We always come to this Nando’s as it’s closer to are home, I think for service and food it’s the best one Warrington to go to. I only know the one in Warrington town and Widnes , I think this one is the best one, can get busy tho! We usually come 4pm before tea time rush, and either when it opens or just after dinner. I think the food is good from here and cooked great- food is not over cooked like some of the Nando’s I’ve been to, very good when it’s super busy there quick getting that food out and very good with making sure customers needs are met at all times .

I recently visited Nando's at Junction 9 in Warrington Winwick, and it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. When I arrived at 4:50 PM, the restaurant wasn't even busy, yet the staff took their time attending to me. Despite making eye contact multiple times, it took them an unreasonably long time to offer me a table. When they finally did, their attitude was less than welcoming. Once seated, I noticed the floor was sticky, as if fizzy pop had been spilled and not cleaned up properly. This already set a bad tone for the meal. The service continued to be poor as I was informed that there was no salt or vinegar available in the entire restaurant, which seemed hard to believe. To make matters worse, when my food arrived, there were no knives or forks. When I asked for them, I was told to wait as they were still being washed. It’s unacceptable that the food was served before ensuring basic dining utensils were ready. As for the food itself, the quarter chicken was dry and overcooked, making it an unpleasant meal. The combination of terrible service, poor staff attitude, and subpar food left much to be desired. Eating alone, I would have appreciated quicker and friendlier service, but this was not the case. Given this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this Nando's location and certainly won’t be returning.

I have recently ordered from Nando’s junction 9 in Warrington for delivery, I had a message saying my food had been delivered but nothing was received, after contacting junction 9 they told me that once it had left with delivery company Deliveroo then there was nothing they could do. I have spoken to Deliveroo who said they left it at the door, unfortunately this is a lie as I am meant to give a code to receive my food and haven’t interacted with anyone. Both yourself and Deliveroo are external unhelpful and I think it is disgusting that I have to lose out on £20 for something I haven’t received. I will be in the process of trying to claim the money back from my bank but would like this matter escalated to someone higher

Ordered food online today. Chose the time of 8pm for pick up. Arrived on time and was told to wait, which is fine. After sitting for over 30mins I asked staff who were my order was. I also pointed out that many other people had had there order whilst I waited. On receipt of the order I asked if the fries would be good quality after such a long wait and was reassured they would. The order was then quickly sorted and passed to me. I asked my husband to call which he did and spoke to a George who he believed to be the manager in charge. George told my husband that the order had been repeatedly called (it had not, this was a blatant lie) apologised and sorted a small gift voucher. When we got the food home the sides were cold and the chips were like crisps. The restaurant was not even half full, this was just not acceptable. Very disappointed in this whole situation! Do better!

This nandos wasn’t only quick with getting us seated but also serving our food, the staff were lovely and made sure we were pleased with our food. My chicken wasn’t as hot as it could’ve been however it was still hot enough to eat (i may be picky when it comes to chicken). It was seasoned to perfection and the chips were boiling alongside the corn i had. 10/10 i would definitely come again

Poor service, poor food and extremely cold. Ordered food at the table via the app. Had to to go to the service till to get glasses for drinks. Only one meal arrived which was luke warm . When I went back to service till to ask where the other two meals were I was informed that only one meal had gone through even though our receipt clearly shows 3 meals. Food eventually came out . No knives snd forks available went back to till and asked who I thought was manager where to get cutlery from and was greeted by "oh" and then she walked off. Service was appalling . Main plates were not cleared away before our dessert arrived we had to ask the waiter to take them. The restaurant was extremely cold all diners were sat with coats on. NANDOS you should be ashamed of this restaurant not a good impression.

Usually good. But had to wait to be served for agers, left standing at the till. Finally served by assuming shift manager Faye, who came across abrupt and unapproachable. Was food was brought to our table, we informed the staff that there was no knifes n was told they was in the dishwasher. We was left over 10 minutes before we could eat and still wasn’t given a knife we just had to look out for them being put out. By this time the chicken had gone dry, chips cold and garlic bread cold also. While sat at the table the manager was cleaning another table close by and left the table tilted up and walked off, leaving the table to fall making a loud noise. We was not asking if we needed anything else when given the food and the staff walked away quickly. Again I was left standing at the till while the staff walked past without serving myself.

