The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Seafood food

We get our fish and chips just about every Saturday. Absolutely amazing batter and cooked spot on. Weve tried so many other places but this is by far the best in CAS.

Great welcome and fantastic fish and chips. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to have the option of sitting in or take away, we decided to dine in the restaurant and it was a lovely atmosphere.

Las patatas fritas eran macizos y super sabroso, como volver de día. Es difícil de encontrar en muchos lugares en Londres que no adecuado, en lugar de patatas fritas patatas fritas o patatas fritas microondas (en serio), así que siempre es un placer entrar K&M.; Precios un poco elevados, para chips de pescado n, pero es un producto premium en este mercado, así que supongo que merece la pena.

I cannot believe this fish was caught.. in my opinion it was SO old it gave itself up.. and being a 'special supper (one of two) I found the coating like a crust, the bland fish inside, 'followed by tasteless chips.. A certain Mr Ramsay could describe it more fluently, Disgraceful food, very nice decor, but it's only a plaster.. Should the owners have a problem with my review I'd be happy to return for a refund.. £24.80 BTW... 'Includes 2X tartare sauces'

Ive been using Caught in Romsey for fifteen years tonight i had the worst Fish and Chips ever the Fish batter was burnt and the chips should have been binned. I wont be going again.Becks you need to employ more grown un ups

We managed to park our motorhome nearby and bought 2 regular cod, 1 regular chips plus one large sausage. All were freshly cooked and the lady gave me an extra piece of cod as she thought the portions were smaller than usual. Well, it was all delicious and we had a job to eat it all! The premises were very clean and the lady serving was welcoming and friendly. This is now my favourite chippy in Weymouth.

Stopped for a quick lunch today as we were visiting the town, really enjoyed the location and decor. Very attentive host and staff. We chose off the main menu. I had chicken in stilton with smashed new potatoes and veg, it was excellent and extremely generous portion, would highly recommend it. Husband had steak and chips, again excellent. There was a really great specials lunch menu only £10. Overall we were really impressed and look forward to returning.

First visit to Thorpeys. Let’s just say it’s traditional. Ultimately it’s all about the food & it definitely deliveries on that front. Generous portions & well cooked. Peas tasted particularly good, reminded me of my nans mushy peas… All in all, good job!

I am 70 years old and a lifelong lover of Chinese food. Admittedly most of my meals have been throughout North America. I can say with confidence that I have never had worse Chinese food. The hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour, the Szechuan chicken was weirdly bland, the curry vegetables were a gelatinous mess, the fried rice was not like anything I have had before! This was a bizarre culinarily experience. Others who like/love the food here have got had much Chinese food. On the plus side…service was excellent, the place was clean and the prices were reasonable. Our waitress was pleasant and engaging..

The food itself was just about eatable and was fair for value, although I do feel the chips portions were a bit small, the one staff member was rude and a bit sarcastic, would not be going there again

Not sure what had changed. But the last 2 visits have been terrible. The pepper sauce burger had zero. Nadda, nicks, ziltch no sauce what do ever!!!!!!!!!! Tasted like cardboard!!! Last time I bought a coleslaw salad and never received it, 2nd strike, and they are out. I am not going back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! THIS IS BS

Used to go here all the time but it's gone downhill Had a piece of fish that was all sloppy/thick batter and as a result pretty gross. Mentioned it to the guys and they just said 'oh' and shouted out back 'not happy with batter' and then that was it Wont be back - there are better chippies in Stamford
