The best restaurants serving Seafood food in England

We have been using this restaurant for years and have always found the food - both take-away and eat-in - and the staff top notch. This is a meat-free chippie, so no pies or saveloys, just freshly cooked fish. And the chips are fried in high-quality groundnut oil, which gives them a better taste. Consequently, not cheap as chips, but you only get this sort of quality when you pay for it.

Usually good but tonight the fish was 50% batter and the rest dried over cooked fish. They won't be getting any of my money again.

Fabulous cocktails and great service from Aiden. Even though he was suffering from a Thai boxing injury, Aiden looked after us so well and kept us entertained while we enjoyed amazing cocktails and a fabulous view. Thank you.

Wow, What a fish & chip shop as simply awesome, Very friendly owner as very nice staff, Great prices & as for the fish & chips , 10 out of 10, I am some would say a fussy eater, Everything is spot on here & the curry sauce is just fab too, The is by far the best fish & chip shop i have been too thus far......

These were the best fish and chips I’ve ever eaten. The batter is just perfect as we’re the chips. The fish is amazing and so fresh, I think it’s a Dad and Daughter, lovely lovely people, so polite and genuine. I’ve been a few times and the standard of their food is outstanding. (Dad likes change, but not 5 pence pieces) 🤣

My favourite Fish & Chips delivered. Gluten Free Tuesday/Wednesday is the one for me! I think it’s great you have this Gluten Free option. The Fish & Chips are always 10/10 delicious and arrive hot and fresh every time. I highly recommend Belmont Bay, especially if you’re looking for great tasting Gluten Free Fish & Chips. Is this a large kebab? We ordered a large mixed kebab and when I got it home with the rest of what we ordered we were surprised when we unwrapped the kebab. It definitely looks like a small kebab. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be getting a kebab from here again.

We swapped from our local fish and chippie that had become very poor to Molly's about 10 months ago after trying out several in the local area - it was a close run thing between them and Knaphill Fish Bar. Both really very good at the time. We are on the hunt again. The problem is the inconsistency and last weeks was particularly poor with the fish being very small, the batter thick and flabby, the chips dry - seems to have lost it's way. Maybe it's the new staff that haven't got to grips with what they are doing. When fish and chips are so expensive you want to eat and enjoy it. Come on Molly's, I don't like marking anyone down - and it's not just me. NB We have a fish and chip supper night with friends on a regular basis and they say the same :-(

Staff are absolutely lovely and really accommodating. Food amazing :-) I'm quite an anxious human and they put me at ease quite quickly. Breakfast a lot of choices. Would recommend it. Beds comfy, shower amazing. Only thing, would recommend bringing an extension lead incase wanting to set up a laptop to TV and such for netflix. Overall a lovely way to spend a business trip away. Went there as a usual routine for a friend. Thought try there as its new management. As I work in food I can say. 1. The order was completely wrong from was we asked for 2. Waited around 25 mins for the order. 3. Could not understand what we wanted 4. Chips were cooked to longs as they were hard. 5 the beans were taken straight out the tin and was stone cold. And to be honest the worst chipshop I've been to in my life. I'm definitely won't be going there or definitely don't recommend people to go there

Fresh, very good quality, large portions and reasonably priced..... Happy to be a regular customer and highly recommended.

My wife was unable to eat her haddock. I tried a bite, it tasted awful. Not sure if it was off, or they had sold us a cheaper fish type. Spoilt our saturday night tea together. It is expensive, so this experience was enough to call it a day here. Sad as we live close by. Will try poringland.

Great, quick food, great service. Stayed hot and fresh for a while, lots of different options, and the girl at the front desk was lovely.
