Delivery driver decided to jump over the front garden wall instead of going around which wasn’t very professional.

The fish was very tasty but the chips were just warm. Still ait them!

I ordered a small cod. that fish wasn't cod! Not really sure what is was, Pollock perhaps. Very strong flavour to it. Chips were not fresh. Really disappointed as the food is usually beautiful.

pizza was terrible 😫....and kebab went straight in the bin but I should of realised a fish and chip shop should stick to fish and chips not selling pizzas and kebabs. I would still get my fish and chips from here always been great ...as they say you live and learn .

I was very underwhelmed with this place unfortunately. Kids fish and chips looked okay and my little lad didn't complain but I got myself a tray of kebab meat with chips and chilli sauce and it was appalling. Now I'm fully aware kebabs are not exactly fine dining but dear me. The meat looked like I'd been given the dreg ends, just tiny little bits that looked like they'd been hacked to high heaven, the chilli sauce was very watery and it was stone cold. How is this even possible? If it hadn't been for the fact I was eating en route to an appointment I would have driven back and complained. Very disappointed.

unfortunately the chips were mostly the scabby bits. this isn't usual from this place which is disappointing.

1 hour late. kebab pizza was tasteless and covered in cheese and onions?? and the kebab wrap was dry and bland and had little to no garlic sauce on... absaloutley ridiculous, tried somewhere different for a change, safe to say I won't be using them again.

Got cod bites and medium chips delivered an hour ago. At £12.50 I was utterly disappointed! The fish was dry to the point of every mouthful was downed with a gulp of water. And the "chips" were the dog end of potatoes. I gave this place another chance after the take over but will not order again. 20p for a bag, 50p service charge and 3.50 to deliver was a disgrace for what it actually was!

Usually happy getting food from here but tonight it was awful, I ordered the chips and gravy and when it arrived it was just chips, no gravy at all. My boyfriend ordered the margarita pizza and it came overcooked, ended up wasting most of it. I don’t usually write reviews but tonight it was just really awful.

The normally excellent K&L let themselves down tonight. Ordered 2 hrs before delivery time and between 15-20 mins late event though they hit the delivery button before it arrive. Good not up to temp so had to microwave so made batter soggy. Guy parked blocking my drive and walked 100 yrs uk the street then rang me making me go outside on wet ground in my socks even though he’d parked at the right address. After paying £14 per person and for large chips you could see the bottom of the box.

Brilliant customer service from placing my order through to delivering to my door and earlier than expected. Food was hot and delicious. Well done and thank you to K&L Fisheries and Just Eat.

I ordered two kebabs and chips and received a wrap full of chips no salad, a pitta bread on its own and a kebab meat and chicken separately in foil wrap. Food was not what was ordered and why on earth would you make the food in that way! And provide a pitta bread instead of a wrap.

When I ordered the food it was for 19:35 as this was the earliest I could get it for when I ordered at 6pm. However when it hadn’t arrived by 19:55 I rang the chippy to ask where my food was she said it was on the way and I told her I had a notification to tell me that at least half hour ago. She apologized and said it wouldn’t be long. We waited another 20 minutes before it came and when I took it out of the bag all of it was cold and I had to microwave it to warm it up. Because chips etc aren’t very nice heated in the microwave the majority went in the bin.

Food was delivered cold.fish was awful.discoloured and chewy. Left a review on just eat and they responded asking if it was so bad how did it take me 3 days to leave a review. The answer is quite simple.that is when just eat sent me an email asking me to review my experience.plenty other chip shops in the area I can use that’s why I did not complain.just put them in the bin instead.what would you have done anyway ????
