A solid Chinese, our go to. Really tasty, well priced and very friendly staff!

Been back a few times now, and I'm really happy with the food and the service. The food is piping hot every time, and full of flavour and texture. Service is great, always greeted with a smile, and wait times have been quite short. I'll definitely be going back!

I have tried most Chinese takeaways in Upminster and this one is by far the best and cheapest. My only regret is that it took me over 2 years to try it out.

Honestly can’t give this place enough stars. Food is always hot and delivery is always reasonable. Been ordering from here for 3 years and never had an issue.

Avoid all microwaved spare ribs 3days old rice too hot everything to hot in middle semi hot outside microwave. Avoid for your health all in bin

Been using ni hao for about 6 months now .We usually have 1 take away a week. The food is consistently excellent, cannot fault any part ,maybe delivery could be a little cheaper but we are out of the area. I would rather pay than have poor food from a nearer chineese. Delivery times have always spot on or sooner. Once again would highly recommend.

The worst place I have ever order from if I could give 0 stars I would in my option avoid this place I would rather go hungry then order from here please don’t make our mistake

0 stars Very poor experience, part of our order was missing and we were told we would have to wait for the items to be delivered by which time the rest of the food would have been cold. I requested a repeat of the whole order which was denied and therefore reqested a full refund and was told a driver would come to collect the food leaving us with no dinner. We have ordered several times in the past and are very disappointed.

Fantastic food, never fails to hit the mark! Delivery can be a bit slow, but we're out of immediate delivery area. So good though, we haven't found a better closer chinese!!! Well worth the wait 👍

Best Chinese in the area, good tofu for vegetarians probably order once a week 🙂 vegetarian dumplings or soy/vegetarian meat would be amazing though.

Been ordering from here for the last few months and love it! The £4.40 snack meal is my favourite! It’s such good value for money and perfect for vegetarians! So cheap & tastes so good!

Ordered a take away from here for the first time today. Very disappointed with the quality of the food here. The food was very bland. They also did not accept card which I cannot fathom in 2021. If I was a sceptical person it is highly likely to avoid the tax man.

We order from here every month and it's always good. Food is hot, tasty and best of all, consistent. No Chinese Takeaway is truly 'Chinese food' but Ni-Hao is excellent at what it does. Cheers!

I am incredibly disappointed I have bought takeaway, waited and waited until I had to drive to the place just to find out that not only does no one there knew of my order the place is also closed. I have spend 20 pounds on my order and I haven't gotten anything but my opinion is for free. If order from this resturant I promise that you'll be disappointed as well.

Food was cold and not fresh. Very disappointed

NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! FOOD POISONING! Ordered through Just Eat, it got delivered two hours late. When I phoned to ask where my order was I was instantly put on hold for five mins, the woman was extremely rude. Food was mediocre at best. Resulted in food poisoning! When I phoned to complain, the woman refused to take responsibility and refused me a refund on the basis it was "Just Eats" problem. Upon speaking to someone at Just Eat I was assured they will be looking into this restaurant due to poor service but they are obviously not responsible for refunds. I then phoned again to which the woman chose to repeatedly lie for ten minutes about being "unable" to issue a refund until she simply became able to after asking for the order number. On the whole a bad experience from start to finish resulting in horrific food poisoning. God forbid a child eats food from here. AVOID!

Fast delivery and excellent service and food best I’ve ever tasted ,the staff are very hard working and nice.

They cook vegetarian and vegan food in the same pan i requested to cook me a tofu dish purely for vegetarian. They refused and said we cant wash pan for you and put the phone down. i wss shocked.

Finally turned up after 2hours 20 minutes. The excuse was '' it's very busy'' hardly a viable reason for somewhere only 0.2 miles away. Food was not good quality. Will not be using again

Greasy, no taste, crispy shredded beef horrific, special fried rice more like egg fried rice. 1st and last time. Cant even get through to complain. Wouldnt feed my dogs what was sent

This is the best Chinese in Upminster. However, being the best does come at a cost. If you order after 630pm on a Friday be prepared for an hour wait at least. Order between 5-530 and your food arrives unbelievably quick and I live 2 miles away

Shocking!!! Having been a loyal customer of Ni Hao for at least 8 years, we have always been happy with the quality of food, however fairly recently after spending over £100 the food arrived on time yet the quality and freshness of the food was so bad it actually went off the next morning, extremely disappointed and as a result I wouldn't order from them if you paid me too. Have gone back to other local Chinese takeaways which in some cases for the same food is 20% cheaper for the same amount of food. Zàijiàn Ni Hao

Had a takeaway from there on Friday , food was poor , curry full of veg and onions , won't use again , maybe they have changed there chef

Had a takeaway from here, spring rolls, sesame prawn toast, seaweed and crispy beef. Food was cold when arrived, driver couldn't follow directions, poor service. Prawn toast was almost ineadible, spring rolls were bland, crispy seaweed wasn't crispy. The crispy beef rated as hot and spicey was anything but, it was awful and I ended up bining most of the meal. Really dissapointed.

Food was 1:30 hours. Crispy chilly beef turned up looked 3 days old not an ounce of moisture in it. Chips were soggy and warm. Don't waste your money.
