Belle Vue Fisheries in Middlesbrough

The order was very late and missing two items of the order. I requested a update no answer so ended up ring it still didn't move things forward. And to add that two items were missing from the order has put us off using Belle Vue again.

Whilst a little more expensive than the the usual place I buy my hot shot pork parmesan from, this probably comes in better than that. I only eat hot shot pork parmesan in the main, not chicken and purchases come mainly down to shop opening hours.

Rubbish food. Cold and tasteless

No donner meat on garlic bread I ordered

I ordered delivery for a specific time as I was at work and it turned up whilst I was at work

After paying £17 for a Parmo,then the full order came to £33 there was no sauces in the order, I phoned belle bye to tell them and the driver delivered some garlic and chilli, by this time the food was stone cold, no explanation or apology. Terrible

Came here for Le Parmo factory. Which do unbelievable parmos.

Really disappointed usually love the food from here but really let down, took 2 hours to arrive. When I called the shop they said it was only just about to leave, which made me feel they had forgotten about my order. And when did arrive chips were hard and cold and battered burger was really greasy. Sorry to say but won’t be ordering from here again which is a shame

I only got a sausage and peas it was unbelievable so i had to go back for another 1.

I’m sorry to say but our meal was awful greasy and chips really soggy chicken was overcooked and stringy

Not sure if it was an off night or something has changed but the chips were so dry and pizza was just dull and almost cold.

Just got small sausage and chips with scraps my sister went when she brought them back it was a little sausage was OK but the rest was a joke there want some one who can fry chips there was shocking it was scraps on scraps I wouldn't dare charge anyone for them 5 chips were not even nice but had a little bit potato in them the fast was scraps litterely what you put in the bin never again buy chips from there

Delivery was fab but the food was a little cold

Use these regular however asked for no garlic on two pizzas only one without other one was swimming in garlic butter all pizzas soggy very disappointing this time round sad to have to leave a bad review had one slice rest went into bin

Missing can from the order, over priced parmo, the parmo and garlic both lacked taste

Food was nice and reasonable portion size. The only thing that I found problematic was the extortionate delivery cost - does the car run on 24 carrot liquid gold? Disgraceful cost!

spent 35 pounds and my daughter was eating margarita pizza and choked on something that looked like wood - sent proof to the shop via message and got offered a free margarita pizza which I think is disgusting ! order from here alot but not nomore . thankgod I have had first aid training because the circumstances could of been very different !!

i ordered tandoori pizza, its too delicious especially base its soft and thin and toppings are too flavered. parmo also next level.

Battered sausage is spot on. Chips are exactly how I like.

Delivery time absolute joke after I ordered it I got a phone call saying we can’t drop your phones off got no driver when it clear stated before I ordered that they deliver had to get taxi there and back would never go back there it’s rotten

paid for 2 garlics and 2 London pizzas in with our order they sent 1 London 1 margarita no garlics and we spent over £40

Hate to leave this as I like the owner and love that this place cooks in veggie oil. But today's service was terrible. Ordered 2 large chips and was told I had to wait until they were cooked. Member of staff then served up an online order and when the chips were cooked served someone who ordered after me even though id waited 15 minutes. Worse part though I was given 2 small chips not even regular. My partner who can't finish a normal portion ate all of hers which is saying something....so yes terrible service and as I only got half of what I paid for not happy I will say though normally this place is on point and no doubt next time it will be great.

Get delivered and always great service from Promt arrival to hot food and great delivery service . Couldn’t praise any more . Well done to you all !

Food mint as always, good portion sizes, always tastes nice and fresh. Best Parmo, donner and pizzas about. Was a long wait for delivery, but ordered on a Saturday night so expected, and not the restaurants fault if drivers are too busy. Won’t go anywhere else.

Although I enjoyed the spam fritter and the smokey sausage, I have to say the chips were a little disappointing as they were rather soggy. Also I wasn’tg keen on the curry. I left a bit of both curry and chips.