We arrived at around 7:20pm, they gave us our table (uncleaned) and straight after theu sat us down they asked us what we wanted, we wouldn’t have known what we wanted becuase they’d just sat us down. If they left it a minute, we would have been able to decide we were on the spot so we had to choose something we didn’t really want, when the food arrived it looked pretty nice actually ! The food was gorgeous and the medium spice is just right, will not be coming here again will be trying the Widnes one next time.

Considering the restaurant had only 3 other table containing 8 people the Gent servicing the front had to wait a good amount of time before one of the other servers to tell him to come take me too a table, ordered on line food took ages considering only 8 people in the restaurant, food missing it nicer thing like the nuts and bit on rainbow salad and hardly a dusting of peri peri on the chips , Other staff very helpful though at the end of the meal boxing my dessert to take away All in all not exactly the full Nando’s experience

Jamie (manager) was really friendly and made our meal out smooth. He was observant of one of our party who had additional needs and could not have been more caring. He went above and beyond (e.g. offering to fill our drinks for us, asking if we needed anything, generally smiling and warm attitude). He’s a credit to your company. Would definitely recommend this Nandos.

Be careful when ordering a bottle of wine in this restaurant as you will not be offered the house wine if you order white, red or rosè. When my wife ordered a bottle of white wine she was immediately served the sauvignon blanc at £28 a bottle and never offered the other choice at £18 a bottle. Poor customer service Nando's !!!!!

What has happened to Nando’s?! This was terrible. No soft drinks available , half the starters unavailable, red pepper dip off the menu altogether, houmous smelt off , chicken overcooked and under seasoned and the app to order wasn’t working. We used to love Nando’s and it had been a few years since we last visited, maybe this restaurant is an exception to the rule but I think it will many years before we visit again.

Visited fir lunch with partner he likes hot me not so much. Tried all the sauces they wasn't for me however the food was very good. The halloumi wedges was very nice and its all reasonably priced. Partner loves the Indian hot sauce

It's the first and last time I come to this Nandos. We had to wait for someone to ask what we had to do so she did politely asked my husband to go to the till. He ordered food was okay. Plates taken away but the wait for our desserts was terrible. No organisation there were two many people behind the counter seemed to be shying away from work. The food was piling up on the hot plate and nobody delivery to tables. The girl in the mauve blouse seemed to be over people but did not direct staff to deliver. Also everywhere looked dirty . I know the one in Stockton heath is smaller but much well managed and cleaner.

Went to Nandos with my partner after a day of running errands and shopping. I've been to many Nandos before so i know the drill. I walk in, friendly greeting, seated right away. Go to the til to order. There are two manned tils. One with a family ordering and one free. Go to the free one. As i get to the til the girl behind the counter looks away as someone behind me walks in and just says 'one sec' and walked round to see her friend or colleague who had just walked in. I waited about 3 minutes and she didn't come.back. Other staff behind the counter looked at me but no one came to take my order. In the end i had to go and queue at the other til. I've no problem giving staff a quick second to do something but just walking away from a customer is rude, to not come back or have someone else take your order is appalling service. Anyway, the girl at the other til although not the friendliest was very efficient and had my order through in no time. As she was taking my order though i saw staff in the kitchen messing about and one female staff member trying to pull the ear hair from one of the guys on the grill. Not hygienic and pretty off putting to see. Food came, usually I order the 1/2 chicken or similar. Tried the new Sunset burger. Was closer to a McDonalds breakfast sandwich in size and whoever made it just drowened it in sauce. Wouldn't order again. Sides were fine. Restaurant floors could have done with a mop I noticed just how young all the staff were. I'd guess the age ranged from 16-22. Thats not a bad thing but the vibe i got was more like they're all mates who didn't really care. Will definitely still go to Nandos. Probably wouldn't go to this one again though.

Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had at a Nando’s. We arrived at 8:40 and the restaurant wasn’t looking too busy. We asked for a table and were told 25 minutes which was okay it wasn’t too cold outside. There was a table in clear view which could have seated us but we were okay waiting outside as I do understand they need to follow their systems etc.We did get seated at 9:15 to the table that was in front of us the entire time. It had still not been cleaned. Again not that much of an issue, we wiped it ourselves. We’d ordered on the app by 9:27pm (from the receipt). We didn’t get our food until 10:15pm. The restaurant was practically empty at this point, there were only a couple of other tables in there. The food had been sat under the heat lamps for about 15 mins at this point. We did ask the staff if it was our food and they said they were “still working it out”. We finally did all get our food, some of it was the wrong order, again we knew from the receipt. I have worked in both restaurants and fast food places myself for multiple years and would never have let such bad service slide. They never even really apologised. I do get that there are extra restrictions for Covid etc. But they weren’t short staffed. Genuinely baffled by our experience, surely they must have targets for getting people seated and food out etc. Maybe it was just a bad day but it is considerably worse than any other Nando’s I’ve been too. Ive never had such issues in the one in Warrington town centre or the Trafford Centre even when there were twice the amount of customers and half the amount of staff! Hopefully more senior management will look into this

