We both had Cod & Chips. Too many chips as always but both the fish & the chips were well cooked and tasty. Price was good. Tricky to find down a back street and there is another chippy nearby to confuse matters.

Worth a visit, wife had cod and chips and I had saveloy and chips (something I have not had for several years, don't do saveloy in Lancashire).

A short walk from the Hotel, just a 15 minute walk, along the riverbank located in a residential area.

As far as we are concerned this should have been chip shop of thr year. This little gem of a shop is just delicious and always spot on

As a regular fan of English Fish and Chips, (now run by a very friendly Chinese Family.) I tend to pre order to save time as they often have a very long queue, The large portions are very large and good value for money cooked to order so very fresh.

Always a reliable and yummy portion of fish and chips. Can't say I've ever tried anything else but I'm quite fussy and these are always great tasting.
