The best restaurants serving Spanish food in England

Great live band that got us up dancing. Wonderful, lively atmosphere full of friendly locals. Drinks a little on the steep side, but worth it for the night had!

What a shame! Only had drinks here so cannot comment on the food but a beautiful location with a wonderful ambience and attentive staff however I was bitterly disappointed with our drinks. We ordered 2 cocktails and a vermouth and the taste of them was great. But when I am paying London prices for a cocktail (£34 in total) and then those drinks are served in a champagne coupe that was less than half full, I have a problem. As I said, such a shame, the taste was lovely and it's a place I would have returned to for an evening for both food and drinks but alas that will not be the case now.

Wonderful door man. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. They door staff are something special and engine would be lucky to have them as their door staff.

Atmospheric venue good service and very nice food.

My trousers literally exploded with the joy I received from eating the magical Tapas at Bodega. My arms fell off with the simple amazingness of the place. I shall return for another round of excessive fantasticness very soon. By the way did I mention it’s quite good there?

We celebrated our grandsons 9th birthday at DA and it was superb. Looks very unassuming from the outside but once you enter it is pure España. We ordered various breads to to get us going whilst we awaited our tapas. We did order around 16 dishes between us and all were absolutely delicious so full credit to the chef 👏👏 Our waiter was spot on and looked after us very well. No negatives at all and hence no hesitation in recommending.

This is a great place to host any form of events you want, my friends and I planned a surprise baby shower for another of our friends and the staff at this place made sure we were really comfortable and that my friend enjoyed the experience. The food was on point and very delicious too. One particular staff called Mo or so did so well. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Post theatre tapas and a bottle of wine. Faultless and lovely service.

First time visiting this chain, but will definitely be back again in a location closer to home. The food was lovely and came out in amazing time, as did drinks. I highly recommend the salt and pepper squid - I just couldn’t get enough of it. Staff were attentive and very quick with their service, which topped off a great experience. Absolutely outstanding! The food was phenomenal, and the customer service was second to none. What an amazing culinary experience. Fantastic atmosphere. If you're in Newcastle, this is an absolute "must" to visit. Loved it!

We had Sunday lunch at the King & Co today and it was delicious ! Our 4 year old loved his enormous Yorkshire pudding and thought the chicken was very tasty. Me and my husband had the lamb. Very good portions and the gravy was generous ! The staff were also super friendly. Overall a lovely meal! Thank you!

I've been dining at la farola for over 20 years and I've yet to encounter another establishment that has the friendliness and attententiveness of the staff here. p.s. the food is exceptional. make sure you try the paella (you will have to order 24 hours in advance)