Hubby’s first visit to Nando’s and he was very disappointed and so was I . Seemed to be staffed as empty tables but had to wait 20 mins for a table this was fine as there was a bench outside . Before weI sat down staff member explained ordering to hubby . Felt this was not good device as I was standing behind him and missed it all . Table was sticky even though it had been wiped . We had to peel menu off . Ordered online which was easier as could see pictures or food. And add everything easy. Starters were nice I had the sweet potato wedges and lots of them nicely cooked but very salted . Forgot to mention that the waitress who brought them to us put them on a tray and told us to take them off ourselves . Not sure if this is covid reasoning but made no sense as she had already handled them and put them on the tray so would not have made much difference her taking them off the tray and serving them too us . Hubby had halloumi which was only 4 small fingers but the chilli jam was nice to go with it . I gave me half ofMy fries . Mains I had 1/4 chicken with peas and the peri peri fires . Hubby had a chicken. Burger and the peri peri fries. The fries spilt the meal . They are chips with a really salty seasoning thrown all over the top. I watched the chef do this on other customers food as we could see the serving hatch . Hubby’s burger was also in a very tough panini roll which he had to saw with his knife . As we were near kitchen the staff member handed us our food over the seating areas rather than bring it round. The plates were extremely hot and he warmed us as we grabbed hold of them ! There was no atmosphere in the place and felt like we would have had more service in McDonald’s. On our way home we ate some car sweets to get the salt flavour of fries out

Came in yesterday evening for a meal and was quite honestly shocked at the service. We were firstly told it would be 45 minutes for a table, absolutely fine we scanned the app and waited in the car. After an hour of waiting, the wait time was still "14-24 minutes" and kept increasing. I messaged them and was told we are just very busy. After another 10 minutes, I received a notification saying your host has increased your wait time by 50 minutes - at which point we went to ask what was going on. The host told us " people just aren't leaving". I work in a busy restaurant myself and understand the troubles - however if I have tables waiting, I politely ask people to leave and particularly during covid dining time SHOULD be timeboxed as it is in most other restaurants. I do not mind waiting, but do not tell me my table will be ready in 45 minutes, and then provide vague answers. Next, during our meal the service itself was questionable. Our food was delivered by a waitress who offered us no sauces,which again "can I get you anything else" should be protocol when delivering a meal, we had to ask her for them. We also had to ask for refills, despite our glasses being sat on the end of the table - even when our meals were delivered! Additionally, several waitresses just removing masks all the time, even in the restaurant, I get they can be uncomfortable for long periods of time - but stop touching your face infront of customers and removing your mask to talk to colleagues. The food itself was ok, garlic bread was burnt but besides that all was fine. I appreciate times are tough during covid and we are all getting used to a new way of service, however the service here was just not right, manners cost nothing.

I came in last night for meal with my partner young lady called Megan served us, can't fault her at all. I have recently had double knee surgery so wear a mask whenever I need to. Some of the staff were walking through with either there mask underneath their nose, wrong, or not at all. If we have to wear one going between tables, staff should. One staff member took things off the tray for another table, again wrong.

Jamie was a legend. Very polite member of staff who went above and beyond to ensure our food and experience was great. We felt very welcome by Jamie and the team and will be returning again. We usually eat at the Crewe store, but as it is closed at the moment, we thought we would go to this Nando’s one our day out. Jamie was friendly and a great face for Nandos, an asset.

I want to praise the staff & all the things they have put into place during covid. We visited as a couple & in all honesty could not fault a thing. The staff (especially the lady on the door) were pleasant, helpful in explaining the new system & polite. Have no worries about dining out here, we felt completely at east & that left us able to enjoy our meal. Great job guys & girls.

We have been here a handful of times since it opened. It is generally busy but we've always been found a table. Food is as good as any Nando's, is probably a mid-sized version of the restaurant, it's always clean and staff are welcoming.

