We ordered 2 triple cheeseburger and only got one. They argued that they gave it but they didn’t the manager Damian couldn’t even show us proof

Serious food safety issue – parents, be alert. I ordered Happy Meals for my children, and the fries were packed in a box that had clearly been stored inside another. The outer packaging had transferred its colour onto the fries. If I hadn’t noticed, my kids would’ve eaten food that had absorbed ink or dye from the packaging — a completely avoidable health hazard. This is unacceptable. We’re talking about food meant for children. The fact that packaging ink can end up on fries shows a shocking lack of safety checks and care. It makes you wonder how many people are unknowingly eating contaminated food because no one is paying attention to these basics. McDonald’s needs to stop hiding behind its brand and take full responsibility for ensuring its packaging doesn’t pose a danger. This isn’t just a minor oversight — this is about real harm that could affect health in the long run. Parents, don’t assume everything in those boxes is safe. Check everything. McDonald’s — fix your standards before someone gets seriously hurt.

The manager who is in her late 50's, the plump lady is rude. I asked for the code for toilet and was told I need to order food first. Now!!! You look like you're not stranger to a late night supper. ..you don't know me and how long do I need in a toilet. Let's say 10min, I do not wish to order food which will be cold when I come back. Even when I said I need a loo first as I'm by myself and I don't want to go with food to toilet WHO IN THEIR OWN RIGHT MIND WOULD?? She was adamant I have to order first and that it's the rule. Now imagine if it's someone with IBS and they don't have 5 min spare to order first. You lady look like an illness will get you soon, since you're so bulbous, but that doesn't excuse your rudeness!!! And reading the rest of the reviews you're not liked at all.

Any reason why manager is so rude for fast food customers?

The quality of the Wraps is amazing the McChicken was really good, however the atmosphere isn't as pleasant, but I could move past it.

I give this Mac Donald's a 1 star, my reason for doing so is I was there with my 2 and 4 year old and just me as the only parent. I accidentally left an order I was going to take home on the table. Once headed to the car park I realised I left my food to takeaway. I went back which is only a short walk, the table was cleared and new people sitting. I asked the lady whom was cleaning the tables she said she didn't see a bad. I speak to the staff member behind the counter who remembered the order and told the manager that I was genuine I also showed my bank app which shows proof of amount date and time. The manager DAINEM them makes me wait while he goes to the office to check the cameras. After 5 minutes comes back to tell me another customer cleared the table and binned my food. Now the table was wiped down and immaculate. The fact that you see my order was genuine and your staff confirmed this, your are a disgusting human being to tell me that it's not your duty. You made me wait with 2 small kids who of course don't have the greatest or patience especially with all the traffic in the Resturant. Who on earth would have you as a manger of a well established food chain! You don't even present Youself well or your approach. This has sincerely sickened me in the lack of human lack of care. I will never never give a penny to this Resturant again, I hope anyone will kids or s caring heart would feel the same! Shame on you as a manager as a human!

Got my order wrong, no use of using customisation when ordering, they just blindly give you the original. Hot drinks are just luke warm, yuckk

Worst run McDonald’s restaurant ever!!! Run by a so called manager named Jo that severely lacks experience in customer service and just brushed away my complaint Once collected my order with 2 small children on tow went outside to find all the tables full and dirty and had to wait at least another 15 minutes before actually sitting down to eat! When we eventually sat down ..the order was wrong not that once but 3 times That so called manager Jo really needs training or some sort of help Worst experience ever ..even the kids were upset

The big MAC ,what can I say,you can't beat a classic and boy did it taste goooooooood. Had the meal,served very quickly after placing my order and the restaurant was clean..Great location for dinning before going to the cinema..

Good quality food but very slow service

Popped in for a coffee before the Vue. Food all over the floor. No one clearing up tables. A few staff on their phones. We waited at least 10 mins for two coffees, and they arrived luke warm. I will not use this McDonalds again.

