The food and cocktails were amazing, so much choice and everything was delicious. Lily was very helpful and friendly - thank you for your wonderful service

Insane food. Insane cocktails. Insane atmosphere. The bread from Jaan was an absolute highlight. Had the basque cocktail, another absolute showstopper. Service was attentive without being invasive. Drinks perfectly paired to the food offerings. Comfy booth seating to spend an afternoon of indulgence. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot. Looking forward to heading back to sample the weekend DJ events.

Primera visita para probar la comida. Los menús parecían tener una buena selección entre ellos, aperitivo, carne, pescado en los 3 . Esencialmente esto es un cruce entre una sala de comidas de servicio de mesa y un restaurante de tapas donde los artículos simplemente aparecen. Conseguí una selección decente y algunos artículos parecen desequilibrados entre los diferentes lugares, por ejemplo, un aperitivo de cordero a 1 era una buena porción vs empanada de ternera como principal que era abrumador. Algunos buenos sabores fueron probados y no tímidos en el ajo, así que ten cuidado. 1 de los postres era pobre y retirado de la factura. Si bien no me sorprendió fue un almuerzo decente, posiblemente un 3 si era el precio total.

Went in on Friday evening with 5 friends which were visiting, had 14 dishes between us all to share which was the perfect amount with a few cocktails and everything from the service from our lovely waitress Lily, the food, the music, and the drinks was absolutely perfect Would absolutely recommend as one of the best places in Manchester for a good drink and some scran!

What can I say. Food amazing. Drinks delightful. Service from Matt and Lily was out of this world. To say it was a busy Friday night I couldn’t have asked for more!

I cant recommend this place enough, we were served by Matt and lily who were AMAZING, fast service but quality as well, they ensured that we weren’t just customers, but friends aswell! I think I might invite them to my wedding ha. Great place, good vibe for all ages, will definitely be going again with my new to be wife.

My new favourite restaurant in Manchester

Qué noche tan increíble. Yo estaba aquí por mi cumpleaños con algunos amigos y solo quería dejar una crítica sobre lo brillante que era el servicio! Clodagh mantuvo nuestras bebidas recargadas y se tomó el tiempo para tener una charla e incluso recomendarnos lugares después de la comida. La exposición incluso fue más allá con los toques personales, dándome la tarjeta de cumpleaños más dulce y haciéndonos sentir extra especiales. First time coming to exhibition to watch Derrick Carter. Travelled up from London and i honestly can't believe how lovely the doormen were. Met T and Jay and they were both so welcoming. I came on my own and I've honestly never met security as accomodating and as supportive as these guys. Really highlights how great Manchester is

Had the hash browns from Osman and the hake from Baratxuri. Hash browns were great although maybe quite expensive for what they were. Hake was alright but very fishy so maybe not that fresh. Was a small portion for £15. Cool atmosphere with live DJ.

Food and drinks AMAZING love the concept of the place, the cocktails were so unique and tasted great. An excellent place for dinner or a night out. Be careful because they stop serving food at 9pm but they allow reservations to be made till 8:45. However service was very quick and they catered to my allergies. The ONLY downside was they have an in-house DJ and the music was so loud I couldn’t have a proper conversation with the person I was with. More of a nightclub bar scene than a nice quiet evening. Still an amazing atmosphere though if that’s what you’re looking for.

Been a long time regular in this venue and I can honesty say it is one of my favourite venues in Manchester. From Mr T on the door to Eddie, Adam, Corina and Tom on the bar and the food being exceptional it's always been an absolute delight and I can't wait to come back every time.

Came here on a whim, not reserved but managed to get a table although I think we got lucky! The food here is great - one of the resident kitchens I have visited the actual restaurant (Another Hand) and it was great to see another take on what they do alongside 2 other residency kitchens. The best way to describe this place was an incredibly fancy food hall with inventive food, delicious cocktails and great service. The prices are good for the food you receive, although go with the understanding you are also paying for the craft of the food!

Wonderful door man. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. They door staff are something special and engine would be lucky to have them as their door staff.

We had an amazing afternoon for my mum’s birthday, exquisite food and cocktails. Lovely staff! 3.5 hours spent very well!

Had a lovely time at Exhibition in the middle of the week. My husband and I weren’t sure what to do with our evening so we decided to check this place out and we’re very happy we did. Our server, Elsa, was absolutely brilliant; knew the menu inside and out and provided great recommendations, also came back incredibly regularly to see that we were satisfied. Will definitely be coming back :)

Really enjoyed coming here. Been for after work leaving drinks and was very impressed (more so with happy hour) so tried for food today. Lovely place nice food combos but thought it was a touch pricey for the amount (staff recommended 2-3 plates pp) Still enjoyable, nice and smart.

Lovely place to stop in for a drink (great selection of cocktails), nice vibe and music isn’t too loud!

We had to cancel last minute as we had to take our baby into hospital. The restaurant were really accommodating with the deposit. We are very grateful during our time of distress.

