Excellent home made food. A great selection available from the menu. The chicken curry with chips and rice is amazing!

The service at Nando’s Star City is a disgrace. The girl taking orders was aggressive from the second we approached — zero manners, zero respect. Acting like she was doing us a favour by even speaking. Raised an issue about the Blue Light Card and she got even worse, full attitude for no reason at all. Asked for the manager thinking it would be handled properly — but he was even more pathetic. No apology, no control, no customer service skills whatsoever. Just stood there looking clueless, like he wasn’t trained to do anything beyond breathing. If you want to be treated like a problem instead of a paying customer, this is the place for you. Nando’s should be ashamed this branch even carries their name. Absolute embarrassment.

Worst service ever the manager got are order wrong and was argumentative with my misses. Will not come here again and the food wasn't great ether

Excellent reception staff. First time there and shib doyal was impressive. Handles properly and efficiently gave proper care and attention What a great welcome to the nandos in croydon and we loved it! Warm and welcome and so so patient with differenr cultural diversity and treated us so so well. Food was in this weather bit cooler immediately changed and without q What a great team effort the girls were brillant

Nadia merry hill was lovely the food came out on time it wasn’t to long as the restaurant was quite busy but fab atmosphere lovely staff and music really clean RECOMMEND

I want to praise a young man named Joy in Nando’s Walthamstow for his patience, friendliness and all the help he willingly gave me and my granddaughter at lunch . He even ran after us with her bangle she had left behind - a great asset to your restaurant !

Brilliant quality food, and friendly staff never fails to impress sometimes the waits can be long but they always make up for it and apologise appropriately, definitely worth a visit!

The place is good and the staff at the counter AYESHA was so rude ,like we won't come here again if we see that's it's her standing at the counter , I haven't had such a bad experience from here . All was good except the counter service.

Ordering via QR code was uncomplicated and easy. Staff very friendly and the food came very quickly. Food was delicious and there were enough vegetarian options

We always come to this Nando’s as it’s closer to are home, I think for service and food it’s the best one Warrington to go to. I only know the one in Warrington town and Widnes , I think this one is the best one, can get busy tho! We usually come 4pm before tea time rush, and either when it opens or just after dinner. I think the food is good from here and cooked great- food is not over cooked like some of the Nando’s I’ve been to, very good when it’s super busy there quick getting that food out and very good with making sure customers needs are met at all times .

Lovely meal with friendly customer services. Arrived at a busy time but received a great reception from Nathan (I think that was his name). Seated within 10 minutes. Food arrived quickly - very hot and tasty. Nathan checked in with us regularly and it was lovely to see him thank other members of the team for their efforts during, what was evidently a busy day. Great dining experience thank you.
