The best restaurants serving Seafood food in England

Didn't get exactly what I ordered. Ordered normal peas and n got mushy peas.Cod was undercooked,batter wasn't cooked looked anaemic. Overpriced for portion size. Small cod Compared with price I pay for a larger piece of cod else where. Won't be ordering from here again. I give 4/10 poor quality

Best in the area - the chips are tasty not dry and not greasy either. Batter very light and fish flaky. recommend highly

Very impressed! I had a meat box with chips and a Coke, and it hit the spot. The prices were reasonable, and the lady serving was super friendly and provided excellent service. Definitely coming back!

The page on your website says my order was delivered at 8.11 I am still waiting. Where has your driver left it

Absolutely delicious. Really nice fish with a lovely batter, tasty chips. Well priced, frendly service Bit of a queue, but I'm told thats usual Definitely worth it

First time visit a couple of months ago and our meal wasnt very nice.I wrote a review and the owner replied to me immediately and invited us to visit again and have the same meal free of charge.As yet we've not been back partly due to the fact i feel rather embarrassed as I realise we possibly called at a busy time or perhaps just before closing and i think i was rather hasty with my review.I have given 5 stars as the owner got back to me straight away and apologised and invited us back for a meal which I'm sure we will enjoy as all the people who have taken time to write a rave review cant all be wrong.looking forward to a nice chippy supper tomorrow (embarrassment aside lol) watch this space!!!!!!!

Up here at a conference but fancied something with bit more charm than the hotel or nearby restaurants could offer. After eight or so minutes' walk from the Marriott, I found this really lovely, proper eat-in fish and chip shop. Impressive haddock - tasted very lightly smoked to me, which was a new experience. Absolutely super place.

For me 1 the better chippy's, all freshly cooked, even the chicken goujons with the different coating on my daughter loved, 10/10 from her, deffo be going back

Ordered my food at 5:20pm and it didn’t arrive until 7:40pm to which it was barely warm. Despite being a bit on the cold side it still tasted fine.

THE best fish and chips in the hood. Great deal for the money. Recommend 100%

Excellent fish restaurant with wine bar above, both need to be booked.
