The place was too cold Chips were oily and soft When I ate the fish , my mouth was filled with oil.

£28 for an average burger that looked nothing like the picture on them stupid iPad things, (cold) small truffle mac and cheese and a milkshake. 😭never again Trying to order was stupid on them iPads and they have games you can buy for £1.99 to play like kids aren’t stuck in phones enough at the table.

Food tastes good just a shame you don't always recieve it all. Done a few orders feom here now the food is good but the service is poor. On more than one occasion we have had issues 1st time we ordered for 3 kids and our selves and we were missing a meal the woman who we spoke to on the phone owned up and said she had missed it out and actually delivered it herself. 2nd time we placed an order through deliveroo they took our money but no food as they canceled the order as they didn't have a fish cake so our money was in deliveroos hand until they refunded it, it would have been better if they had called us instead of canceling and asked us if we wanted the fishcake changed for something else. 3rd time same as the first this time the girl that answered said she had definetly packed it and I said I don't know what's happend then as it isn't in the bag and it sealed. She then talked to her boss which we could hear her boss told her that we can order a fritter and they can do replacment meal I said so we have to pay for a fritter and delivery just to get our missing meal or £5 off our next order that's all they could do. This is because they use outside delivery service in my opinion they should have raised an order them selves and paid for it as we had already paid.

Visited Chester's on a Saturday evening. Was served by a really rude guy behind the till. Thankfully a much more pleasant young woman took over and sorted our order out for us. Everyone else working there was barking orders or arguing with each other. Chips were decent but fairly small portion sizes given the prices. Overall nothing to write home about.

Muy cómodo, espacioso restaurante dirigido por un equipo de atentos, personal calificado. Nos una mesa de 4 que todos tenían filetes. Ellos estaban perfectamente preparado, lleno de sabor delicioso acompañado por ambos lados. El vino es muy barato por su calidad. Bien hecho MPW. Sin duda volveremos cuando esté en la ciudad.

Amazing food, staff are so nice and pretty interior

Did an online order, said would be ready within 15mins, when went to collect it took another half hr.. disappointment came, when they are taking card payments occasionally and have a sign to only accept cash but to regulars are taking card. The food wasnt warm. The portion was half nothing. Will not be ordering again from here.

Called to order my food to save waiting at the shop. Was told it would be 15 minutes arrived at the shop and waited 50 minutes from when I rang my order through to get my food. On my arrival home, a meal was missing. Won't be using oh my cod again.

Lovely chips and a huge portion. Had to wait a while but they can't help being popular. You can order online beforehand.

Worst slice to ever get fish and chips or any Chinese complete rubbish service do not get food here it’s poor you have been warned

Used to love this Chinese.. only had it once since they apparently 'revamped' the Web site. Food in bag was actually dripping with grease !! Yuck!! And the rice was so stodgy I had to literally cut it with a knife. I'd been dreaming of my fave chinese all day....Well disappointed ☹️🥺 And what's with the £1.50 delivery and service charge?? Am I paying for their revamped updates. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. 😒

Food come a whole hour and 45 minutes after I paid for it on just eat... not only is it overpriced the service is trash... the foods nothing special aswell. Hard chips. Frozen fish. No salad on kekab. Will be getting a refund for my cold food from just eat

Food was later than was told, but food is always really yummy😍 cheesey chips , gravy and battered Mars bar are beautiful 😇
