Nando's in Sandwell

Nice looking inside and busy as it’s the only place open in centre of West Bromwich at 8pm We got sitting pretty quick. Ordered on app. The food came in reasonable time . Half a chicken, fries, mac and cheese , side salad , halloumi and gravey. The side dishes were really small and as for the gravy which normally comes in little jug came in a very small bowl half full and we complained to the waitress who in all fairness bought another full fill small bowl . She seem to be the only one doing everything. I went to get cutlery and there’s no knives. Some of forks are dirty and the sink next to it to wash your hands smells foul. Overall not a pleasant visit

My first time in Nando’s with my partner. Such a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was fast and efficient from all the waiters. Kyran who took care of our table was exceptionally attentive and helpful. Will definitely come back!!

Perfect atmosphere for couples, families and single people. Clean, easy to find and well located in the heart of West Bromwich shopping centre.

Would not even give them 1 Star !!!! Placed an order and had to wait over 2 and half hours for delivery, time on the delivery app changed about 5 times had to ring head office 4 times and said when the food arrived ring back to let them know,, food arrived all cold rang head office again which was situated in the Philippines 😂 said they would refund £17 pound for the cold food all of it was cold and to be offered just a small amount after a £60 pound bill is discussing !!!! Never ordering from West Bromwich branch again !!!!!
