Friendly staff with delicious reasonably priced food. Would recommend! The staff always go above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The food is very good quality and served piping hot in a timely manner.

Manager very helpful, made visiting with our autistic son a little easier. Food was fresh and quickly served. Great service and warm welcome. Will be returning. Thanks.

Been 1 hour and I am still currently waiting for a simple wrap while my mate gets his food over 40 minutes before the rest of us. I’ve been staring at my food on the counter for an eternity and even when I asked still didn’t come. Thanks for the water filled it with Fanta

Disgusting cold sloppy beanie burger in a stale bun , sent back presented with a cold sloppy beanie burger in a wrap! Spoke to chef who said it was hot, the centre was still fridge cold! Don’t your staff use a temperature probe! Just because it’s nit mart the find needs to be 75c + unless you were trying to poison me!

Before we'd ordered we had to visit the loo... one toilet had pooh on the seat and the other toilet wasn't dispensing the toilet paper, friend took slices of skin off her fingers trying to get some out. Mentioned it to someone when we got upstairs, she said, I'm sorry about that, i only work one day a week so have no idea what goes on!!! She said the manager was sorting it. Visited the loo when we left... nothing was different!! Also... we had 4 £50 gift cards to use.... each time we used one the whole £50 was taken off, even though we hadn't spend the whole amount... do they know what they are doing... its a Sunday night... not busy at all, no excuse for poor toilet hygiene at all!

We had a voucher which we asked to be scanned upon entry the girl said there was nothing on. By the time we got to the till to order there was another girl working who rechecked the card and it had £20 on, Reka served us there was some things out of stock and she was so calm and polite about it she offered alternatives and laughed with us about the voucher situation. She gave us time to sort out nandos app out and all round was 10/10

It has been years since we’ve been to Nando’s. Food was great, the waitress Hannah gave us loads of her time, time explaining how things worked (forgotten the system) so all in all it was a great lunch. We found the staff friendly and helpful- what more could We ask for?

I was served by a lovely gentleman in a checkered shirt and a Bradford accent. He made my experience wonderful. Will definitely return for more delicious food. 5* all round!

Very disappointed as my last 3 visits to Nando’s in Harrogate have been terrible and the food barely edible. The chicken thighs were wet and not crispy at all. The chips cold and boring. Our order came wrong. Unfortunately we won’t return.

Jack goes above and beyond re: service. Attentive as always. Jack was very respectful, well mannered, and incredibly helpful. I have been to Nando’s Harrogate many times and Jacks level of service has always been the highest. Jacks literally makes your dining experience feel like you’re at 5 star michelin restaurants.

Have been today for the first time and service was amazing. We got out food literally two minutes after we ordered , and it tasted fresh and delicious. Also got bottomless drinks which were good and finished it off with a caramel cheesecake which was amazing and just finished it all off ! An amazing experience and amazing customer service .

For the second time I have now received missing items from my orders and the food was freezing. I thought the first time would have been a one off but no different the second time. I ordered from Deliveroo and the driver said he’s had so many complaints recently but it’s not their fault it’s the restaurants. Really disappointing service and still not received any money back.

As regular visitors to Nando’s Harrogate we thought it was time we left a review. We visit at least once a week as it’s excellent value and the food is always delicious and cooked very well. We have always found the staff to be very polite and attentive but in particular Jack Taylor has grown in confidence and manner while we have be going and wanted to give him special credit as Nando’s need to know what a great job he is doing for them

Nandos harrogate catered for our every need. Stella gave us the most romantic seats. Then went on to get us a flower and candle for the table. Not all hero's wear capes Stella! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ps call me 😉 07539725419.

The ice cream machine was dropping all meal and dan gal baffed the order. He cooked a banger chicken tho so it was ight.

