The best restaurants in England

The food was amazing it was our first time trying it as we’ve not long moved here and I’ll defo be back I like to stick to one takeaway for each food and I can tell you I won’t be ordering from anywhere else but here for my curried mutton! Also the dumplings were the best dumplings I’ve ever had 10 out of 10 well happy.

Friendly bar staff, we were visiting the area for Christmas, but the bar staff spoke to us like we were locals. The mulled wine was delicious, as were the chips !

Excellent food, generous portions & reasonably priced. Definitely be going back again soon.

Great food. Service could've been better.

Came here with my friends to try Sake and thought we would have some food with it. I was really happy with the trying of the sake with a good selection both cold and hot. The food was really good would recommend the chicken Kagare definately. The things that i would say as feedback i'm usually used to a mayonaise with the tempura prawns or the fried kagare. It was a soy based sauce instead. The chicken Katsu was pretty good too. The star of the show for me was the Korean Bibimbap and the belly tuni sashimi.

We had dinner here after our visit to Biddulph Grange Garden National Trust. Service was fast and friendly, atmosphere was fun and friendly. This is also a family/kids friendly place.

Was a lovely friendly pub, the food was delicious , the service very good and quick and the dogs were welcome too. 👍👍🦮🐕‍🦺

We visited today for a joint birthday meal, my wife and I. It's 2nd visit this year and today was even better than the last visit. Wife had Prawn Malabar and I had Chicken Bhuna. My wife said "this is perfect, I'd give it 10 out of 10". Mine was extremely tasty also. Nice fit of flavour without being too sweet. Service was exceptional and we even got a free desert due to the occasion. We'll definitely be back.

Awful service. The girl who served us (brunette) had an attitude the moment we walked in. She was unfriendly and everything seemed like a chore for her. For such a small restaurant, that wasn’t particularly busy, it took forever for her to take our order. Other tables also took a long time to be served. She got the order wrong. Instead of apologising she had an attitude about it. We said we’d just take the order anyway regardless. I asked for another beer which never came. Instead I got the bill and left. I expected better and I won’t be returning despite loving Japanese food and living 10 mins away.

Gerente muy grosero, cero habilidades del cliente , tuvo que enviar platos de vuelta como no comestibles . Salió diciéndonos que pagáramos por comida que no podíamos comer porque estaba cubierta de mucha sal. Dijo que estábamos mintiendo y tenía razón porque lo cocinó. Extremadamente arrogante... Nunca tuvo un trato tan pobre si un cliente de pago
