My wife has just picked me up some southern fried chicken and it was amazing makes KFC look lame the pieces are massive and the flavour is delicious tender and crispy 10/10

Very rude and unwelcoming female member of staff. I wouldn’t mind so much but we were the only customers as well. Food mediocre at best - and they wanted me to pay cash only! Really in this day and age. I refused saying card or nothing so she reluctantly produced a card machine. Bet the tax man will be interested in this!

Ordered food off uber, when arrived was cold, and some items were missing, when rang up, they were rude, claimed I was ringing just to get free stuff. The driver then lied and said he had given me the order, so not go here. Awful experience

The portions are far to small just a waste of money there are much better chip shops in Worcester

Have to agree with previous comments, must have changed hands and whoever the new owner is wont be in business long, expensive and greasy sloppy batter accompanied by bad chips. Been eating there for 30 years use to be very good and the previous owners ran it well.

Been going to this establishment for over 5 years now. Never had an issue with food and customer service. Owner is a lovely chap and is always looking to please. Prices are good and food is always fresh. Would always recommend!

The place is amazing, the staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. It is also a great location. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Fantastic fresh oysters (I went twice for them!) and reasonable prices. Unfortunately there aren’t many staff and when it’s busy, which is to be expected on a nice day, you can expect quite a long wait to order/be served your food.

Whilst the surroundings are lovely and I want to give a good review, sadly I can't. I ordered the baguette with mozzarella, pesto and tomato. I expected a light meal. What I got was a torpedo shaped cannonball, wholemeal and dry as a bone, not even toasted, no butter and completely incompatible with the filling. The apricot cake I had was just as leaden. I think both were made with their own flour from the mill. Completely unsuited and I left almost all of it. Please reassess your use of this. I also found a big, dark curly hair in my coleslaw! Very sad as previous visits have been lovely.