Had dinner last night and it was fantastic! Food was outstanding and it was great to be able to order from each kitchen. All the food arrived in perfect sync, the drinks were delicious and service was slick and professional. Big shout out to Jake and Matt who took care of us - made the whole thing so easy! 10/10

Great range of dishes, all freshly prepared

Absolutely incredible meal here - my husband and I met up with an old friend and she’d booked a table for food at Exhibition; we’d only ever been here for drinks previously, but had always thought the menus looked great. We arrived early for a drink at the bar first; it was after 8pm on a Friday night and the vibes were impeccable - love their industrial decor with disco balls, mood lighting, great music. The wine list has clearly been really carefully curated - we shared a bottle of Champagne, then had an excellent bottle of Grüner Veltliner with the meal - and the cocktails were amazing, too. Make sure you have a go at their own version of Café Patron tequila… All the staff who looked after us were super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable; they talk you thorough the concept of the dishes coming from the separate guest kitchens, which is such a fun concept and means you can try loads of different flavours and cuisines - perfect for if you’re hanging out with people who have different preferences and dietaries, or for if you just fancy trying some new stuff. The kitchens when we visited were Osma, Baratxuri Bar, and Jaan - we were blown away by the sheer deliciousness and inventiveness of what we ate. I don’t often write reviews but honestly I need to rave about our meal, and I’m annoyed with myself for not eating here sooner! For me the standouts were: Osma - Panko lamb belly with sunflower seed houmous, harissa salsa and chive mayo Baratxuri - Iberico secreto with roasted jalapeño salsa verde, giant couscous and pomegranate (and their ridiculously good Manchego cheese bites) Jaan - Wood-fired house flatbread with butternut squash baba ganoush, coriander chutney, fried chickpeas The flow of the evening’s service was so smooth and effortless, with food coming out from each kitchens swiftly and steadily. Seriously, I’m so excited to come and eat here again - thanks to everyone for a great time!

Great night out. Somebody else was paying and so my litmus test is - would I pay for this out of my own pocket and the answer is yes! Here’s the minor caveat. The place is great for groups and people happy to shout at each other… the music is so loud that we all had trouble hearing each other at points. That said we are all middle aged, so perhaps if we were younger..? The food was all really tasty, the brioche with parfait was wonderful. The deep fried manchego was great. All very yummy.

The food was very tasty. The service was great. The restaurant is nice but unfortunately the music was a bit too loud.

This place is amazing. The food was delicious and every time we’ve been the staff have been so nice. Highly recommend for date night or larger groups. Loved it so much I went twice in one week.

Food was very averaged for the price we paid in terms of flavour. The vibe was fun and buzzing. Management wasn't the nicest about some of the issues we had with the food.

Staff were friendly and happy to discuss menu. We ate in the day and the atmosphere was relaxed and chilled.

I booked a table for my wedding anniversary and advised on booking that I have a nut allergy. When I was given the allergy menu, I was informed by the manager that there would be a ‘good chance of cross contamination’ in the kitchen. I explained that I had eaten there before and would select safe dishes. He spoke with the chefs and returned to our table to inform us that they did not ‘feel comfortable’ serving me. This has never happened to me in any restaurant and I eat out across Manchester/Cheshire multiple times a week. I think this calls into question the cleanliness and practices within the kitchens, and the training and professionalism of staff. I would also love to know the point of the ‘allergy’ menu, when they have this approach. My allergy is a health condition, and I feel they behaved in a discriminatory way, which left me embarrassed and upset - I did however find a restaurant round the corner who were more than happy to accommodate us and dealt with my allergy brilliantly. I wonder if a vegetarian/vegan would accept being told there is a ‘good chance of cross contamination’ with meat?? Such a poor way of dealing with the situation.

This place was terrific!! Love the concept of being able to eat across three different kitchens while it still being table service. The food was brilliant, really interesting flavours and good portion sizes. Service was very very good and staff really friendly. Ambience just so cool. We’ll be back! Thank you.

Doormen really lovely, friendly and welcoming. Nice small plates and a DJ in the venue. Would recommend to anyone !

Portions are way too small for the prices

The atmosphere in the restaurant was great, a very nice casual style with great service. Tried lots of different food, from the three different menus which tasted great but slightly overpriced. Didn't find out that they don't take cash until the bill came which could have been a problem.

The staff are friendly and there’s a good range of drinks and cocktails available, all at prices which aren’t too unreasonable for the location. It was nice for the staff to proactively offer table service when the bar was busy too. I’m not sure I totally fell in love with the decor or atmosphere - it wasn’t very cosy and there was no background music on a weekend evening, but admittedly I didn’t try the restaurant area. For a more unique beer I’d visit again, but for an atmospheric cocktail I’d be more reserved.

El personal es amable y hay una buena gama de bebidas y cócteles disponibles, todo a precios que no son demasiado irrazonables para la ubicación. Fue agradable para el personal para ofrecer proactivamente servicio de mesa cuando el bar estaba ocupado también. No estoy seguro de que me enamoré totalmente de la decoración o el ambiente - no era muy acogedor y no había música de fondo en una noche de fin de semana, pero admito que no probé la zona de restaurantes. Para una cerveza más única volvería a visitar, pero para un cóctel atmosférico estaría más reservado.

