Food was all wrong lady on phone who i couldn’t understand was very rude she needs sacking asap. Not happy overall really disappointing never ordering from pepes again

Food on app was said to be late then never turned up then on app said delivered but no one delivered! Be careful drivers steal the food and the shop do nothing they just blame just eat but no one bothers about missing food. Never order from here agai

Driver bringing food without insulation bag

Absolutely appalling, the whole of the order was somebody else’s went through the help enquiry as there is no just eat phone number and still have not received a refund. This is not good enough I understand mistakes happen but this is awful

I ordered chicken burger as a meal today, I got there earlier than their opening time but Rebeka took my order and were too friendly and respectful. The area was clean and I enjoyed my time there.

Food is always very good but have ordered today and my two mains were not put in the delivery bag, customer service is dreadful not willing to put right even when I am a regular customer not happy at all

Delivery drivers should have better knowledge of the addresses, streets, town.

Abysmal, got told when it was ready to collect that the chicken didn’t sit right on the grill, if you ask me boss man was flapping due to the heat in the kitchen no pun intended. There was more workers on break than doing the orders.

Usually my company orders food during team events from Pepe’s Piri Piri. I have tried their Chick’n’rice (hot) which is amazing. The quantity and flavour is wholesome. Their service is comparatively quick and the staff Rebeka is great with food suggestions. Highly recommend.

Fries was cold. It’s not made now. I understand that.

I do not recommend you to go there especially if you are a delivery driver. Once you enter to get the order they tell you to look at the screen if your order is ready and if it’s ready you tell them and they say 1 minute but they take 15 minutes to get the order ready such a bad place and the workers in there are too slow when they have like 4-5 or more workers they are not working properly so always check your food when you get it and also DO NOT EAT THERE they literally take so long to get your food ready and they do not notice you about if your order is ready or no I DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT EAT THERE 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

the food is amazing it's out favourite takeaway and our top pick for takeaway but the delivery time always changes and sometimes have waited for 1 half to 2 hours for our food. it's worth the wait and we order a little earlier now as we know it takes a long time. we are just outside bedford so this could be the reason but it's definitely worth the wait for us

Travelling lunch and was busy but food was prepared fresh and served hot. Presentation was excellent and customer service was above bar. Would definitely recommend if in the area and after a healthy grill lunch. Thanks guys!

right im really disappointed on what i am experiencing currently. my order is taking nearly 3 hours to be delivered and its honestly taking the mick.

The burrito was so so so so good!! You don’t even have to order for extra chicken because they fill it to the brim!! The chips are so nice and always warm! The drink can come flat sometimes though BUT the burrito makes up for it!! Garlic mayo sauce is 10/10!!

I saw on the map that driver stayed for 15 minutes near my house so all food was absolutely cold. I can walk this distance myself in 10-15 minutes but the driver by vehicle made it a lot longer. This is third time in the row that all food is cold. Improve please the delivery quality. Food is good but cold all three last times.

Literally barely any of my order is in the bag, I asked twice and said the bag looks like it has barely anything in it. I didn’t want to start opening boxes completely as I was picking up food for multiple people and barely any of the complete meals are in the bag. We have 2 WRONG random wings, one burger, no chips, On top of that, the app said it was ready at 8:30, and I was still sat waiting for the food until 8:45 when I didn’t leave the store. First and last time I ever try this place.

We ordered it at about 16.10, the estimate was 30-40 mins originally but after the order was confirmed the delivery estimate kept getting updated pushing it back and it was delivered at 17.35

I ordered over an hour ago and the delivery time was 35 mins max. It ended up being over an hour. The food is now cold. Also the delivery driver was walking away with the food as I was opening the door and they had just knocked. Horrendous service

Ordered large fries. Asked for sauce/mayonnaise and got told it was 50p each. Think it's ridiculous to charge that amount for sauce, should be free to be honest. I told them forget it. Food is overpriced for quality you're getting.

Pepes is slacking so bad. After the food I received yesterday Im no longer ordering from here again. The food was stone cold, not even a little bit warm, it was not edible at all. £27 later I was not impressed to say the least. This type of food can not be reheated. Considering all we have in Bedford town is food places you would think they would consider the customers & ensure its warm, as they cant manage to do it when its hot, the way they use to do. Absolutely appalling & a complete waste!

ordered a platter along with 1.5 ltr drink. Did not get most things I ordered. Not even able to ring them back if the delivery person just forgot to hand it over. Utterly disappointed by this. Better going to the place on your own and get it.

Cold, reheated and dry. Contacted the restaurant to pick up back up but they said to contact just eat. Got in contact with them to do nothing about it so now all that non edible food is sitting on my table as non of my kids eat it after taking a look. No accepted just spent £29 on nothing

I order somthing to take away and i ricive somthing else i miss a sauce and i pay for it and the large size was regural.. evan i payd extra. Is not the first time when it happend sorry i Love the food but i will need to try somthing else .. i was regular costumer.. but .. i dont recomand anymore.

Right, there's always aggro in here with the locals. It's as if the lovely chicken on sale hypnotises them to have a row...or maybe it's the location being on the edge of the shadiest road in Bedfird, who knows. Either way, the chicken is decent, the food is nice, it doesn't leave you feeling like your guts are being pulled out of your soul the morning after. Half decent for food, top notch for end of night food.

When I placed the order, it said, I can get ice cream for free. I was charged for it. Did not receive my ice cream or chilli sauce. Phoned branch, they did not offer replacements. Can I get a refund on the ice cream, chilli sauce and service charge?
