The best restaurants serving Spanish food in South West

Ottima paella valenciana. Ve la consiglio. Fedele alla ricetta originale? Boh, chi la conosce. Ma che ce ne frega, mica siamo in Italia dove ci si arrabbia per un parmigiano nella pasta col tonno. Obiettivamente un'accostamento discutibile.

Had a takeaway, i had the pechuga and my husband had the chorizo parillarda, we also had biscoff churros and millionaire churros. The flavours were out of this world, all freshly cooked and delivered super fast. Defo be back

When walking in we-spoke to the only person available which was behind the bar. We said we would like a table for 2 . He said heres the menu go sit over there and pointed to a couple of empty tables . ( no polite banter) After about 10 minutes he came over and asked what we wanted to drink we asked for a specific wine he said haven't got that but i have (whatever) and said we could sample it came over and bashed the glass ion the table . We couldn't belief it (basil faulty out of faulty towers) we just said ok thats fine. He brought the wine over then asked for our order. Honestly the tapas was awful no taste and the tapas dishes were very small compared to normal tapas dishes. Not sure what happened that night but wouldn't recommend it the mermaid across the road does a much better meal 😞

Sunday meal could not fault it, very good veg option

Friendly service but slow and inattentive at points (service charge added on to the bill). Menu was enticing; it was explained for 2 people 4-5 dishes was recommended which was helpful. We chose pan con tomate, squid, meatballs, beetroot/figs/blue cheese/almonds and truffle mushroom croquettes. It was all presented well and on the whole good; I was disappointed with the pan con tomate as the tomatoes were fridge cold and not like I have had in Spain. Decor is great with various seating areas. I actually asked for a barrel table; when booking you can request what kind of table you have. I would come again and intrigued to try more on the menu.

Delicious food and lovely staff, definitely recommend for brunch!! We had the Bristolian Breakfast (which comes with loads of potatoes), and then two of us shared the Pea Shoot and Eggs on Toast with feta, and the Goats cheese Bruschetta - all so yummy!

Overpriced food and the waitress knocked my partners drink over me when giving the bill. No offer of a new drink or drink to be taken off the bill.

This is a must place to eat. The food was fantastic. The service was brilliant, friendly staff. We were seated on a balcony seat and it was lovely.

Really stunned to pay £5 for 4 pieces of stale baguette with some tinned chopped tomatoes on top, and £8 for 4 anchovies and 4 marinated anchovies. I know rents in Marlborough our high, but holy smokes! Get a grip! Shocking!
