The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Portuguese food

A Nando’s is a Nando’s so you get what it says on the tin. This experience was no different and delivered. Having said that, the restaurant was cold, the toilets were freezing (no soap in men’s toilet) and the music was uncomfortably loud. Considering that it was nearly empty, the attention to detail was surprisingly poor.

Really friendly staff. Food was good as expected. Restaurant was very clean. Outdoor seating is available too

Amazing meal today with my family. Served by William having a smile on his face greeted us at the door very lovely man. Helped us out with the menu today as I haven’t been Nando’s and I asked how spicy is the different spicies for chicken. Very well mannered and he has good knowledge and knows what he doing with helping people out. It was the best costumer service in a long time. It made it a wonderful experience for my first time at Nando’s letting us know where everything is.

Brought our granddaughters here as a treat and it delivered. Not fancy but tasty with a good range of flavour. Service was great. We had a boneless platter for 2 and a couple of smaller (kids) meals. We drank cloudy lemonade, beer and bottomless sprite. The kids meals finished off with a whippy ice cream. It was reasonable value and the queue wasn’t too long. One of the best parts of Nando’s is their attention to details in terms of allergies. Both our granddaughters are coeliacs and eat here regularly without issue.

The floor was disgraceful full of dirt . stains from drink and crumbs . And we stuck to it when we walked. Have used this venue several times and never seen it so dirty. Ni toilet roll in toilet. Very dissapointed.

We've never been ,thought will give it a try ...I had bean burger plain fries and rainbow coleslaw which was delicious ..a lemonade and lime flat ,nice ..hubby had chicken with herb pickle .looked like it was in batter on picture arrived but was lucid no batter no batter....garlic bread ok better with more garlic ...and hot ...nothing special overall ..probably wouldn't go again ...nope take bit dirty overall lacking anything exciting

Visitó 3 restaurantes en Cambridge y 1 en bury street Edmund’s durante un período de 3 días, cada uno de los cuales no tenía pollo mariposa en stock. En cada lugar estábamos sentados sin mención de que esto no estaba disponible hasta el momento de hacer el pedido. Esta situación se podría haber evitado si nos dieron esta información a su llegada. Muy decepcionante de una marca tan conocida.

My daughter had been asking to try this restaurant for a few weeks so eventually my husband and I caved and took her. The staff were mostly friendly and my daughter enjoyed the colouring aspect as we waited for our food, which is good as it was a long wait. We went midweek and the restaurant didn’t look too busy so we were surprised that we waited about twenty minutes after ordering. The food was good and the portions were large. Overall we enjoyed our food but it was expensive for what we received. I may come back one day but I think there are better options considering I could buy a Nando’s sauce and chicken from Asda for 1/3 of the price.

Nando’s seem to have done away with any garnishing in their pittas. Had a chicken pitta which was basically the chicken and the bread. When queried with staff they said they all come like this. Wife’s bean meal was absolutely disgusting as well.

Complete joke of a restaurant. Try to get you to use apps that don’t work. Tried to pay at till. Employees couldn’t work anything. Walked out before even ordering, staff didn’t even notice we had gone. Don’t waste your time going to this restaurant

Absolutely terrible, even by a chain restaurants standards. Came in at 3.15pm and had ordered my food by 3.20pm. My halloumi fries arrived within 5 minutes but nothing else. I thought they would just be coming. Then I presumed they’d maybe arrive once we’d finished the halloumi fries, but no. Sat waiting until 3.53pm when a table that had came in half an hour after us, got their food. I asked a man wearing a purple shirt where our food was as everyone that had came in afterwards had food and we only had halloumi fries. He went to the kitchen to see where the food was and within five minutes it was out. Cold and obviously rushed. No apology or good will gesture offered. Put the food down and disappeared. Won’t ever be back. Terrible customer service.

Despite being busy I was served quickly and our requests were accommodated. The food came out pretty quickly and staff I came into contact with were polite and courteous and very welcoming. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Nandos is a place I always feel the food is good quality, nutritious and extremely satisfying and tonight was no exception.

Disfrutamos de nuestra comida y llegó rápido y sabía delicioso. Nuestro camarero Reyhan era tan encantador y atento. Gracias a los caballeros de la caja que escribieron mi número de nandos ayudaron a aplicar mis puntos de nandos, muy apreciados!
