Great selection of food and drinks. The meals were very nice and the service was good 👍🏻

Always walk past this place in the day and the fish looks amazing. Personally couldn’t eat a big lunch so 😢 but tonight we went to see the lights in Liverpool and popped in for fish and chips to eat on the way home. They didn’t disappoint !! A lovely fresh fish, piping hot and not a spot of grease in sight and the best chips I’ve had in ages. Thank you

2 of us went in. Both of us ordered Chips Sausage and Curry. Served by 2 diffrent staff, 1 chips portion was the smallest portion of chips I have ever seen. Both cost the same. Never will return to this chippy.

Absolutely awesome food great friendly service and huge servings. Well done definitely recommend them.

We LOVED it...and our server (think her name was Har) was fab. The only thing that was a bit tiny bit annoying was the stuff about the dress code...it wasn't clear and we were worried, upon turning up, that we wouldn't be allowed in...but it was fine and most people seemed averagely dressed. Anyway, a small detail amongst a really fab experience...will definitely go back.

Ocean food bar is by far the best chip shop take away. Chris and the staff are professional, service with a smile! Myself and my wife gave been coming for the past 14 yrs since we moved to Fazakerley. Keep up with the good etc Phil and Karen

Fuimos aquí esta noche para té, como no hay comida en la casa. China más cercana a mí. Pedimos pollo al curry no setas, arroz al huevo frito y una porción de patatas fritas. El curry de pollo era bastante frutas, buena degustación Sin embargo el pollo gustos barato y difícil. Arroz de huevo frito y patatas fritas eran decentes. porción masiva sin duda tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Cuesta 6,80 libras por todo esto.

Fast service, food always nice, wife said it has the best hot and sour soup in Liverpool, update, sue and John have now retired, maybe not the best soup 🍲 anymore, still a good chippy, see how things go

Very poor, staff moody and arrogant. Food was tasteless bland and the majority of it went in the bin.Probably put it in the top 3 worst chippies I've ever visited.

Fish batter was not crunchy it was thick and soggy. Chips are chips and definitely overpriced. Didnt eat it all. Would not advise the place.

Found this restaurant near to the hotel we were staying (Mercure), as it had been recommended by a walking tour guide. Excellent staff, greeting on arrival etc, great food and realistic prices, wide beer selection etc. although we were not drinking as we were en route somewhere else. We had the local ‘scouse’ which is a beef and vegetable stew, and very nice too. Thank you.

Ordered fish dinner and sausage dinner got home they had just give me a the fish no chips and peas but they charged me for it , second time they've got my the order completely wrong absolute joke of a chippy girl was to busy waffling rather than contracting

Just went there to relax and enjoy a Saturday night. Terrible experience. Member of staff behind us with his tablet checking each slot we were in and doing something on his tablet. Disgusting

How can you get a small tray of chips wrong????? When I use this chippy now I'll only risk chips and gravy curry and chips etc, nearly broke my teeth on the chips god knows how long they had been lying around for! This place is defo in the running for the worst chippy in Liverpool. I should of swerved it when I saw the woman who usually works behind the counter frying all the food. Avoid this health hazard people!!!!!!!!!

The steak and kidney pie supper was a regular order of mine when I lived near here. It was always great. The chips were amazing. All swimming in salt, vinegar, mushy peas and gravy. The staff were always friendly as well.