This was our first visit to any Nandos so we were a bit unsure of what to order but were helped tremendously by the manager Leo. He recommended the whole chicken platter which satisfied our different heat tolerances and it was excellent, as was the chocolate cake for afters!! Leo and all of the staff were very helpful and pleasant and we'll definitely visit again next time we're in Harrogate.

Unfortunately staff were rude to us. It wasn't very clean. Our food was cold. Will not be returning :(

Comically inconsistent. This restaurant clearly has one capable 'chef' and one dismally bad one who struggles with the basics. The inconsistency here is appaulling and simply not worth the risk. Once you've come to terms with the fact that 9 out of 10 times your delivery will require a 40 second stint in the microwave for your chips to have any heat, you get to play Russian Roulette with the chicken.We were so lucky tonight. A bone dry wrap (no chilli jam or sauce despite it being a hot wrap) and an overcooked chicken breast with plenty of cartilage. Utterly unacceptable.Please avoid and spend your money elsewhere. This restaurant very clearly doesn't care about the crap it's pushing out.

Went to Nando's Harrogate. Sat at table 6, walls adorned with food from some previous guests... four lads shown to their table without masks and sit at table next to ours. Not shortly afterwards their language spirals downwards to 'F***'this and that. Given we and they were sat nion a through fare for staff dropping food to couriers you would have thought they would have heard too. Not what you expect at 1830hrs. I had to speak to them myself and for 10 minutes they obliged.... not to be outdone both my wife and I heard a manager say "F***ing use", we couldn't put it in context I'm afraid....The food itself was mediocre, though to be fair I do accept it is a subjective thing.Spoke to the manager outside and explained what we had experienced. He was genuinely apologetically, but to be honest it was all too late. Birthday meal ruined by potty mouthed customer and staff member -we all have our moments but not within hearing of paying customers.Still, birthday meal my 11 yr old son won't forget....

It’s not easy nowadays with the new ‘normal’. But they have adapted well. Usual great Nando food, but now fully table service. You NEED a modern phone as you can’t just turn up, you have to ‘virtually queue’. Then when at table you order and pay from phone and everything is brought to you. The staff work very hard to make sure you are ok and if you need anything.

Harrogate pouring rain and the students had turned off the virtual queue as they said they had over 2 hrs wait and they could not take bookings because they can’t take bookings after 8:30. This was 6:20. Think they were being ageist. You can’t book yet they stop you with the virtual queue. Will not return to this chain as they couldn’t care less about genuine customers

Enjoyed a meal here with my friend on a weekday afternoon. It was quiet and our food arrived really quickly. The staff were friendly and the food was great as expected from a Nandos. Its also worth knowing that they do 20% NHS discount.

Having had two bad visits to the Harrogate Nandos it was a relief to revisit and have no issues. Clearly been a change in staff and in particular management. The meal was spot on especially the chicken livers. Let’s hope it stays that way.

Whilst in Harrogate we popped in for some lunch. We have eaten here before. We received a friendly welcome and a choice of seating area. No rush to order. The food arrived hot and as usual it was very good. The restaurant is very clean and and an amazing place to eat. I find myself looking around the place. Love the art on the walls.

Stopped off early for lunch. We were quickly seated and served. The food was the usual standards. Parking was around the corner so easy to get to.

My teens were delighted to drag me into Nandos after the place we were headed for was closed for a party. I can't fault the food we were served and I will be attempting to make my own spinach and chickpea dish as theirs was lovely. Service was quick, we left happy and decidedly full! Toilets are clean and very attractively decorated - never eat anywhere the toilets are grubby, the kitchen could be the same!!

We went for my beautiful daughters 9th birthday at her choice. Food was as you would expect, good but the service, or lack of, was not. We were not asked, at the table, after our food arrived, if all was ok and dispite me ordering a surprise Choc a lot cake for my daughter and asking at the till for a bit of a fuss and a candle the cake was plonked in front of her without a candle, or any kind of birthday fuss.in sight. Disappointing to say the least.

