Had a takeaway delivery and it was beautiful. I ordered a special and got 2 fish which were so fresh, meaty and thick and the crunchy crispy batter was so good. The curry was very tasty, a notch up from your standard chip shop curry. Highly recommended .

Mi familia y yo estábamos pasando unos días juntos en Scarborough y nos encontramos con Bradleys tienda de pescado y patatas fritas. Nos recibieron con un personal amable que trató de ayudarnos a localizar una tienda de mascotas. Estábamos muy contentos con las diversas comidas que pedimos, así que visitamos la tienda de nuevo la noche siguiente. El pescado era muy bueno, mi hermana pidió un pescado mediano y era más que adecuado. Si en Scarborough vale la pena cazar Bradleys, no te decepcionará. También tenían una zona de cafetería que no usamos pero parecía bien presentado. Diez de cada diez de mi familia.

Had a spur of the moment fish supper before a concert. Very impressed. Great friendly service. Excellent haddock and chips Yorkshire caviar and the other accompaniments with a sit down fish supper. The seated area was very nicely spaced and super clean. The loos were super clean and everything all working and well positioned. Our thanks to the guys who run this special place.

Excelente pescado tradicional con papas fritas, la salsa de curry era de muy buena calidad y las porciones eran realmente grandes! ! 😉 El servicio era igual de bueno, el muchacho era muy amable y hablador, al igual que los propietarios de OG chippy cuando yo era un muchacho. Un lugar brillante y sin duda volveré la próxima vez que esté en Scarborough

This is the worse fish and chips we have had so far,we are good customers and buy often off Bradley’s,we have had some bad ones lately,but did not expect it on a Friday night,as the fat/oil was not clean,as the fish and chips were dark brown,also looked as if they had been fried twice,the chips had more black bits on and were just bits of ends,hardly any full chips,at the cost of nearly £28 with rolls and sausage we are disgusted

If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. I ordered fish and chips for a group of 57 for a school trip. Food was delicious even in large quantities and the shop kindly provided 2 boxes of scraps. Big Portions, Fair Prices, Highly recommended.

Nunca decepciona, me dejé caer esta noche siempre tan ocupado dentro fuera y por teléfono, pero la atención al servicio al detalle y la calma / energía era excepcional . . siempre tan caliente y chica en frente y muchacho en la freidora eran excelentes ... no podía fallar y MEJORES cantidades de patatas fritas de pescado / calidad 2o a ninguno BIEN HECHO no puede esperar a volver!

We always get food from here as it's always piping hot and amazing food. Unfortunately tonight's food wasn't so great, everything was cold and the chips were just scrappy horrible bits of potato. Fingers crossed it's just a one off as this is our favorite chippy

i order of Bradley's 3 to 4 times a month and they are lovely but this time my fish was only small and me and my partners chips was all odds and ends i wouldn't mind we spend £30 £35 pounds each time please could you give us some nice chips next time please and a bigger fish thanks xx

I have to say never had a big chippy before!. The fish was so big and crispy, we had just one and we shared it. The place looked amazing and the staffs were so helpful and nice. The place where we live normally serves the mushy peas all over the fish and chips but we got it in a bowl here.

Fish n chips were excellent, so was everything else I ordered. but the mushy peas were a bit watery.

Looking at the reviews I think I may have caught this place on an off night. I bought fish and chips at around 8.30 in the evening and found the chips to be warm ups with the fish being really small with too much batter. The actual cod itself was fine but the batter was too thick and crispy. I would not recommend it.

The lady serving us was really lovely and patient as we took our time choosing. Finally we chose large chips, large sausage, fish cake, mushy peas and curry sauce. We are from Liverpool and I wish we had this chippy. Everything was very fresh and absolutely delicious. All staff were lovely.

Just had the best fish and chips in ages, quite by accident! You can eat in for an extra pound and I also had a large pot of tea. Absolutely fantastic, beautiful white fish, crispy batter and great service. I will be back! All for less than a tenner :)

We looked at reviews before going+ we were not disappointed. We ate in + they charge an extra £1 P/p which we were happy to pay. The fish+ chips were cooked fresh+ were excellent. We have visited other F+C restaurants in Scarborough but non have been as good as Bradley's. The staff are friendly,the place is clean and we would definitely recommend+ revisit. The small portion of chips we had each + there was more than enough for us. I asked for the small haddock to be lightly battered and it was perfect. Well done all at Bradley's.☺️

Fish and batter were delicious. Chips quite good. Friendly staff and clean toilets. Ketchup not included in price, even if you eat in. The tables and couches were clean but didn't feel like eating at a restaurant. It felt more like having a takeaway in the restaurant.

Called in for tea tonight while working away from manchester and got to say the chips peas curry sauce and haddock was up there with 1 of the best ive eaten from working all over the united kingdom in the he past 25 years! The staff were absolutely the friendliest ive ever encountered also!! Amazing!!👏👏👏👏

Food and delivery was fine but the courier forgot to give us the soft drinks we ordered and there seems to be no way to contact to get them redilivered. Checked with Bradley’s and they confirmed the drinks had been given to the courier, so unfortunately out of pocket on that, otherwise everything good.

Food was on the chilly side. Driver had bag open. Chips were over cooked and we ordered a fish cake but got a fish patty. Have ordered before and it was perfect. This order was a let down

Shame just eat staff are useless, I had to walk down the street to collect it from him and was rude on the phone . This has no reflection on Bradley's fish and chips . Orders food to be delivered for 1830. At 1920 they were calling me saying they had no driver and I should cancel the order I’d already paid for. I explained I was trying to attend to my mum and couldn’t speak to them could they please just deliver the food. I called them back when I’d dealt with my mum to apologise for not being able to speak and the assistant couldn’t have been more obnoxious. Still not sure if the food I ordered and paid for will turn up but it’s certainly the worst experience ever living in Scarborough for a decade. How about you just deliver food paid for by customers in time and not ring them to tell them to cancel and be surprised by the customer’s response. Idiots.