Wow nice chips, english green salad, plus a parmo big enough to sink a ship ,,nice n thick too.piping hot delivered in 30mins, well happy,, loads of left overs ,Parm for breakfast n dinner the next day Buzzing plus quality right up there.THANK YOU

Food was really nice hot when arrived only thing was didn’t add kebab meat to pizza as an extra but we did get a refund for that would definitely recommend to friends and family

Belle Vue is my go to takeaway I love there food. This is not a review slating them it’s more so a way I can get money back from just eat I have spent 20 pound on food there systems were down so belle Vue did not receive my order I rang them up and they said to contact just eat I can’t seem to find a way so I’ll do it on here can you just refund me my money thank you very much

Always amazing food and service

Live a fair distance away but order parmesan from here as it is currently the best in the area.

Parmesan & pizza was nice but the fish cake was awful, looked & tasted like a warm up. Couldn’t eat it.

First time we've eaten anything tonight. Really nice - I had pattie and just as nice and alot bigger than in Scarborough where I live. My partner had parmo (half for dinner tomorrow) . Massive portion of (small) chips which birds will have to eat as way to much. Slight complaint which was they weren't very hot but definitely will buy again. Very friendly lady on the phone ..

we placed an order at 5pm, it was delivered at 7:10pm. one of the pizzas was stone cold, kebab meat and chips were also cold, ove the past year the quality has deteriorated massively. we used to order every week, but this will our last

For the 7th time, my food has gone to an address a few miles away. Each time the delivery driver calls me and tries to verify my address - it appears the postcode in the satnav takes them to Milan Grove instead of my address. When will this be corrected.

Arrived cold and bones in chicken won’t be ordering anything again

I pre ordered at 5.05pm for 2 large fish and chips and got 9 inch pizza free as it was over £20. I was told that it would be delivered at 7 on phoning at 7.20 the assistant told me they were waiting for a driver but it was packed and on the counter. The order didn’t arrive till 7.55 pm how ridiculous. When I called and collage said they were very busy but I pre ordered 2 hours prior strange……..

Absolutely shocking food... I ordered at 8.30 didn't receive the order till 10pm...I ordered large cod.. Pattie... Large chips and peas.... I was charged £20.50....the food was disgusting... The chips were cold, dry, scrappy and we're covered in bits from the chip fryer. (the oil needed changing or filtering) The pattie was ousing grease, coming through the wrapping paper. The cod was soggy on the bottom I lifted the cod up where there was excessive yellow grease on the bottom of the tray..(I'm dubious the fish was actually cod and not a cheap replacement) Disgusting... I rang the owner today he denied anything wrong with the food... he said I should have returned the food.. By this time it was after 10pm.. We'd waited that long for delivery. I did.. it was just ringing engaged tone then disconnecting. I asked the owners name and he refused saying I didn't need to know.. Shocking service... Disgusting greasy food... Unbelievably expensive.. Unbelievably poor quality Don't go there if your blind and have no taste buds.. Angela

We use this place all the time however it been a couple of times now they made mistake s we ordered parmesan it's comes 90 minutes later no parmesan it's comes to £44.30 so I rang up saying I'm sending it back and I would like it all fresh and warm it comes cold parmesan and crab sticks ovis put in microwave so disappointed and won't be going again

The food arrived just warm, both sauces had leaked, the parmo was all squashed to one side of the box

Parmo real good , pizza/garlic bread good . Chips totally rubbish , odd for a pizza shop

It is overpriced and the food is pretty average. I got chicken tikka kebab and it was over spiced and dry, chips were good. I paid over £12 for a kebab chips and garlic. It just didn't blow me away, I feel the prices are not reflecting on quality.

3 time in a row got the order wrong and every time having to wait an extra hour for the right order to turn up, we use them twice a week and no curtisy offering for their mess up, after tonight is the last time I’ll be using belle vue, absolute joke of a service

It was ready before estimated time, taste not great parmo is too thick, we have had better version elsewhere.

Absolute joke once again no drinks no salt and vinegar on food no donner meat and made us wait nearly half an hour! Something wrong every single time we order

Over a hour late I ordered at 19:30 was given 20:20-20:40 delivery time asked for a update at 21:10 and was given 21:20 turned up at half past with food cold garlic sauce broken and spilled chillie bites squashed normally spot on but tonight very disappointing

I ordered a small fish, it came a decent size bigger than I though, I also got a kebab Nan roll plenty of kebab meat salad was fresh and got a lot of chips, would of done two of us