Very clean.Staff very polite.Food was very tasty. My daughter wanted more of a plain sauce and they explained which ones would suit her better. She liked it too which is a bonus as she is very fussy indeed.Toilets clean too. Families were in but they were left until they were ready to leave. They left a mess on the table and the floor but the staff just cleaned it up. No moaning. Just felt with it. I wouldn’t of left it myself if it was my children but each to our own.

Called in here for coffee and couldn’t resist having a blueberry scone. Very tasty, although would have been even better if it had been warmed up. Wish I’d asked when I ordered it. Friendly place.

Came to Nando’s for dinner on Friday night with family. Food was so tasty and we all enjoyed it. We had a lovely waitress, Alex. She was attentive and very friendly! Thank you Alex for a lovely time. Will definitely be back!!

Firstly I just want to point out that I absolutely love going to Nando’s and the four of us had arranged to go at the start of the week to celebrate a birthday. After sitting down at 2100hrs is one of us went up to order at about ten past. We are told there would be a wait on the whole chicken of 30mins which we okayed. After 30mins there was no sign of any food at all. At this point we asked if we could have something to put us on where we got a starter to share between four of us. After 50mins the food turned up. At no point during the evening were we offered any sort of update as to why the food was late and when we could expect it, nor were we offered any kind of apology. An absolute joke. When the food came it was great and I’m definitely going back again by which time I hope this is read by the management who in return kicks some life into their staff. Very disappointed

Great value took grandchildren for dinner they loved it so mant different choices we enjoyed our chicken too and with a refill every time on drinks is a good idea even though most of us had water

Dropped teen son off with his 4 friends for birthday tea. Atmophere great. They chose their food and drinks, I paid!! They loved the food and unlimited drinks and feeling grown up!!

As a South African who has been enjoying the distinctive flavour of Nando's chicken since the 90's, I am astounded that the brand has managed to maintain that consistent flame grilled chicken taste that we all love. Amazing how the brand has grown from humble beginnings in Rosettenville, Johannesburg. As a curiosity, I sampled their Prego roll (typical Portuguese steak roll) - surprisingly tender and tasty. Of course the chicken is always delectable. Just one problem : price. This has always been the Nando's challenge, in my opinion. Close on £9 for a modest chicken breast, then extra £2ish for sides such as coleslaw and mash. Bit too rich for my tastes.... I'll stick to Wetherspoons thanks. Oh, and service needs a kick up the wazoo also!

What an absolute shambles told would take 25 mins to be delivered, 1 hour 15 mins delivery arrives STONE COLD , whilst checking on line , repeatedly said waiting for driver, looks like food had been standing around for 50 mins , deliveroo absolute crap service , with a standard holding email , and a non answered phone when calling , Nando’s really ought to look for a better partner for deliveries , or not do deliveries at all ,

Appalling service, ordered from deliveroo, half missing (also half chickens missing from the menu). Michael the manager incredibly rude and unhelpful. Avoid. For once deliveroo came through and made amends, however our pregnant receptionist didn't get the Halloumi she was craving.

Typical Nando’s. Great for lunch when you want a tasty chicken dish. We had plain half chicken and chips and lemon and herb chicken livers, mash and macho peas. The chicken was nicely coloured and charred without being dry and there was a nice amount of sauce with the livers. Better cooked than we’ve had elsewhere so thumbs up. Didn’t take too long without being rushed and had a nice people watching table in the window. Toilets down a spiral staircase in the basement so a bit moist smelling and would be better if the stairs lit up fully as you went down but clean.

Lovely food as always. However, I was really annoyed at the lady manager, Nicky I believe her name is. Speaks to the younger staff like dirt on her shoe. She was ordering the young waiter around demanding he clean tables. This waiter was absolutely lovely and so polite. I work in a clinical environment and work with younger people/students and wouldn’t dream of speaking to them like that, especially in front of customers. I think someone higher up needs a word with her as it has put us off visiting again! Jobs worth.