What a fantastic evening - really great mix of food choices so everyone of our group of 10 had so much to pick from. Gorgeous venue with great DJ playing cool tunes but not too loud so we could all hear each other,,, best of all the service was over and beyond attentive and friendly - shout out to our patient and warm server Ollie who was just the best - we will be back! thanks

Love it here - always a good option of food for everyone whenever I come here so everyone can just pick what they want. I'm veggie so I'm quite particular about how much options I have when eating out but the gnocchi and summer squash is so, so good. Also in a great location!

Came here for my husband's birthday and everything was perfect - amazing service and a wide range of dishes from 3 different kitchens, which is great for a group as there's something for everyone. The cocktails are sooo good too!

Went for my birthday & was treated exceptionally. Service was notably excellent. Northern Irish lad called Jake I think was particularly excellent on the day. Atmosphere & music spot on for early evening. Sampled all 3 kitchens, all excelled. Whole bream was particularly delicious & took me to a Balearic island. Had a variety of different drinks, the mezcal based cocktail I had was fabulous. A breath of fresh air in Manchester I'd say! Will definitely be back.

Segunda visita... gran concepto. Platos y bocadillos eran muy similares esta vez. Las porciones son un poco pequeñas, y sin duda disfrutamos de nuestra primera visita mucho más. A veces, lo que sucede está lejos de lo que esperarías. Parte de la diversión, supongo. Pero no será una taza de té mayoritaria lo que sospecharía.

Really disappointing. There were 3 kitchens, the only vegetarian options were a £20 cauliflower or a £15 squash. I got the squash and it was tiny and didn't taste of anything, it's literally squash and vegetable stock. I wish someone could explain to me how that's the best 3 "award winning independent" kitchens can come up with. Utterly embarrassing. Completely overpriced and underwhelming. Will not return nor recommend. Also If you tell them it's your anniversary, they give you nothing but marketing spam, classy. Also to be clear, I asked these "award winning chefs" if they could come up with a solution to replace the chicken with something else in their dish, and the response was they couldn't, laughable, pretentious and lazy.

We came for a Saturday lunch and had a great experience. The restaurant was busy but not too loud (although we noted a DJ stand, so maybe the vibe changes when it’s in use). We ordered from two of the restaurants, but mostly came for Jaan. All the food was incredible and the opportunity to mix and match from different places is a nice set-up. The drink menu was great and we had several really unique and tasty cocktails. It definitely wasn’t a cheap meal (about £200 for several rounds of drinks and three courses), but was a lovely experience and one we will come back to.

Great place to meet with friends, very relaxed, fun place. The food was fantastic - I wanted to order everything and the spicy margs were the absolute best ! Will be coming back for more soon

Terrible! Steer clear if you’re vegetarian or vegan! The menu is completely unlabelled for dietary requirements and the staff were unwilling to accommodate. Only one item from the whole menu (30-40ish options) was vegan.

Fantastic quality food and drink, deliciously prepared. Works like a sharing menu. Friendly and attentive members of staff. Background music became intrusive towards the end of our meal as the DJ took over.

The food was phenomenal. Our servers were superb. We came for Baratxuri but we enjoyed something from every kitchen. Everything meshed really well, including the drinks. Will definitely order the limonchilli again! Thanks to all the staff - front and back of house - who made our visit so enjoyable.

A Saturday night at Exhibition can be a crowded affair but if you pitch up for a Friday lunch you get an altogether more leisurely experience. We returned to Exhibition for Friday lunch - undoubtedly the most decadent day of the week, where lunch can easily end around 5pm. If you try hard enough. The three excellent kitchens contribute to one, varied menu. From Osma we ate the most delicious roast potatoes - swimming in a rich buttery sauce, duck and black pudding wontons and mussels in a leek and cream sauce. From Baratxuri, Hogget rump (lamb), served Basque-style with anchovies and olives. And from Jaan, a creamy, whipped butter bean dip and Ras El Hanout spiced lamb - shredded and served on a perfect flatbread. Spoiler alert - Jaan is run by the team from Another Hand and uses a lot of the ‘spare’ ingredients that they don’t use. Superbly sustainable. This whole feasts might sound a bit mixed up - it was - but it works because the servings aren’t too big and you can pick and choose exactly what you fancy. The service was friendly and efficient - what more can you ask for? Perhaps an espresso. They have very good filter coffee but not a machine to make espresso. But no big deal.

A large building housing 3 pop up restaurants. Canteen style long tables where everyone is sat together made for a great bustling atmosphere. Live DJ and an adjoining drinks area have it a cool vibe. You can order from all 3 restaurants at one time and all the food was amazing. Have the iberico it just melted in the mouth as was the best thing I have had for ages. Unfortunately gobbled it all up so only got a picture of desert which was mediocre.

Lauren was an absolute star! Booked us really smoothly and she made sure the whole evening was so much fun. Would love more plant-based options though please

Nice atmosphere, made better by the lovely bar woman Corrina. We couldn’t decide what to drink and she asked lots of questions about what we liked and disliked and ended up making us an amazing margarita. Will be back just for her!