We visited this Nandos this evening to celebrate a friends birthday prior to going out. We arrived at the restaurant approximately 6:10pm and were quickly seated and served. We had secretly given a waiter a cake to be brought to our table after our mains to surprise our friend for her birthday. Time began ticking on as we had been sat for some time without our mains being cleared from our table and we began to get anxious about having time to do the cake. Realising we weren’t going to have time, one member of our party went to ask for the cake back and was told it was just about to come out. Ten minutes later another member of our party went to just get the cake back to which they were assured they were just getting it ready and it would be out any minute. 10 minutes later, the cake still hadn’t arrived and we were late for our plans. We had to ruin the surprise for our friend and insist we got the cake back as we left. The server asked who’s birthday it was and replied with “that’s embarrassing” before coming back with the cake claiming he has just blown the candles out for us. The birthday girl was humiliated and saddened by the comment made and upset about the situation. Great food and service. Would've liked our cake though. Will not be hurrying back.

Went to this Nandos last Sunday and felt I had to write a review off this place... firstly the food was delicious, had a sharing platter and it was lovely, but more importantly the service was amazing, have never felt so welcomed by a Nando’s before! Was chatting to a girl around my age called Danni who couldn’t have been more helpful, had a nice chat and was just a great representation of Nando’s, I live in Leeds and was down for the day but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here for such a nice atmosphere !!

I came to the place, requesting table nearby socket, hence I have to work. I was looking forward to have my usual. I have met a host, who I asked for a table, apparently no table with socket has been available. I asked if there is socket nowhere else in the restaurant. I asked if I shall have a look around the restaurant myself. I do not know if unwillingly, but waitress went to check ONE corner of the restaurant. When she came back, she tried to explain to me that if the table will become to be available, I will have to either wait or it would not be worth to move me because my food will be ready anyway. This put me off completely. It cost you one customer tonight. I do not think that I would like to let people do decision for me.

Used this Nandos for dinner whilst staying at the nearby Premier Inn (Warrington Central North) on business, this Nandos is about five minutes walk and located on a nearby retail park. There is plenty of choice on the menu which is suitable for both adults and children. Your order is freshly cooked, served by friendly staff. Happy to use this Nandos again.

Visited as a group of 5 before heading to the cinema. All meals came out together which doesn’t happen at all Nando’s. Food was pretty standard as with all Nando’s. However the staff were great, our waiter James was polite and made sure everything was ok With the food.

Went on a Friday for a late lunch. Sat right at the back on a bench seat with tables in front . Although busy food served quickly. Had lemon and herb chicken breast in Pitta with savoury rice and garlic bread . Think it was actually medium hot ! It was good anyway. Partner had half chicken medium hot and peri chips with coleslaw. We like to share all the sides. The rice is very tasty very rich , the coleslaw very fresh . The house red wine is very nice and a bottle of Sagres all came to about £27 which is very good value. The staff are friendly and helpful and will serve you a second drink at the table when delivering your food . Love the decor of this Nando’s.

Went to Nando’s with a friend and I had a voucher to use from a family member. (I wasn’t sure how old the voucher was) when paying the voucher didn’t work, so the manager Ian came over and said if you call the number on the back see how much is on the voucher and you can pay at the end. So we discovered that it was actually out of date and not valid. I went back up to pay and informed Ian that it was out of date. He very kindly cleared the bill so it cost us nothing! It was lovely food and just lovely service all round. Ian you have made our Monday! Will definitely be back to this Nando’s!!

We love Nandos food so we go to Nandos at least once a week. As per usual we decided to grab a quick meal in Nandos on the 15/09 at 10:30. When we went into the restaurant the staff looked annoyed at the fact that we went in at 10:30. Our food was cooked and left in the warmer while the staff was passing by our food. By the time our food arrived it was cold and it wasn’t the spice we requested. We were very disappointed with the service we received and dint think we Will ever return to junction 9 Nandos.

Been here a few times and each time it goes down another notch, this time we had sticky tables from the heat ( a cloth might help ) then our lunch sat in the pass for at least 8 minutes, while the staff ambled around and at points nipping in the kitchen to pop in a mouthful of food or two. Not the best image staff eating while food is getting cold. I feel sorry for the chefs, working hard to get the orders out quickly only to be sat there for minutes on end. £45 lunch, for Luke warm food, and ambling staff.

