Empty. The place was empty on a Saturday afternoon, which is brilliant. I had no problems finding a place to seat, ordered at the kiosk. Food served almost immediately at the table. Asked for extra ketchup, staff obliged. I'm not a huge fan of fried chicken, but I must admit it wasn't greasy or anything liek I was expecting, tad on the salty side for me, we went for a boneless 10pc bucket and drinks. Whenever I fancy chicken and I'm in the area, I'll return.

They don't ever answer phone and when you order a large delivery and money comes out you're account yet food does not arrive they don't help with this so you have go bank to sort this problem very stressing

Disappointed with the Service at Harold Wood KFC (13/04/25 - 9:30 PM) I usually have a great experience at the KFC in Harold Wood — it's my local and the staff are normally super friendly. However, last night was a completely different story. I was served by a woman who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was around 5'5", possibly South Asian (maybe Indian), and had a noticeable tattoo on the back of her neck. She didn’t make eye contact with me or any other customer — in fact, she spent most of the time speaking to people with her back turned. It felt dismissive and disrespectful. When I asked if I could have 3 leg pieces from the 18-piece order — something they’ve always been happy to accommodate in the past — she shut it down immediately with a blunt "no." No explanation, just a flat refusal. Then I asked for a Tango and was given a Pepsi instead. When I asked about it, she again didn’t look at me and just said they didn’t have Tango. Thankfully, a younger staff member, I believe her name was Hamana (wearing a scarf), was kind enough to bring me over a Tango and apologise for the mix-up — clearly they did have it. I really appreciated her effort. What was worse is that the rude staff member saw all of this and didn’t even acknowledge or apologise. I wasn’t the only one frustrated either — the customer in front of me looked equally unhappy with her attitude. Very disappointing service this time around. I hope management sees this and addresses it, because this isn’t the kind of experience I expect from a place I visit regularly.

Very bland , no seasoning in the batter , definitely not the original recipe, sorry guys will not be recommending or returning

Used Drive Thru. Was waiting for the person on speaker to become available for at least 3-4 minutes. I think the staff have many roles, and the service has slowly declined.

Here to teach you some steps: see order on the screen/ receipt-assemble the food, ensure fries are hot, count how many items you have for the order, double or triple check the bag before sealing it making sure all the sauces or sides are inside the bag. Use a scale in case you have one. Give the bag to the driver after they started their journey. See? Not that hard but you guys have the ability to mess every order I get from you. No more, bored of spending money in a place like this one.

Last time I ordered they sent 11 chicken strips when I paid for 12. I couldn’t be bothered to complain but this time they didn’t send the whole bottle of drink either. Not good enough.

Ordered through the app and didn't get what I ordered and told there was nothing I could do about it. Absolute mess around and just took the money with nothing sorted out. I won't go there again. KFC gone massively down hill so I'll just avoid in future and advise you do the same

Great food non greasy reasonably priced Had a chicken breast wrap meals and £4.49 great value Loved it so much ordered another one My My son had poppers and chicken fillet meal also delicious. This is the best KFC I have eaten out the manager I think called Nadia was so lovely I will definitely go back

Quiet lunch. One staff member insisted on placing my order on the screen but the offer displayed on the till wasn't available on the screen. Another staff member took my order and payment without any issue. Bit of an inconsistent service and unnecessary inconvenience.

Food here is normally great. Service can be questionable depending on how busy it is. This also fulls down on the cleanliness of the restaurant also. Being busy starts producing issues like, dirty tables, deliver drivers taking other and rude replies from staff.

Once again the delivery driver made 3 or 4 stops before getting to me. By the time the food turned up it was stone cold. Just Eat please stop these drivers having 2 or 3 apps trying to make as many deliveries as they can in one go. This is causing a lot of people getting cold food and leaving poor reviews. It's the same drivers that keep doing it.

Food missing and stone cold over cooked horrible food very disappointing

Watched the delivery driver on my map tracking circle my small road for 15 minutes before arriving with food so cold that it should have came with cooking instructions.

driver contacted as to say they were at the address...I informed them that I forgot to change the address on the delivery... however driver said they would bring food to mine for extra fee which was agreed....30 mins later driver still not here and has stated on delivery stays that food has been delivered....I would like the money to be reimbursed please.
