The best restaurants serving Seafood food in King's Lynn and West Norfolk East of England

Stopped off here for sausage and chips 11th April, really friendly lady served us and gave us a shout when food was ready. Nice seating area provided inside for your convenience, please note this is NOT a Restaurant and as such you will need to collect your food from the counter when it’s ready. Will definitely recommend and return when I’m Next in sunny honey.

I'm glad I took the wrong path on my bike n saw this shop, i returned later, i got cod n chips, Oh my,, absolutely delicious, great portions, I shall return for sure, well worth the visit,

Sat in the car park eating another roll from the crab hut! Cold and wet but the food is excellent and makes that bank holiday Monday more fun. Had the smoked salmon sub and it was delicious!!! I’ll be back!

We got take away fish and chips for 2 people. We live in Heacham and didn't know it had changed hands. The chips were inedible and as for fish, it was miniscule, mostly mere batter. We then decided to get a large burger for each of us. The bun was stale and the burgers were black. They must have been fried at least 5 times over. It's a lot of money for pensioners to just throw their food out. We will never go there again.

Popped into this fish and chip shop recently and was really impressed. The portion size was generous—plenty of chips and a good-sized piece of fish. Everything was cooked fresh to order, so it came out piping hot and perfectly crispy. The fish was tasty with a light, crunchy batter, and the chips were golden and fluffy inside. On top of that, the service was friendly and welcoming. A great local spot that does the classics just right.

I'm a regular customer as I live locally, we've always had great food from Henry's, I still can't fault much except lately the fish batter has been thick, pasty, doughy, greasy tasting, which is a shame as the fish used to be nice flaky thin batter, so I don't know what has happened, all the other food is great

The food itself tastes good, but considering it’s £4.30 for a large chips, compared to other chip shops the portion isn’t very much.

Visited this evening just after opening time so the food was all cooked when we ordered. Didn’t have to wait long at all. Staff kindly wrapped the fish separately so they stayed crispy. We all said how great the food was, the fish batter was light and crispy and really well cooked. Chips were amazing also as were the sides. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Good traditional chippy with very large portions Did not do Rock Eel for the full marks from me but menu was pretty good and varied.

Very very disappointing. Have been here a few times in the past, but today's trip was awful. Fish batter was very brown and almost chewy, and the chips were pretty much the same. 2 cod and chips with 2 cans of drink and some sauces cost £45. Each can of vimto was over £2. Not a nice meal and a ridiculous price. Sadly we will not be returning again.

Possibly the worst fish and chips ever. Fishcake was like breaded carpet underlay completely tasteless, chips cold and all tiny bits some burnt dark brown. Only decent thing was cod with light batter. But definitely won't go back.

Manor fish and chip shop food was awful. The large haddock (sold as cod) was smaller than a normal small fish portion and cost £8. The chips were the worst chips that I had ever had to throw away. Greasy, soggy, slimy and limp. Sat here feeling ripped off and hungry! Get your act together or sell up!

Not great tonight. Sausage and chips Cheapest sausages fast food takeaway can buy. Chips cold hard . Disgraceful that places like this can charge top price for such poor quality .
