My first time to try now that Jack's of Bagshot has gone. Promising start - Ordered on app and ready within 10 minutes; large portion of Haddock and HUGE portion of chips - enough for 2 or 3. But not cheap at almost £13. One end of fish seemed good, but it became drier and a bit less fresh at other end. Also I had around 5 bones in a haddock fillet. If it had been my wife, she would have given up there and then. Staffed by youngsters; not sure who is in charge. Will give it one more go sometime in November.

This is worst Chinese I have had ,chicken balls were soft and gooey and csweet and sour was tasteless and meats have no taste so could be anything,I don’t normally do reviews but had to let everyone know how bad this is.

We had a lobster for two worth £30 and luckily our 7 year old son opted for an adult fish and chips and not for children. The lobster was so small that it only took one bite each to finish it, slightly raw and they even forgot to bring us the second course. The fish and chips was so small that my 7-year-old finished it in no time. Terrible experience. £50 thrown away. In the US, in Maine, we used to eat huge lobsters caught on the spot for $25. In Italy you can eat freshly caught fish in abundance for much less money. We got up from the table and went to look for a restaurant to get something to eat. It really is a disgrace.

We had fantastic fish for our dinner tonight from the Wick Fryer, thanks so much. Succulent and freshly cooked. The best fish and chips.

A very welcome find when not much else was open on a wet post- Christmas morning. The menu looked interesting and delicious although we were only there for a coffee which was excellent! A nice atmosphere with friendly staff.

I went in there to get a quick lunch to go. The man was really patient with me, as I made my mind up what I wanted (med cod and chips), took cash and was cool that I went to the supermarket next door to get some milkshake while he was cooking it. When I came to eat it, the food was really nice and really quite enough - even though I only got the medium.

Booked in advance for a party of 12. No advanced orders required, which was good. The system they have is you have to go to the bar and order. So, when there are 6 couples placing 6 orders. The food doesnt then come out together and some people had finished eating before others had received their food. The chicken on my salad was dry and overcooked. My wife ordered jacket potato but they had run out of them! There were chips and crayons all over the floor. The staff were reasonably pleasant and the views spectacular but those 2 plus points wouldnt be enough to tempt me back.

The cafe is part of a discounted outlet store in what used to be a mill. There is ample free parking and the prices for food and drink are reasonable. Seating is fairly basic but serves it's purpose. Coffee comes regular or large. Large is naturally weaker unless you pay 70p for an extra shot. You can then grab yourself a bargain in the shop.
