didn’t get one of my extras even though i paid for it. do better

everything is okay but you have to put spoon and napkins into the delivery bag

Was not happy with how late my order has been , chips are cold and so was the onion rings

Literally barely any of my order is in the bag, I asked twice and said the bag looks like it has barely anything in it. I didn’t want to start opening boxes completely as I was picking up food for multiple people and barely any of the complete meals are in the bag. We have 2 WRONG random wings, one burger, no chips, On top of that, the app said it was ready at 8:30, and I was still sat waiting for the food until 8:45 when I didn’t leave the store. First and last time I ever try this place.

2 hours from order to deliver was insane. The time just continuously increased.

We ordered it at about 16.10, the estimate was 30-40 mins originally but after the order was confirmed the delivery estimate kept getting updated pushing it back and it was delivered at 17.35

Delivery time kept changing. I put my order in at 19.18 and did t get the food until after 9. It said originally that would be delivered between 19.50 and 2.20

I never received my order at all

there was noʻlemon and herb flavouring. Just pure hot pepper.

Food quality gone down now. Price gone too high.

Hi there we ordered our food from town pepes however it ended up all the way on london road im assuming he dropped another order off so it made our food stone cold

Nice and big resturant. Order chicken and rice It's took 25 min to serve. It wasn’t busy time. Food was okey. Service need to improve.

I ordered over an hour ago and the delivery time was 35 mins max. It ended up being over an hour. The food is now cold. Also the delivery driver was walking away with the food as I was opening the door and they had just knocked. Horrendous service

Ordered large fries. Asked for sauce/mayonnaise and got told it was 50p each. Think it's ridiculous to charge that amount for sauce, should be free to be honest. I told them forget it. Food is overpriced for quality you're getting.

Pepes is slacking so bad. After the food I received yesterday Im no longer ordering from here again. The food was stone cold, not even a little bit warm, it was not edible at all. £27 later I was not impressed to say the least. This type of food can not be reheated. Considering all we have in Bedford town is food places you would think they would consider the customers & ensure its warm, as they cant manage to do it when its hot, the way they use to do. Absolutely appalling & a complete waste!

ordered a platter along with 1.5 ltr drink. Did not get most things I ordered. Not even able to ring them back if the delivery person just forgot to hand it over. Utterly disappointed by this. Better going to the place on your own and get it.

Cold, reheated and dry. Contacted the restaurant to pick up back up but they said to contact just eat. Got in contact with them to do nothing about it so now all that non edible food is sitting on my table as non of my kids eat it after taking a look. No accepted just spent £29 on nothing

chips missing and place didn’t answer the phone

I order somthing to take away and i ricive somthing else i miss a sauce and i pay for it and the large size was regural.. evan i payd extra. Is not the first time when it happend sorry i Love the food but i will need to try somthing else .. i was regular costumer.. but .. i dont recomand anymore.

Time keeps changing is the food coming today at all?

1 hour for delivery is far too long.

Right, there's always aggro in here with the locals. It's as if the lovely chicken on sale hypnotises them to have a row...or maybe it's the location being on the edge of the shadiest road in Bedfird, who knows. Either way, the chicken is decent, the food is nice, it doesn't leave you feeling like your guts are being pulled out of your soul the morning after. Half decent for food, top notch for end of night food.

Missing meals and restaurant won't send driver out with my missing items

chips cold..had too put in microwave ..chicken box barely warm

When I placed the order, it said, I can get ice cream for free. I was charged for it. Did not receive my ice cream or chilli sauce. Phoned branch, they did not offer replacements. Can I get a refund on the ice cream, chilli sauce and service charge?

I ordered a chicken and rice box and I even left a note when ordering it to make it “extra saucy” I opened the chicken and rice box up, ate the chicken and the rice was dryer than the Sahara dessert, the rice is so dry it’s un eatable, I even left a note for them to make it extra saucy

I did not receive the whole order and I couldn't get any help from anyone absolutely ridiculous

the food was so sour, I didn't enjoy it at all. you need to see my face as I was trying to eat the food. it had excess sauce and very sour.

The chicken was not even grilled and flavoured. Which is a shame as I have always been a fan but I guess their standards have gone down. The delivery time was slow as there were no deliver lot driver available

Ordered via Ubereats, sent the wrong order then said they can't re-deliver it we have to collect and can get a free side. Absolutely ridiculous the point if ordering a delivery is because you don't want to go out and get food! Won't be ordering again.

3 chicken strips were missed off of the order

Both times I have ordered from here my food has been late, the first time was 3 hours after the delivery time. The second time I ordered after waiting for my food to actually arrive I had received the wrong food and when I called the restaurant about this I got told, “No that’s impossible.”

The order delivery was delayed and when the food came it's smelled off and couldn't pin the smell until I realised it was coming from the chicken in rice and chicken box, spent so much and couldn't even eat it

Cold chips cold rice. Not very nice

Chicken bag was all ripped open and leaked all over the food on my floor and all over my table wasn’t hot enough no gravy left as it leaked everywhere. All food was cold. I’ve taken a picture of what the bags looked like. It looks as if it was rushed to put in the bag. Chicken wasn’t spicy at all as I ordered. Wasn’t happy at all today we were let down

Food was cold on arrival. Large chips were ordered... kids portion arrived. Wedges stale and squashed into the smallest box, cold and soft...not edible. Chicken in the pittas were tiny fillets... didnt fill half of it, even the salad was so sparce and soggy from overload of mayo. Lastly bread was hard as nails. Wont be ordering again.

Gave us the wrong order, we wanted hot flavour, gave us mild and lemon and herb instead, as it was late, didn't bother in reporting it, but Pepe's always get the orders wrong, and no matter how many times you tell them that, they seem to dont care about it

The prices are terrible nowadays

Few minutes ago delivery person called me and said to me something not very clearly ( maybe it was something on the line or maybe the person talk to fast) .The only word I did understand was "delivery " I said to the person "one second I coming to you" When I went outside no one was there .I'm back inside the house for the phone and call the person. Unfortunately it's impossible contact delivery person.In next few min I received info my order was delivered. Unfortunately not to me.
