Easily the best fish and chip shop in the new forest/area! Food is always served hot and top notch quality! Staff are always happy and very polite and respectful! Zoutorias easily beats the competition serving quality and quantity!

Tuvimos una tarde gloriosa sentados en la parte al aire libre de ziques. . . servicio increíble vibraciones eran geniales! Y la comida... Santo cielo, la ensalada de gambas iba a morir por grandes gambas jugosas llenas de sabor. ¡Sigan haciendo lo que sus chicos volverán! Disfrutamos de un negroni durante el almuerzo y fue simplemente fantástico.

Been here a few times now, the best fish and chips in Bromley without question. Food is always piping hot and very taste, could not recommend more! Keep up the good work guys! Looking forward to our next visit/order!

Excellent gluten free cod, chip, mushy peas and ..... gluten free jumbo battered sausage! Lovely local, friendly takeaway.

We have been using this fish bar for several years the staff and service excellent as is the food. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I been at KB with my family for a birthday meal. First strange thing I noticed when they brought a buttered fish for my child and fish was pale, oily and soggy (when breaded fish served for my second child looked great). When they brought my buttered fish I seen the same- A very pale, soggy, greesy thing on my plate :( Taste was not good eaither..butter was not crispy, but greesy and also had a taste of old flour, not sure what was wrong but I ate less than half. When waitress came to collect plate (she probably seen I ate no much of it) she asked "if all was ok?"..I honesty said that I didnt like my buttered fish and... waitress just replied "Thats ok", turned around and gone with my plate. She show NO interest in situation at all.. and I had no even a chance to explain why I did no ate my dinner. Next thing I did not like, it when my kid's favourite song starts to play, some gentelmen appeared from kitchen with a hoover in his hands and without asking anybody around he turned his hoover ON and instead of music we listened a sounds of hoover for a few minutes. Kids were so upset. They said "we didnt hear our favourite song" :( Now, after I came back home from KB I had a very upset stomack and it still sore, child who had buttered fish too complained about sore tummy too. So..not very good experience for 70 pounds we paid. Probably would not go back to KB again :-(

¡Simplemente no comas aquí! El cebo blanco sobrevalorado se sirve con 5 ramitas de lechuga, una cuña de lima y un dedal de aceite de oliva. Sopa de estilo brasileño con almejas, en realidad sopa con mejillones a los que soy altamente alérgica, el segundo tazón de sopa contenía unos cuantos langostinos muy masticables y algunos berberechos rellenos de arena. Después de esta maravillosa “comida”, terminamos con una visita a baños bastante sucios llenos de tampones, y se accede a través de una escalera de madera completa con telarañas, plumas y años de polvo. Jackson’s, los clientes merecen más que esto.

We wanted a lunch and our usual place was packed so tried here and were not a bit disappointed. My husband had the best crab salad/sandwich he has ever had. Will be back in Spring 2025

First, the good points: I can honestly commend the staff for their patience and generosity to the children at our table, who were having a bit of a rough morning. I'm sure the parents were grateful! The food and drink that I ordered were tasty, and I appreciated the creative options for dietary requirements, especially so many great choices that don't involve coffee. On the downside: I ordered one of the daily specials, a Spanish tortilla at £9.50 described as coming with alioli. This was accurate but the slice of tortilla was definitely a demure portion and I was still hungry, but did not feel like ordering anything else pricey or with a wait-time... I was asked a few times if I was sure I didn't want a cake but there were not that many options of those at the time. I'm not averse to paying for quality but I think £9.50 would justify a bigger slice of tortilla and maybe even a token amount of fresh greens or other salad alongside it. Please take that as constructive suggestions as it's not my intention to be mean.

Stayed at a nearby B&B, so ate dinner here. Had fish and chips, which was lovely, and the best dessert I’ve had this holiday. Small place, so need to book. Unfortunately, not open on a Sunday or Monday.

Always fried to perfection, generous portions that always leave you filled, fantastic customer service and perfect pricing. 10/10 when it comes to fish and chips shop for me, my favourite in London.

We called in for soup and coffee at lunchtime staff made us feel so welcome with our dog too.It was so good we booked for dinner and were not disappointed. My husband had duck pate to start and haggis needs and tatties I had haggis pakoras to start and steak pie we were full but were piggies and had sticky toffee pudding between us bliss.Our dog enjoyed the log fire and a chewy stick so lovely we are going back tomorrow evening

We have used Mr Chips for many years but this evening decided to use Just Eat to deliver it. Just eat did not have enough drivers on and the wait time was growing on the delivery. We had a call from the shop to let us know the situation which was great. It showed they really cared about the level of service they were providing. After awhile the wait time on Just eat went up to 2hours and 20 minutes in total so we decided to cancel and go and collect. On route Mr Chips called us to say they will compensate us due to the service by Just Eat. We arrived and appreciated it was not their fault. Their customer service was amazing and I will continue to support a local business with this level of customer service. We will not ever use Just Eat again! However it does not take away how good Mr Chips is. The food was great and enjoyed by everyone in my family. Thank you again Mr Chips.

Charged me £14 per fish and chips when the board says otherwise. When I asked them why they said it's a price increase. Shocking practice and extortionate price for something below par.
