One of the better takeaways in the area. Takes card payments, which is a bonus along with the free prawn crackers. This time our Yuk Sung was superb but the Singapore noodles were a 'bit mushy' which was strange. Curry sauce didn't taste as good either and was quite watery. Will pop back soon and see how things compare.

Right jasmine house is terrible, the proprieter their does not speak to customers well or at all. the woman (most likely the mother) is very rude screaming and shouting. the young lady is the only decent one there, she was respectful while the others were arguing at me. They do not listen to your order and shout at you when they make mistakes themselves. Very very rude. Not helpful at all DO NOT GO THERE. PASS THIS POST AROUND if you read it before this post is probably taken down MY STAR RATING --- 100 do not go there very bad 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒

Instead of arguing with your customers the professional standards of a business would be to politely explain your point of view and apologise for any miscommunication, not scream and shout at your customers and argue with them, whether they are right or wrong. What was a polite conversation turned into a full scale screaming match. The young girl at the front did not seem to appreciate any confrontation yet the male and female was screaming and shouting. There was absolutely no need to speak to a member of my family like that. Completely unprofessional and rude. Your customer service skills tonight have been entirely inappropriate. Just because you own a business does not mean you can talk to your customers however you like when they politely come in and ask a question about a misunderstanding. Very disrespectful and absolutely no need for such a simple thing to turn into an argument.

Vegetarian food was amazing and the service was quick and easy. I definitely recommend ordering from here. Noodles and mushroom curry were decent with a huge portion size.

Salt and pepper chips were piping hot. The famous Ryan Trahan was in the establishment; a food cuisine connoisseur. Overall, service was good, respectful, waiting time wasnt too long. Food was amazing, a classic chinese cuisine, even said by MrBeast and Gordon Ramsey themselves.

The curry trays with chips and rice are beautiful. Had a set menu for one. The chicken and mushroom “sauce” was basically water. The rice was ok and below is a picture of the spring roll. Inedible, greasy and just vile. If they taste test their own food I’d be shocked.

Salt an pepper chicken was just batter no chicken will never order from them again how is this salt an pepper chicken then they keep hanging up on me

Disgusting we found a black long hair in the food which was the same hair the woman had who was cooking our food. I am blonde and my partner who is a male has short hair. I have a picture of this too if it is needed. 🤢

Lovely food nice and hot friendly staff

Ribs, chicken satay were over cooked. The yuk sung was extremely bland, all the food was cold. The delivery driver was very unfriendly. Wont be using again.

Friendly staff but the satay chicken had no sauce and bbq spare rib Was dry as old boots won't be using again unfortunately

Asked for no onions in my chicken curry as I’m allergic, after getting home found there to be onions so could not eat it.

Just minging no taste to the beef curry at all avoid if u want taste

WASTE OF £14! Horrible cheap food! Ordered a King Prawn fried rice, £6, barbecue spare ribs and a plain, No-veg chow mein on Sat 13 April 2019. Poor food quality! Total £13 and £1 delivery charge. The food was tough, cheap and looked like a dog had chewed it! The ribs were so dry and old, the fried rice was dry and messy and the plain chow mein was a strange brown colour! RANG UP AND COMPLAINED SUN 14 APRIL, their staff was rude and ignored our complaint! What a waste of our money! Never again! Maple Chinese in B67 is the best, but it was closed! Pity

Good takeaway and I use it often, very good value for money when you collect as the prices differ online for delivery and it's always ready in under 20 minutes. The food is always hot and delicious however, it only gets 3 stars because there is a slight dip in food quality in their busy periods which is understandable with such a small kitchen and there is only ever 2 people working in there. They're fast but I'd rather them take the little extra time to make the food just right which they manage perfectly when they aren't busy. Other than that, I really can't fault this great little takeaway and would definitely recommend.

We ordered from here before, food was great and lovely service however the second time we ordered it was a nightmare. The food wasn't very nice and she had forgotten our spare ribs we ordered, we rung and asked for the spare ribs and the woman started arguing on the phone, ridiculous and unprofessional. Never ordering from here again!!
