So.had the chips out of here a few times and every time it's seems like the oil has never been changed and gives a really bad taste will definitely not be going back

The fish and chips is certainly not the best in the area and i can only say it’s just very average. I don’t think the fish is freshly cooked and I suspect it’s refried

Always use Rumbles.Quality fish/Good chips/Good price and good delivery service.Best in area in my opinion.

The food was cooked fresh and cooked well, generous portions, I have used this restaurant before and have always been satisfied

In the area recently and decided to have Cod & Chips, the fish was huge and plenty of chips too, it was very good but a little pricey. They are not a restaurant but we were able to sit at one of the tables in the shop and we ate ours from the cardboard boxes it was served in. Would recommend to others and will use again if nearby.

Ordered fish and chips and two pies to get free delivery waited 2 hours 30 mins for delivery cost £19.40p luke warm and hard. Will not be ordering again

Lunch time today purchased large portion of chips, first time since lockdown .. when we arrived home (live less then 5 mins away) we were so disappointed, they were hard and chewy really awful. They had obviously been reheated from probably Saturday, today is Monday when your looking forward to nice hot, well cooked chip shop chips and you have chewy, stodgy reheated ones it means they have lost a customer.. we will never use Rumbles again.

Placed an order for delivery via ubereats, which the restaurant cancelled. Decided to order for collection and just as I was about to pick up, the restaurant cancelled the order. I phoned the restaurant and they said to collect the order and pay cash. I paid full price AND they charged me on ubereats. Over £40 for the meal for 2 people and the bag and food was full of grease. Never again.

Purchased cod, a pie and chips for my wife and myself. Chips tasted as if they were cooked at lunchtime and kept warm (just) until purchased at 6pm. The pie was like a rock, even our dog wouldn't eat it, the hardly warm fish was soggy. Can't blame delivery for the cold food as I collected and started to eat 10 minutes later. Took one hour and a half for delivery. I rang twice, and the people didn't seem bothered at all about customer service. I will never be ordering from here again.

i loved the chips and the fish was very filling. the garlic sauce was absolutley splendid and it was a very memerable experience for myself and my fellow free masons

Have bought here several times and have regretted it, fish fresh but kept warm too long so tastes greasy, chips pale and soggy. Not as I remember Fish and Chips

Have had takeaways from here many times. It’s cooked fresh and only couple of times has the quality of the fish not been quite as good. Generally it’s always well cooked and the fish is nice quality white meat. The chips are consistently great as well.

Husband went to collect, the staff cooked fresh cod and chips 👌 the fish was so good and the chips were just as amazing, tad pricey but still, very nice

We tried Rumbles for the first time as it was nearer than our usual one and the food is good. The kebabs were plain and could do with more seasoning but the chips were nice and the chilli sauce is great!

We sometimes have a takeaway from here, last visit we found the batter not to be so good and the portion of chips smaller than usual.Medium cod used to be huge but very much smaller this time.

Retumban solía ser el mejor fish and chips alrededor. Recientemente los estándares han decrecido ligeramente.

Siempre pedimos Retumban para satisfacer para el pescado y Chip supper reunirse con el evento que vivimos a la vuelta de la esquina, en viviendas protegidas. La comida es pedidos con depósito y entregado a nosotros? Hemos encontrado que podemos confiar en entregar a tiempo retumban, deliciosa comida caliente a precios razonables.

Always get great food from Rumbles! Fish is always a good size and not greasy ! Pies are lovely too. They also do a very nice kebab! Definitely a must !

Mi marido y yo hemos tenido la comida de este pescado y chip para en varias ocasiones. Y es delicioso!! Mi marido es un gran fan del pescado y patatas fritas. Y también el pollo Shish. Hemos probado las patatas frito del sur (increíble!!), salchichas y pasteles de pescado y tengo que decir que todo ha sido muy rico. Nos dieron una comida para llevar durante la semana y el orden estuvo con nosotros en menos de media hora. Personal encantador y amable!! Excelentes precios. Las patatas fritas grande podría alimentar a 3 personas.

Takeaway. Chips (undercooked and loads with black bits on) Fish, smaller than previous times. Probably because it was a Friday night and we booked home delivery which took forever on this occasion. Not as good as before.

I've been here quite a few times and always had decent food. Tonight especially, I'd been for a long run really fancied a nice chicken shish and Rumble's didn't let me down. Tasted yummy, friendly service. I'm surprised this place as busy as some of the others nearby in my opinion aren't good - people just seem to go where there are crowds, which is why I thought this place deserved a review. I like it :)

It's a real shame about this plaice (see what i did there?)The prices are good, portions solid and quality great so why only 3 star? Well if you ask for delivery it takes ages or simply dies not materialise. "It will be there in upto an hour". 90 minutes later and the inevitable check call i'm told it will be ready in 10 minutes. I go to pick it up, defeats the object of a delivery service and its not ready.Previously i have called in an order to go and collect and they start cooking when you get there. Fresh yes, but i called in advance to save time!As i say if they sort out the delivery side if their operation it would be 6 stars all the way.

Lovely to have as our local chippy. The fish and chips are always tasty and never stodgy. The service is fast and friendly and the portions are extremely generous.

I've used this take-away on a few occasions, and have always found it excellent value. They do the usual fish and chips, plus a variety of kebabs. They also serve Fried chicken. The portions are big and generally freshly cooked. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Lovely fresh cooked food, skate is lovely. Loads and loads of chips. We normally have home delivery from here bit recently drove down town to collect. Polite staff, place looks really clean too. Best chippy in Hornchurch.

I've used my local chippy on a few occasions recently and very pleased with the quality & value of their Fish & Chips. Whilst they also sell Kebabs & Burgers etc, have not tried those.

Had loads of takeaways from here and mostly very good. Nice crisp batter on the fish and the skate is wonderful. Loads of chips in one portion. Lovely!

We regularly use them for kebab and fish and chips delivery, fast and efficient, never had a problem.Fish is always good size and nicely cooked, kebabs are a good standard, salad nice and fresh.
