The staff are very rude got my order wrong asked for mayo on my burger didn't get any thing 1 really dry chicken burger WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR FOOD. There chips are cooked but feel like there frozen still

I loved this takeaway when I first started going. The food is always hot, tasty and served with a friendly manner. But what I would say is, the pizza itself can be very salty in my opinion but the dough is very soft

Ordered on just eat, waited nearly 40 mins for it to come.oit for delivery, only for.it to be cancelled with no reason!?, terrible service, will never order again.

Had order a few of the lasagnes, only to find its all pasta and no meat, for £8.50 each I would expect my lasagne to have some meat not just bulk filled with cheap pasta layers, i have seen more meat on a sparrows knee cap. Will not order from this cheap establishment again.

We were very loyal customers to this establishment, and we had a big order for my sister’s birthday, some of the food was cold, the macaroni cheese was watery and did not taste like it normally does and of course we complained as we are very much entitled to do and unexpectedly were granted a full refund back from Just Eat, we only expected to be compensated for the items that were not up to standard. Today we put an order through Just Eat, for my birthday, hoping that it would be up to the standards we very often are used to and it was a very big order as we are a big family, and it was cancelled by the restaurant, we called to query this and were told that because of the incident as mentioned before they would not serve us, and when asked if they did not want our business anymore they said no. This place can clearly not take criticism and are very rude when you express any concerns about your food. Businesses like these thrive on word of mouth and we would often sing their praises, but this will not be happening anymore. If you want decent Italian go to another little Italian restaurant in Bedford, nicer food, nicer owners and nicer service, because you won’t get that here my friend. Rubbish way to end my birthday.

Delicious!!! Whenever I wanted to eat pizza from local shop, I always go to them. Only thing is their pizzas are slightly expensive which they need to review their prices.

For me they do the best pizzas in Bedford. £9.50 for a 15" pizza on collection? Amazing quality and prices. Never been disappointed with any of their food. Have been ordering pizzas from here for years now and hope to continue doing so!

Delicious crispy nuggets as a starter. The pizza arrived piping hot and the drink chilled. Would order again if in Bedford.

Terrible service stole our money and refused to give a refund because they didn't want to order to our address, they also lied about cancelling the order and didn't get our money back until we rang deliveroo ourselves. Stealing thieves do not order from here.

Said they rang door bell twice nobody came(the doorbell works and it's loud) now have to wait another 45 minutes for my food, better not be cold

using the just eat app decided id go for a spag bol and pizza.. £25 later, the dogs are very well fed !! it has to be the worst pizza i have ever tasted and dont get me started on the pasta bolognese !! its all bitter and nothing that you would want to put in your mouth ever again. only good thing is the pizza base is a nice soft dough !! forget this place.. its disgusting !!

Excellent before I tried this place I see a lot of bad reviews and after trying it I'm shocked at what people are saying this food is beutiful pizza is perfect herby flavours verry tasty and the lasagna was by far 1 of the best iv had I give this place a 10/10 I'll be ordering here again most definitely as for the bad reviews they must have been busy or a bad day but I'm more than happy although if I was to pick a fault I'd say the pepperoni isn't the best quality

Ordered a pizza it had wrong toppings and too overcooked. On complaining they offered a 10% discount next time I order, not a proper apology.

So I made an order using Just Eat after I finished work at midnight on a Saturday (tonight), while on my way home. I did this as it was saying that it is open until 1am and I had 10 minutes to make my order. I did this as I like the pizza from here. Upon delievery though, the guy turned around to me and said "the boss said, next time it's best if you order no later than 23:30" To which I answered, "I didn't finish work until midnight myself and the app said you were open" To which he said, sometimes they like to close early. So even though I like your food, I won't be using you again. Thank you.

Excellent Pizza with very good customer service and quick delivery.

Pizza plus kids nuggets meal. Arrived very quickly and was pipping hot. Phone call was a bit trying, but can’t fault the food.

Quick delivery which was confusing considering that the pizza turned up stone cold... The pizza was cold, the coke was warm and the garlic bread came in four different sizes. I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled so take from it what you will.

after making a £50 order, waiting over hr for delivery, the food arrived. the pizza was luke warm at best. 2 pastas that were ordered both people eating had bad stomachs following day. the chips and chicken were about average i guess, considering i once rated this the best take out in town i was very dissappointed.

Tucked away in a back street. This place makes a very tasty pizza all freshly made and generous toppings, great deals to be had on their menu.

i order from here often as really nice however last night was disgusting the doner was burnt and not edible the chips was cold and hot wings didn't seem cooked i had waited too long so just threw it in bin as wasn't prepared to wait another hour really disappointed as this is second time now wont be ordering again anytime soon
