The delivery time kept changing, when I went on to place the order I was told between 10 and 20 mins. After I placed the order I was told 30 mins and then 40 mins and then 20 mins and then 30 mins. when the food arrived 50 mins after placing the £17 it was all cold and I was offered a refund of £1.92

missing all the dips requested

Delivered wrong order never received my food and have yet to receive a refund. Not happy

absolutely shocking didnt give me my ice cream i ordered and the man was rude told him my number and he stood there giving me riffy looks discrasfull behaviour not impressed.

when order was placed at 12:07 delivery time was 12:30, it arrived at 13:15 and food was cold, I've had to microwave all of the food to get it to an acceptable temperature to eat. very disappointed this time

quality is adequate considering the prices. barely warm

No toys in happy meals. Plus no sweet curry sauces (3 sauces ordered and paid for separately!). Disappointed yet again when it comes to items missing!!

Didn’t receive any of my sauces and got apple juice instead of orange juice

My house is a 5 minute drive from the McDonald's I ordered from. I struggle to get around so this was convenient for me and my grandkids. Every thing was cold and a few items were incorrect resulting in the children not eating their burgers

Fries were soggy and not salty like usually are and more like potatoes then usual -very hard to eat, burgers were fine and could eat easily but overall the meal was only a tad bit cold but still eaten cuz of the price.

Big Mac was thrown together with no care and in the wrong order (two dry buns together followed by everything thrown in and then the final bun). They also forgot the chips. I know it’s McDonald but show some care and take pride in what you do.

Everything was fine, barring in the driver dropping my food in my porch as he just handed me the bag without checking on I had it first. Was not sympathetic at all didn’t even apologise.

Originally it was only supposed to take 20 minutes but it took over an hour to arrive instead. All of the food was cold and inedible.

Order completely wrong but cannot fault the delivery time.

The driver left the food on the floor downstairs of the flat and just walked away I'm not happy with that as anybody else could of just took my food

the drivers keep going on the wrong road when I'm tracking where they are, by the time I get my food it's cold.