I have been here a few times now and if possible I try and go to the one in the town centre. I have had a couple of good meals here (hence the 3 stars), but the majority have been poor. The chicken has been dry and bland, to the point I've had to drink more just to get the chicken down! The chips are usually overcooked, one response to this was "the fryers are on a timer so they can't possibly be overcooked" despite the fact that the chips were very dark brown and some of them were so crispy they were inedible.

Visited on our way to the cinema. Very busy so obviously popular but we won't be back. The tables were sticky (the girl did try to clean it again for us but blamed the sun shining through the window for making the tables sticky). It made the table feel dirty even though it probably wasn't. The service was slow, probably because it was busy and the seating quite uncomfortable. Felt it might be somewhere for younger people and families rather than an older couple like us. We like Nandos but not this one.

Needed a quick lunch and tried this new Nando’s . The staff were welcoming and the decor trendy and exciting in contrast to the retail park it sits in . Beautiful lamps and paintings! Had a special pitta with chicken and haloumi cheese which was served quickly. It was hot and tasty. Had free chilled water . The counter with all the sauces and utensils had a copper sink for washing your hands . This is a really welcome addition to the area.

Yeah I’m going to this nandos quite a lot of recent for my takeaway tea, so yeah the food is delicious, the staff are always nice and the place does look good, I’ll sit in and eat at one point

Better layout than Warrington and helpful staff. Always a queue on Friday or Saturday evening but it moves quickly and they are honest about the time. In fact they over estimate waiting time. Some teething troubles at the start (ran out of chicken on the bone) but it seems to run like clockwork now. All the staff are busy, no hanging around chatting to each other. Good value and I don’t agree with others about portion size. They seem to be big portions to me and I’m greedy! It can be cold with the air con but just ask them to turn it up/down and they seem used to the request. Does what it says on the tin and half a chicken and the superfood salad only 750 calories. Feels like a blowout when it’s not too bad for the diet. Just don’t have a pudding! Good if you like chicken!

In a nutshell, this experience was like every other Nando's experience- really good! The food was delivered relatively quickly based on the fact that it was very busy. The customer service was especially brilliant as always; as previously a slight slip-up was made in the timings of our meal which was quickly resurrected through a voucher for 2 free meals. The staff were helpful, friendly and showed good communication skills. The actual food was really lovely and I really enjoyed the experience.

We were staying in a local hotel which was near and we decided to get a bite to eat in Nandos. The place is well presented and was very busy in which we were happy to wait around 10 mins for a table..Once seated we were able to place our order and the food arrived promptly and quicker than expected...My Initial order was incorrect in which I didn't receive a side that I was expecting but when highlighted this was rectified without question and promptly brought down my side apologising again...This was really appreciated and delivered with great customer service..Food was tasty as you would come to expect from Nandos and if I was in the area again I would have no hesitation in using.

Very expensive for family of four.At least £8 for small chicken or burger with fries or a side a further £3.Chips arrived luke warm chicken was small in size and tough.Definitely would not recommend it go back.However the staff were friendly.

I went to nandos for a meal and i was surprised how well you get treated when you get in the restaurant you get served straight away and they look after you and the food very good i would recommend anyone to go there for a meal

We go regularly for Sunday roast. I will start with the positive, the beef was lovely. The problems, Broccoli was undercooked. The potatoes were not roasties, the ywhere salad potatoes with skin on that looked like they had been deep fried. I also got 2.5 of them. Yorkshire puddings where flat and doughy. In addition serving included mashed carrots and a few brussell sprouts. I left hungry, this is not acceptable and we will be going elsewhere. I was still hungry and went to the Roast shop in Golden square. Their roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings were amazing.

Had two pizzas from here a peporoni and chicken the chicken pizza was a disgrace considering how much you pay for each pizza there was hardly any chicken on it at all and the crust round the side went was enormous which meant you only had a small amount of pizza with anything in. The pizzas are very expensive and we do buy them as a treat now and again but you expect lots of toppings for the price. I will never use dominos again my advise is nip into Asda they have great pizzas made to order with lots of toppings and a quarter if the price don't bother with dominos particularly the birchwood one.

Always order from this dominoes never had a problem before, food arrived , pitza was folded over and broken, chicken wings were covered in fat and leaking fat , had no skin on them through them in the bin, won’t be ordering from dominoes Stockton heath in a hurry, put most of the food on the bin , should be ashamed to send out food to regular customers in this condition
