the displays just makes my day 🐈