Quarter Pounder with Cheese was lukewarm and the bun was dry. Fries were cold and tasteless. Apple pie was overcooked and lukewarm. No carbonated drinks available as the dispensing machine was broken. Awful music playing. Staff were indifferent. I have visited this branch many times before and my experience has always been good. Not this time though.

If I could leave a zero I definitely would. I have just visited this McDonald’s with my son. The manager is honestly the rudest person! She comes across as more as a police officer than she does a manager in a restaurant. She spoke to me like I was stupid when asking a question and further more was rude to my son aswell… he is 6 and commented on the way she spoke to people. I will not be visiting here again. When I got my food it was barely warm and they was as stingy on the sauce inside the burger as what they are giving out a pot. I was told I would have to pay for more than 1 sauce (to takeaway) even though there is a pump for the sauces if you’re eating in and it’s unlimited amounts… BK is the way forward 109%

This is my go to McDonalds, i’ve had no issues with this McDonalds except the people being stupid and crowded, but that’s people. This is just good and it’s faster than the one in Mercury Gardens.

Seriously badly run, shift manager doing nothing while fryer alarms were beeping and a ton of food waiting to go out sat going cold including mine! Young lad called Christian ran around doing everything. Give that lad a raise!

Inside the shopping centre on the first floor above Sainsburys. You'll need to park and pay for parking in the shopping centre car park. Very busy, but service is relatively quick.

Nobody will read this review because we all think McDonald’s tastes the same universally . All except this one . I ordered a double cheeseburger which looked like it had been run over and the driver reversed over it just to make sure . Wow ! What a mess . Whoever runs this place , read this and up your game . I visited McDonald's recently and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff seemed uninterested and unengaged, and it was clear that they didn't care about providing a good customer experience. To make matters worse, the restaurant was dirty and unkempt, with litter and crumbs all over the floor. The tables were sticky and unclean, and it was clear that no one had bothered to clean them for quite some time. Overall, my experience at McDonald's was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Food was usual for McDonald's but this place was very crowded and that's mainly due to it being such a small building. Very cramped, seating is right on top of each other.

I ordered food for me and my family I even paid the £1.99 for the food to be delivered quicker as we was all very hungry. After placing our order. The delivery driver only delivered the drinks to us which we refused to take as it wasn’t the complete order Went back onto Uber Eats reported that the food wasn’t delivered and told them we didn’t take the drinks. They ended up giving me a refund £6.50 short so it cost me £6.50 to open my door and not receive any food. This is absolutely disgraceful. And I would like to know what you gonna do about it?

This place is amazing. The service is amazing. It was just perfect. Perfect. Down to the last minute detail. This is not a place to eat your food. This is a place to feel happy again. The staff were the most respectful and hardworking I have seen anywhere else. Especially the McDonald’s at south street. Overall 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

You guys remember the god old days, when in mcdonald's, there were a dedicated person hired specifically for walking amongst us, watching while we were sitting there and in the second we left our table, she/he was there to spray it,- wipe it down, made it super clean, ready for the next customer. ?!? In the McDonald's at The Brewery, you hardly find a table that wouldn't disgust you the level that making you decide not siting down. I seen guests starting cleaning their own table as they did not want to sit down to such mess. Poor people. What a hospitality...hmmm bravo mcdonald's, keep up the good work! pff shame :(

Nearly 20 minutes to wait for a two happy meals and a triple cheeseburger. They were to take out, I had to ask for a bag, pack my own food, and pack my own straws and napkins. All this why the guy standing there screaming numbers for other orders.