Went here for the first time last week. I ordered the chicken mild with corn on the cobb and cold pressed apple juice. Loved everything but didn't know I could order leg and thigh instead of breast which I don't usually like. I liked washing my hands at the sink near our table instead of going to the restroom. Service was good. Poster painting near our table was dirty. Needed to be placed higher so no food or hand prints from children would make it dirty.

Me and my partner had already encountered one nightmare experience with a Deliveroo (dofferent restaurant) order dissapearing into the night... we decided to try again with Nandos. Deliveroo failed to send a 'rider' to collect mine (AND TWO OTHERS!) orders. Fortunately the staff of Nandos itself were excellent. They sourced my phone number and informed me clearly of the situation and how best to proceed. We collected our food which they had kept warm and enjoyed every bite!

Pitta come out cold with the humous, then before we even had a chance to eat half of it, the chicken come out burnt. Awful. Wouldn’t go to this one again

Service was quick and polite. Great choice of foods. Food was hot and tasty. Price was reasonable. Restaurant was clean. Free wifi.

We often go to Nando’s when we can’t be bothered to cook. Every time we go there is nothing negative to say. The food is great, the staff are great and price is great.

We went to this restaurant twice while visiting in Harrogate. One of the evenings, we were later trying to find a place to eat around 9 PM and this was the only place on a week night that we knew was open. We had the chicken wrap both times with cole slaw and chips that we shared around the table. We would visit again when we are in the area.

Food is generally the same in most Nandos. Service very quick on Harrogate even though busy Staff pleasant also

Visiting Harrogate for the first time my wife said she would like to try Nandos. When we arrived a waitress found us a seat and explained how the restaurant worked. We went up to order and my wife casually mentioned it was my birthday, the man serving asked where we were from and said the beer I ordered was on the house, our meal arrived and was very nice, the two waitresses came over to our table singing "happy birthday" and gave my a brownie with a candle and ice cream, this really made my day and we will be back at Nandos next time we go to Harrogate.

I don't have much to say. It's okay food but I've had nicer and it's expensive for what it is. I'd eat there if my friends insisted but I wouldn't choose to.

We were taken to a table by the window as we walked in so did not see the tills where you are meant to order and pay for your food. Waited ages for someone to come to take our order untill after a quick visit to down stairs toilet realised it was a fast food resturant after I noticed the tills at the bar. Several staff members passed our table and wouldve seen how long we were at with no food.abd couldve explained how to order. Food was average.

Me and my wife went this afternoon not usually a Nandos fan love the food but the service is TOO FAST my wife went to bar to order and before she had finished paying at till the "Starter" arrived QUICK !!! had a drink and one mouthful of starter and Main arrived (Now there is GOOD service and FAST service) sorry but Nandos need to ease of the pedal TOO FAST can't see us returning very soon such a pity because food was LOVELEY

We stopped ordering take away at this particular Nandos as something is ALWAYS missing from our order. Since everything is packed in little boxes or bags, I would have to spread everything out on the table (if one was available) to ensure every little thing was in there. Most times I would drive home only to find out whole meals were missing. Nothing is worse than unloading and handing out food to your kids only to find an entire kids order missing. I called and had to drive back (and parking was a nightmare alone) just to pick up my kids missing meal.

Have been a few times and the food is always good. But the size in sides seems to vary time to time. I was asked if I wanted to collect points with the card. I forgot my card and tried to add the points from the receipt but there was no code. They then gave me a piece of paper with a code thought I would do it at home. When I got home the code didn't work!! Always take your points card!!

We ordered the boneless platter on deliveroo I opened the delivery there was a note saying sorry only had 3 thighs not 4 I have put in an extra butterfly chicken in its place hope that's ok well it's not ok it's 4 times smaller plus you didn't even send the 3 thighs so I rang up to ask and a very abusive employee answered the phone I'm sorry but I wouldn't be ringing if I had received the order and also said I would have changed my order if you were out of stock of items not just fob off with smaller cheaper substitutes I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all waste of time and money

We are regulars here. We love the food and the staff.

