The Waterfront Restaurant At Leo Casino in Liverpool

Just went there to relax and enjoy a Saturday night. Terrible experience. Member of staff behind us with his tablet checking each slot we were in and doing something on his tablet. Disgusting

Hace 2 semanas tuve que registrarme en línea como miembro para reservar una mesa en este Casio. Anoche llegamos para que nos dijeran que, aunque había reservado y ganado la membresía en línea, necesitarían una identificación para que pudiera obtener la membresía en el lugar. El gerente dijo que todos los centros están vinculados en línea, etc. pero son membresías separadas. Extremadamente decepcionante y poco claro para los clientes. Esta fue una estancia de una noche planificada en Liverpool para visitar este Casio Nota a la información de Casio sobre las membresías separadas deberían estar disponibles en línea ya que mi membresía me permitió reservar una mesa pero no pude obtener acceso

Fui al Casino Leos por primera vez esta noche con mi señora (25 de agosto de 2019). Fui a comer y a jugar algunos juegos en el Casino. Básicamente, estoy escribiendo esta crítica sobre un miembro particular del personal llamado Tamas. He trabajado en hotelería durante más de 10 años y nunca he visto un servicio tan bueno como el que me brindó. La comida recomendada, un montón de comida que vendimos, vino y se unió a nosotros para conversar varias veces. Nos dijo que era de Bulgaria y que trabajó en los cruceros durante algunos años. No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre Tamas, él es la razón por la que ahora seremos habituales en Leo's Casino. Hágale saber sobre esta revisión y dígale que es de la pareja de raza mixta con el chico que ama la realidad virtual. Realmente aprecio la hospitalidad que brindó :)

La comida era horrible, el bistec se había terminado y la comida no sociable de mi pareja se había quemado, el menú que me habían entregado estaba cubierto de comida, y cuando la señora limpió la mesa junto a nosotros colocó los cubiertos en el asiento, limpió la mesa y colocó Los cubiertos de nuevo en la mesa, al lado o comiendo allí de nuevo.

Pros -good value 2/3 course menu -nice views and seating available Next to window -good atmosphere with the buzz of the casino - friendly service Cons -menu could be a bit more varied -is more pub type food than restaurant (but this is reflected in the cost)

Meal for four. Starters ribs, shrimp cocktail, chicken wings and calendar all hot and very tasty. Mains 3 steaks all good and one sea bass very nice. Service excellent very enjoyable. Played on roulette table 3 with Richard an excellent friendly croupier. Very enjoyable evening.

Visited this restaurant for this first time this evening with my family to celebrate my birthday. Just can't fault the service or the food. We where seated straight away and our waiter Colin was so attentive definitely be back.

This is a great offer & they have different ones to choose from but you need more details on the bookatable site to make it easier to understand. I opted for the £15 straight flush, You get a bar meal, drink, £5 chip, which you pay for at the cash desk first. You then go to the restaurant area & sit down for your meal. It was a double bonus for me as I went over to pay & She said its your birthday so your meal is free, ( you don't get a free £5 chip if your meal is free). The bar meals were lovely as ever, I had the cheese burger & fries, coleslaw, majority of the table went for the posh fish finger bun or the hot dog & fries. All meals are very filling. Food was fab, fresh, hot & tasty with a fantastic view of Liverpool Mersey. With all soft drinks free, tea or coffee you only have to pay for alcoholic drinks once you have you used your free drink ticket. It was a Great night as ever at Leo's. The other offers are a £20 buffet for your group, with a drink & chip, £30 for a 3 course meal, drink & chip. You book through bookatable site where all there offers are regular on.

Had a nice night here last night. View is lovely over the waterfront. I've heard such good things about the food but I thought it was just ok!

The restaurant is op the top floor of the Casino and is very inviting ,seated straight away, very professional staff. I have been a member of the Casino for years and to be honest have only ate at the Restaurant several times, I don't know why it was really very good. They coo themed nights also, Chinese etc. The food was exceptional only drank coffee as was driving, the bar looks great though and I am sure the drinks ok too. All the staff were very friendly. The toilets are as you would expect in a Casino very good indeed. You don't have to be playing in the Casino to go to the Restaurant or bar, but may have to be a member which is very quick, easy and straightforward.

Arrived at 4 - dubious of food quality mid afternoon but disappointed I couldn't complain it was EXCELLENT. What more can I say - staff attentive and caring, service excellent and good choice on the menu.

Went to a charity evening with friends and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice surroundings.

Enjoyed an early evening meal here with my partner on bank holiday Monday. £15 for a 3 course meal isn't bad for casino prices. My medium rare rump steak was cooked to perfection. The staff here were really friendly and Martin the manager even showed us around as we were first time visitors which was a really nice touch. Thanks - will recommend to friends.

My partner and I attended a memorial evening for an Everton player at the restaurant. We paid £38 each for a ticket which included a three course dinner and 1 casino chip. The room was squashed, too small, no air con' so very hot and uncomfortable. I did ask for it to be turne don but they didn't know how to do it. The meal was quite paltry and for the price, we could go anywhere in Liverpool to any of the restaurants around and pay a lot less for much better quality and quantity. The manager of the event asked me how the food was and i did mention i was quite disappointed and he told me he would feed this back to the chef however, I wouldn't blame the chef, a chef can only work with what they're given and on this ocassion, not much. Also, there was no menu but not sure if that was because it was an organised event however, i do think that a choice of food would have been nice and not just have something plonked in front of you. Nobody asked if we were vegitarian or had allaergies which i found a bit odd. Serving staff and bar staff all friendly and helpful so no complaints there but do take plenty of money of you visit as the bar prices are quite high.

We have eaten here a few times, the service and food are always excellent. The cocktails are very nice and they have a good wine selection. Best to book as they're always full.
