Nando's - Catford in Lewisham

Enjoyed our food and it came quickly and tasted delicious. Our waiter Reyhan was so lovely and attentive. Thank you to the gentlemen at the till who wrote my nandos number helped to apply my nandos points, much appreciated!!!!!

Had to wait over 5 mins to order a take out. Very busy. One person on the till. He was brilliant and was very professional. What the hell happens in catford to warrant 2 security guards ?

I couldn’t even believe how they slapped the burger on the plate with no peri chips as ordered. We waited until the burger was finally cold to then receive chips. Ridiculous. And then!! There was a hair in the chips! JAMEL was so lovely and attended to our needs! Otherwise I would’ve given this place zero stars if I could!

Asistió a la comida familiar. El personal nos atendió bien (mesa para cuatro adultos y cinco niños). No ha pasado mucho tiempo, así que olvidé que teníamos que conseguir nuestros propios cubiertos, salsas, bebidas, etc. La comida llegó razonablemente rápido, pero todo terminó con hambre después de la carne y por los dos lados, así que pedí más 'rellenos': papas fritas / pan de ajo (que no era muy sabroso). El restaurante era increíblemente ruidoso en general, pero no estaba seguro de qué podían hacer al respecto. Los inodoros podrían haber terminado con el control (muchas visitas con niños, y claramente no se había realizado ninguna limpieza). En general, una noche promedio, con comidas sabrosas, pero no particularmente abundantes. No me quedé para el postre.

Not usually my preferred cuisine and usually go with one of my 20 something children. In fairness they have a good range of choices, although a bit restricted (eg if you eat meat, it's all chicken). It tastes OK, reasonably healthy and decent portions. Good service and very pleasant.

The food seems to always be lovely and well cooked in here. My only issues with this restaurant is how crammed the place is with tables so close to eachother and how the toilets were absolutely filthy to the point I waited until I went home.

The food is consistently good at Nandos. It was served within a short time from us ordering and it was cooked well. The waitress that we had didn’t seem happy to be there. The toilets could do with a tidy up, other Nando restaurants are usually very clean.

Tenía el doble pollo pitta con queso y piña especias. Se sirve con chips peri (incluyendo perinace) y una bebida gaseosa sin fondo. Muy sabroso. Un bonito y pequeño restaurante que no es diferente a la mayoría de los otros Nando. Limpio y bien presentado. El servicio fue bueno en esta ocasión, pero un poco lento y no tan bueno como lo estoy acostumbrado. Pague y muestre el estacionamiento durante el día en la calle cercana.

Catford Nando's is a very pleasant restaurant, with a good location and vibes this restaurant is located in the heart of Catford. Staff are very friendly the food is good to and it always packed. i love the extra hot sauce full of flavour also the garlic sauce, i usually order the full meal platter which comes with a whole chicken i like it extra spicy which also comes with 2 regular sides, and bottomless soft drinks very nice. this is a Portuguese chain which you will find near or in most high street in London

My top three of all of the Nando's branches I've visited. Been coming to this specific one since I was about 11, so about 10 years now. Never leave disappointed, always happy with a belly full of nice food. With family, with my boyfriend, with my friends.

The service here is normally spot on and the food is always nice but today we came a bit earlier and was packed. I advise you to come here after 8:30pm to eat when it's less busy but always a good experience.

El restaurante puede ser muy concurrido los viernes y sábados. Las solicitudes se tratan profesionalmente. A veces el tiempo de espera es de un poco más de lo esperado para un restaurante de la cadena. El restaurante ofrece llevar en cualquier momento. Hay grandes macetas fuera de la tienda y con grandes ventanales parece atractiva. No hay aparcamiento. Aparcamiento gratuito cerca de la zona residencial de aparcamiento controlado después de horas (consultar el sitio Web de Lewisham consejo para más detalles sobre las restricciones de la fecha). Hay muchas rutas de autobús para su comodidad, el restaurante está en la calle principal, la South Circular.

Nando's in Catford has a 5 star food hygiene rating so I had no issues having lunch there today. The waiting time in the queue was abnormally long due to the debit card system going offline, however that was appeased by giving us unlimited bottomless sodas. Novelty being my second nature I decided to have the new Sunset Burger with two sides (macho peas and corn on the cob). As advertised it was delicious but messy! There's also a new peri peri sauce called Vusa which was surprisingly hotter than your average peri Peri... We paid after the meal when the debit card system was back online and again received another apology from the member of staff who served us.