We have had 4 awful experiences, once with takeaway and 3 times with Deliveroo. Being one of the few safe-ish places to eat with the amount of allergies our kids have between them, we use Nando’s on a fairly regular basis. Each of the last 4 times we’ve not received something we’ve ordered.

I came to Nando’s for my brothers birthday party, the food was incredible and service was quick. I would like to recommend Holly she gave us amazing service she was polite and very professional at her job. she recommended me to have the chicken wings as my main course as they are very good and she was right the chicken wings were outstanding, overall I’m very happy will come visit again. Thank you Nando’s of Harrogate I’ll be back very soon.....☺️

Just a fab place to pop in to have a quick bite whilst shopping in Harrogate. Quick fast and yummy, staff were pleasant and though it was busy we were seen to very quickly

Popped in for lunch and the person with me ordered and then I ordered.

Visited Nando's Harrogate at 9.30pm Sunday 22nd October 2017. Although supposed to be open until 10.00pm, I noticed most of the chairs were on the tables. All the staff were at the bar having a chat and on seeing me, the manager sent a waiter over to me. The waiter very quickly told me, it would take over 30 minutes to cook anything and they had a limited menu available. I decided to go elsewhere, fortunately there are several fast food outlets within a stone's throw, Five Guys and Wagamamas virtually next door. Having now read several other reviews of Nando's Harrogate, I'm glad I went elsewhere! This was to have been my first ever Nando's, based on this experience I will not be rushing for that first experience. Other restaurants are far more welcoming and deserve my custom. I complained to Nando's and their response was "We have a company policy to minimise our wastage, so hadn't anything to offer you. Hope you enjoyed your meal elsewhere!" I did and will be enjoying eating elsewhere in the future.

As soon as me and my partner walked into the Portuguese establishment we were both greeted by a friendly member of staff who walk us over to our seats; due to a small party in we had kindly requested to move seats - somewhere a little less facepainted. After moving seats we sat and enjoyed both our meals which were complimented by a plate of perfectly cooked hot wings and a cheeky bottle of wine.. the staff were first class and the customer service was top notch! I would definitely recommend! Ignore the haters! Like i said... finger licking good!

After a lovely trip to the Christmas markets on Sunday the 19th November, we decided to eat at Nando’s where we are very regular customers at a closer to home branch! The staff looked less than considerate for your time in the restaurant. I was less than impressed with the food as it was not to its usual standard. That night/early hours of the morning, waking in crippling stomach pain I spent the next 8 hours being sick. I was beaten and so weak for the next few days having to take time off work! Reading reviews I wish I did so earlier, uncooked meat and mouldy sauce bottles seems to be an occurring comment. Disgusted that such a wide branch could have given such an ordeal of an experience, very wary of visiting after this to what use to be our most visited restaurant at a closer to home branch.

I have eaten in several Nandos establishments in the North and have never normally had a problem...until my last visit to Harrogate. To begin with we were left standing in the entrance for probably ten minutes before any member of staff came over to tend to us. When they finally did we were seated on an un wiped table which might I add was left another 15 minutes (until AFTER we had ordered the food) to be wiped down.