Very very bad customer service. My kids were waiting in the counter to order for about 30 to 40 minutes but no one responded. They were not busy at that time there were only 2 customers in that time. Very poor service.

came here on a weekday evening it wasn’t that busy at all, table was dirty and my partner had to clean it then they got mine and my partners order wrong, they forgot my mozzarella dippers and my partners fries. my partner went back up and got the missing items but then also didn’t receive the salsa for the mozzarella dippers and my partner didn’t receive his sweet and sour dip. i went up this time but they didn’t acknowledge me at all i could have easily in behind the till and taken the sauces. i gave up trying so went and sat back down, my partner is GF so he didn’t order a bun with the burger but when it arrived the cheese was put on the bottom of the patty so it was stuck to the box and was inedible. rude staff and wrong order plenty of other better mcdonald’s near romford worth going to over this one

This morning I was in a rush and ordered 2 double sausage McMuffins, I didn’t check to see if it was right as I just assumed it would be, it’s a pretty simple order yet they managed to get it completely wrong and I didn’t get what I paid for. I don’t know how you possibly make that mistake

the workes were so rude to me and my friends and messed up my order i asked for a caramel mcflurry and they gave me a cream egg one we asked to change it and they just put more icecream over it we had to go back another time to say that it wasnt caramel and they also messed up my friends mcflurry aswell and gave my other friend the wrong wrap i am fumming 😡😡

Very rude manager/supervisor who act very disrespectful when I told her that in my childs kids menu I do not have a toy(sticker book) but a reading book. It was already enough drama from my child crying, due to not getting her toy(sticker book). When I asked to change it as I choose a toy not the book the manager just grab the book aggressively and through it in the bin saying that we shouldn't open the book....both toy(sticker book) and reading book come in flat packs...we didn't know it is a reading book until we open the package. This is unacceptable behavior for a manager/supervisor. She gave me the sticker book, but what a manner!

Enough sitting area. Enjoyed eating after cinema.

Went in there at about 11am today, very clean, food order boards say takeaway only but you can sit in. A lovely lady employee offered to bring our food to the table as it was quiet. She was very friendly and helpful, thank you

Located on the first floor within The Brewery, It's your standard McDonald's, nothing special, gets the job done. The service was good, nothing bad to note, seating was harder to come by, very busy but luckily, there's seating outside overlooking the area. Getting here via public transport, Romford station (Overground/TfL Rail/greateranglia) is your best bet but buses is your other option, 128/193/496 at The Brewery (Stop R/S).

I made an ordered and didn’t receive the items requested! I tried to ask for a refund or something, they denied!

Ordered got half my order drinks were completely over split in the bags and soon as I was given the bag it split. Certain items I paid for wasn't there will definitely not be ordering from this McDonald's again manager was no help at all

I kindly want to announce that today I was terrible shocked to see the staff working in macdonalds were enjoying a menù in the dining area probably in their break from work. I couldn't enjoy my food because of this situation. What made me feel so bad was the fact that they were not having the fittest feathers and having meals there everyday is mostly sure not healthy. I only assume that the food they've having was a free meal that makes part of salary and that means the person who is leading the business it's not having any concerns for other people's health. We are living in a world that is in a continuous change and we should be more careful and kind with each other and think about other people's health first to be able to evolve and get better.

DONT COME HERE. Female manager (short and stacked) very RACIST and very UNPROFESSIONAL as was most of the staff making up the rules as they went allowing multiple other families to do things which apparently we was not. Quiet dirty and the staff is very lazy. I have asked for some kids meal and some ice cream and the lady made first the ice cream and after the menu, but very very very slowly. Disgusting way to treat the clients, she doesn't care about nothing.

Normally food is ok, which is why I've upgraded it to 2*. Do not come here from 10:30 to realistically 1pm The food I've got at 11am is yesterday's food. This is a common problem with McDonald's because it is franchised. To make things worse they can't even get the order right. Ordered millionaires latte got plain white coffee, all salt, ketchup, sugar is behind the counter. They won't offer, than you have to ask. I feel today was a complete waste of £5 I'm not loving it

Cold uncooked food! Took a bite of my chicken selects and it was raw! I complained and they said well all the others are OK I said if I am sick I will sue they gave me more chicken which I promptly threw in the bin! They also overcharged us for coffees have complained to head office