Nice place but not a good selection of food and my corn on the cob always gets cold too quick sadly. It would be nice if they offered a better variety and service

Every time I've been there staff is always very friendly and very enthusiastic..didn't had to wait too long for the food and was quite tasty as usual..price range is ok for the food and would recommend..I do advise to get reservations because it does gets really busy at times

The staff were unfriendly after they got our order wrong 3 times. We had a 9 year old who had to wait for his food because it had to be returned. We found a hair in one plate of food, which was only discovered half way through eating it; the member of staff questioned us about the fact that we only noticed it when we did. Suggesting we had done this ourselves. Impossible as it was a long blond hair; one of the girls who served us was not wearing a hair net! We are all of black Caribbean background and would have no reason to do such a thing - what would be the purpose of that? Once we all had our food, no one came over to ask if everything was okay; our plates etc were left for at least 40 minutes after eating - no one came to collect them at all so we chose not to have a dessert and left - the restaurant was not busy, even if it was that's no excuse! We eat at Nando's in Lewisham up to 3 times per week; we always enjoy our experience which is why we return; the staff at Catford could learn a thing or two from Lewisham staff who are always warm, friendly and welcoming. We will never eat at Nando's in Catford again.

Visitamos para almorzar con un amigo, decepcionado como suele ser buena en la sucursal que más utiliza. Sin embargo, personal muy amable y servicial, un verdadero placer.

Fuimos a un almuerzo familiar es muy como y tenga en cuenta que sólo se trataba de mi segunda experiencia en este lugar ya que no soy normalmente kine en este tipo de comida. De todas maneras la comida era muy buena y cuando llegó a la orden del desierto le dije al gerente que no mencionar que trabajó para el NHS y perdí mi descuento. Él generosamente ofreció no cobrarme por el desierto. Un excelente servicio al cliente y sin duda volveremos

I decided to go here just before going to a cinema and I was surprised to get a table straightaway and my food straightaway. Definitely will return as I had no problems with the service or food.

I love my food and if you know my I have my food a particular way.. when I come here I don't have to moan as they do my food to how I like it, whether a quick much or eating in I like this nandos

Friendly staff nice vibe and good view of Catford. A bit small but quite good overall. Food is very good and doesn't take long to come

Se hai voglia di una cena a base di pollo senza spendere una cifra esorbitante vai da Nando. Senza pretese fa il suo dovere per sfamare in un clima allegro di un pittoresco locale di periferia. Una volta terminata la bibita, il refill è gratuito e fai-da-te.Nel complesso niente di che.

Went to my local Nando's yesterday around 15:00 as I purely do love a bit of Nando's. This always been a chilled place and this place still has that atmosphere. There were other load people around, other than that it was nice. The staff are always working hard and service was quick.

You know what you're getting with Nandos. I'm not a massive fan purely because I can't eat spicy food but my other half loves it and it's our local. Always have good friendly service there but they do seem a tad annoyed when I ask for a sauce they don't have on the side.

Was seated fairly quickly and meal came quickly. The staff here are not as professional as in other nandos restaurants I have been too but they are fairly young. Good food at a good price.

Food is always lovely here, we went in the late afternoon on a Sat and that was perfect as there was hardly anybody around.

On a visit to Nando's in Catford this sunday evening the staff managed to:- only bring two drinks for three people and had to be reminder that they we needed three drinks - took 45 minutes to prepare the food for three people- put spicy sauce on the 'plain' kid's chicken burger- brought out another burger with side orders of beans and coleslaw instead of a burger with chips- served an avocado salad without slicing the avocado, that right they served two halves of an whole avocado just plonked on top of a pile of lettuceI am not a Nando's regular but surely its got to be better than this. Come on, its not rocket science, just bring what was ordered to the table in a reasonable time!

This was my first experience of Nandos yesterday. I really do like chicken and this was cooked very well however the sauces to go with it were not pleasant. The waitress who served us was lovely and the atmosphere was friendly.An enjoyable experience overall, I will eat there again.

It is my local Nando's and I come to dine there a few times a year and I am always happy with the service and the food. I cannot complain about anything.

tend to eat here 2/3 times a year if the urge for chicken and chips ,with a bottle of portuguese wine,takes my fancy.the wine doubles the price but the chicken 'n' chips were cooked well <difficult to get wrong really> and a robust red took the edge of the spice.a satisfactory experience.prices,unsurprisingly higher than when i last reviewed this place!

I do actually like Nandos, as an alternative to , dare I say it the chicken peeps from Kentucky. What I dislike is that there seems to always be a delay in you getting your food, the service (timewise) is shocking and really off-putting, if you're taking out. Waiting is also a pain.

Typical Nando type food but always a busy restaurant. New staff are awesome. Service excellent with happy banter.

The menu may be a bit limited, but the pricey drinks are at least refillable and the chicken is well cooked. They don't advertise this, but you can have he chicken plain if you prefer.Parking is ok in the evening and weekends, but lunchtime is expensive.Not a bad version of the chain; can get very busy but usually a bit of room.