Visited Nandos yesterday at around 1300hrs. Ordered and paid for the food without any issues. Ordered two drinks and got given the empty glasses to fill up. The Fanta had ran out in the machine. Informed the staff and was given a nee glass but they never refilled the Fanta orange or asked if we would like them too. Very poor customer service and no explanation given. Got to our table and grabbed a few bottles of Nando's sauce and there was a white stain all around the top of one bottle neck. My fiance opened the bottle and it was full of white mould! If we hadn't checked this not only us but other customers could have been seriously ill. The staff member came over and apologised and took the bottle away giving us another one. Didn't offer to take anything off the bill unfortunately. Food came and the haloumi starter was good. My double chicken burger was good, fries, mash and rice was good. The half chicken was not cooked well enough. One bit of chicken was so pink we had to leave it on the table. What a joke. At no point after our food was served did anyone ask us how it was. We left and nobody thanked us for our custom either. £30 meal not worth it at all. Very disappointed I feel robbed of my money to be honest. It wasn't busy at all so no excuses for the bad experience. Stay away from this place unless you want to be poisoned by mouldy sauce bottles or undercooked chicken and then not feel valued by the lack of interest from staff. Very concerning.

We visited the first weekend in September. Firstly there was no peri peri salt! At a Nando's! We ordered despite this (butterfly chicken and a beanie burger), disappointingly the food arrived lukewarm. The chips were cold and soggy, and the chicken was very gristly. The beanie burger was also nearly cold, and unpleasant to eat as a result. The corn on the cob was the only enjoyable part of the meal. Not once did any staff member approach our table or ask how the meal was, which is pretty poor service really. In all, a very disappointing experience in what is usually a reliable and enjoyable chain.

We went at 6 pm so quite early for dinner, but no crowd at all. Turned out to be lucky as later there was an hour wait for food. It would appear they do a really large amount of takeaways here. Air con was a bit extreme, so we moved. Another couple came later and they got it turned off which was good of the restaurant as otherwise uncomfortably cold. Food was the same as all other Nando,s. Delicious olives to eat while we waited for our meal. Always tasty well cooked chicken, as spicy as you require, with a choice of sides and a good glass of wine. For me, really enjoyable. I did not need a dessert so have no idea if they offered any. Usually like a pastis, but did not see any here. Service was good for us and the staff looked like they were working flat out, but some people were waiting quite a while and had been advised their food would be an hour which is excessive. Perhaps they need more chefs cooking and more staff to see customers. Big tip, go early if you can. We didn't have this trouble.

I have never been to a Nandos before so this was a first. The staff were very friendly and very fast service but my feeling was an expensive fast food experience. Very small portions, lack of caring about the presentation, a KFC without the box. Great to try but won't be rushing back again.

Order a platter which equates to 4 quarters of chicken. Asked for 1 plain for 5yr old who doesn't like spicy food, 2 medium hot and 1 hot. Initially 4 medium hot pieces were brought out. 2 were taken back when the error was pointed out. Then when the 'correct' chicken was brought out, it was 1 plain and 1 EXTRA hot. We were offered free desserts to make up for the error, but when the table was cleared we were left alone and no mention of desserts. Due to time constraints we decided to leave, disappointed with the service. The restaurant itself is spacious and well lit, and the seats in the window offer a decent view into the street. The chicken itself, when correct, is lovely and the peri-peri chips are amazing. May be sometime before I revisit this particular branch.

First time at a Nando's and we were seated straight away ,got the boneless sharing platter and a chicken burger , wasent aware you then go up to counter ,which means leaving all your shopping etc ,the food arrived quickly the chicken was really tasty the thighs a bit small but all really well cooked , got the posh coleslaw ,corn on the cob and the chips, seating a bit close if your wanting a good old putting the world to rights ,but to call in for a quick food fix it's perfect .

You wouldn't imagine there'd be much to get wrong at Nando's with such a simple business model and menu. I had the super salad with chicken. Barely any chicken and I was starving (five tiny slices, at £10) and the avocado was very under-ripe - hard and chewy. My daughter's meal was pretty much inedible - the sweet potato wedges were charred completely black and yet were soggy and limp like they'd been burnt then left on the side for ages. Her corn on the cob was dried up like it had been out all day. We all left hungry and disappointed. The only thing that saved the meal is the lemon and herb dressing, which I'd happily bathe in.

A well kept Nando's in the centre of Harrogate. Service seemed OK and the food well cooked. It could do, like all Nando's to get customer wifi in as you cannot, due to the poor mobile coverage in there, download the menu when you open the Nando's app.

