I would give it six stars if I could! Bryan is so kind and accommodating to customers making the experience so enjoyable. The food is unreal and is definitely the best Chinese Iâve ever had. And top it off, they make their own home-made chilli oil which is delicious! Thanks Bryan, I canât stop coming back! :)

Pizza's were nice but the fish and fish cakes were genuinely the worst I've ever eaten in my entire life. Extremely dry and the batter was extremely thick and greasy, as if it had been refried with a second or third layers of batter. The thing was a weapon on a plate.

Had been to Latimerâs pre-Covid. The crab soup was previously excellent, served in china bowls with all white meat and a good slug of whiskey. Not now. đ Soup was served in a paper cup, it was mostly seafood stock with lots of big pieces of chopped onion?? and barely any crab. Because we ate it inside, five feet away from tables outside, we were charged 20% (VAT) more. The same excess charge was applied for incorrectly made coffee and sandwiches. I thought VAT was levied to cover the extra cost of waiter service, table cover and washing dishes etc. However all food was served in takeaway paper cups and bags đ even the coffee and I had to collect all of it from the counter when it was made. The best reaction to this type of poor food and service is to not visit again.

Walked from Seaburn and got hungry. Stumbled across this gem. Had an interesting discussion on what scraps/batter/crackling/bits called. Very tasty well cooked fish bites (good sized pieces) and chips. Washed down with great ales at nearby Blues Micropub where you can take in your takeaway.

We fancied chips to take home for lunch and being nearby to highland fisheries at the time we just made it before it closed at 2pm. The chips were fine but maybes the fish cake had stood a bit longer than normal.

Too dry and chewy fish cake and chips. Wish I'd gone to colmans. Chucked most of them away. Wouldn't go again