First of all we usually like going nandos, and usually the service is bad but this time it was awful. The first complaint to be made is that they forgot a lot of people's food. At least three of our items were forgotten and when we received them, the server Marcus, failed to apologise about our wait and do checkbacks. If it was busy then we would understand as we work in hospitality ourselves, but there were not many tables so checkbacks should have been done. If they had we would have told the server about the missing food. Furthermore the drinks machines wasn't working which was not informed to me at cashier by Marcus and if it was broken the customers should have been updated. There should have been a sign on the machines or they should have come up to the tables as there weren't many and told everyone. It was only when I asked for a refund and management was refunding my drink that I received an apology. Apart from my houmous starter which was anything but generous that was slumped into one corner, the food was nice and hopefully next time the service will be improved.

However, this nando's had a peculiar smell, which was a little off putting while eating my meal... Enjoyed the meal nonetheless, as usual :)

Nandos is always good no matter wherever you are, they did forget to put my nandos points on my card though.

This was are first time in a Nandos and I can say that it was very good the waiter that took us to are table went though everything with us and made it feel easy I would tell you his name if I had it but he was in his twenty's tall with blond hair

Fast and friendly service from very polite staff. Food was great. Will be revisiting when next in the area and will recommend.

I was taken for my first visit to this restaurant as a treat by my son and family. Not knowing what to expect I was surprised to see you have to get all your own plates and cutlery and drinks yourself. The food came and we had ordered two platters. The potions of chips and salad were in my opinion small and the salad was very uninspired. Chicken was ok but ive had better for less money and better service. Altogether a bit of a disappointment and I wont be rushing back anytime soon. The cost I felt was too much for what we got. Sorry but its a thumbs down for Nando"s.

Had our first ever visit into a Nando's restaurant today and we weren't disappointed. The service was good, all the food tasty, hot and quickly served by pleasant staff. Busy even on a wet Sunday lunchtime, all ages enjoying the modern surroundings.Menu choices reasonable and lots to choose from.We got exactly what we expected from this chain of restaurants and would eat here again.

Another great meal, I love the Fino chicken as we are dieting at the mo and this option is perfect. For some reason there were a lot of staff behind the counter and no-one dealing with customers, just because it's quite you should still keep busy and on the ball not all chatting next to the grill

Visited on a Friday evening with friends. There was roughly a 10 minute wait for a table which is perfectly acceptable. We were provided with menu's whilst waiting and the staff were friendly and communicated well.All food provided within an acceptable time frame and food was hot. All additional requests from us through our meal was provided without any problems. Highly recommend.

Last time we visited we had a bad experience but as our teenager loves it we visited again. Restaurant not very busy but all staff looked like they did not want to be there. Food was average and over priced. Husband got half a pitta, my burger bun was hard. Chips were paltry portions and luke warm. Members of staff sat in restaurant, eating and chatting. Surely there is a staff room?Left feeling very underwhelmed.

Already in the first place I liked not, but I wanted give another possibility. But it has the last one. To start, garlic brad was like a stone, I think it was thawed at least the day before, I asked garlic brad, chicken and chips, one portion for adult and one for child, they took me two portions for adult pay nearly 24 p, not I'll be back '.

Does what you expect nandos the brand to do. Staff where friendly , food was what you would expect , service was quick and food was good. Only downside was our table was very sticky .

The chicken was so tasty, it melted in my mouth as I chewed it for at least 5 mind, the chicken was a nice lovely never ending soft delicious feeling, nando is the best in the world

Staff very friendly and helpful as we had never been here before and it was quite different. Food was ok and once food was ordered it came quite quickly. What I was disappointed in was that the tables were not what I would call clean and after seeing a member of staff clean a table by pushing crumbs and bits on to the floor and also on to chairs I knew why our table was sticky.
