Ordered at 8.41 never got the food tried to call them about 5/6 times didn’t answer once

Ordered food at 19.00 it is now 21.35 still no food. I can go asda and back and make my own food by the time they'll actually deliver it. Wouldn't recommend.

Worst service I've ever received, ordered 3 times and every single time there was an issue where they wouldn't even start the order until I arrived to collect. 3rd time was the last straw, ordered 2 piece chicken, 2 strips chips and a drink. Got home and saw I was only given 3 strips and chips. When calling up they said they dont have a driver to send the 2 pieces of chicken and then hung up me. Avoid at all costs, not worth the amount of issues they cause and outright disrespect towards customers. Clearly a reason why I never see customers in there.

I ordered food waited 1hr for it to arrive and it was cold and wrong. The customer service is terrible told us we couldn't get food and had to go through different company for refund Would not recommend 🤬

Fantastic tasting Chicken Wooper meal, the chips were really nice I chose peri peri, I chose spicy version of a Burger meal and I really enjoyed my meal here last week.. Recommend to all, great customer service and great presented food loved the experience here.. Felt the need to give 👍 thumps up and 5 star review. See you again this week..

Succulent tender chicken at its finest, never disappoints, my personal fave is there chicken fillet wraps with lettuce & beetroot drizzled in spicy chilli... 🤤😌

I travel nearly 10 miles just to enjoy their food and good swift service, the burgers are cooked to perfection the fries are fresh and crunchy and the milkshakes are very tasty, would recommend to anyone.

Really really bad experience with you i will never order again from you first time you said driver is lost and delivered it to the wrong address and then 2nd time you say driver is on the way but never arrives and then the 3rd time one of your staff member calls me and tells me my food will be there in 15 minutes but then again it comes at 00:45 which is literally more than 1 hour 30 minutes late !!! I have complained it to the deliveroo and hope they deal with u so you understand the value of other people’s time !!!!

Had to share! Our first food review so will keep it Short and sweet (Just like the deserts!); The meat was amazing and was fresh! Burgers were well prepared and can tell effort was put into the food! Would highly recommend and the best food in the local area!! PS: Try the Donor meat it’s incredible!

Fancied a change in food. So thought try this place out . Food was prepared perfectly, burger was so delicious , also husband would reccomend red Donner never tried before but WOW Deserts are nice. Clean takeaway , friendly stay . But the one thing I did notice was all staff were wearing gloves and masks which i think is amazing , as previous places i have been in the staff didn't wear any protection . Keep it up guys I will be back for more waffles 😁

Felt the need to post this review even though I’d never usually post a review about a fast food takeaway because it mattered to me and was noticed that the staff here actually seem to care a bit more. The burger wasn’t just thrown together in the usual disorganised way. There was plenty of lettuce and sauce too. Friendly staff as well. Great simple menu to choose from (took me ages to decide which burger to have though because they all sound so good). Some amazing sauces to add to your food We got a collection to take home and our food was ready in 20 mins, freshly cooked, well packaged and served with a smile.

Never ever will go here again! 4 guys behind counter and no1 had a mask on or gloves. No social distance for customers in shop and they allow as many customers in. They frankly don’t care! Food was poor to, my fries were taken out way to early and were really soft and oily.

Absolutely agree theres no safety measures here and whatever people comment there entitled to, so why are u lot commenting bak to customers and sound like threatening them. Awefull shop!

Disgusting service. They firstly make a kid answer the phone who hasn’t heard of customer service let alone provide it. Not his fault his forced to do this. Then the deserts turn after being advised upon ordering it will be 30 mins, around 1 hour 40 mins later. Complete joke! Worst dessert place in town, worst place in Sandwell. Stay away. If you want deserts 3 hours later or don’t arrive then order, check out the Just Eat review before even placing a order.

After an issue with just eat the shop were fantastic and solved my order issue amazing food and really good customer service deffinately recommend.

The name is very deceiving unfortunately! The chicken was so tough and dry and the chips weren't really cooked properly. The guy serving me asked me 5 times what it was i ordered even though it was 3 items and they were all to di with chicken, i waited 15 minutes for it and thought it wasnt worth the price at all. Dont bother going here!

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have to rate it to post a review however my rate is 0 stars. Very very disappointed overall with the food and dessert. The only decent thing was the fries if that. The food was cold by the time I got home and I live 0.5 miles in distance. The burgers are not labeled so had to open all of them individually to find out whose burger was whose. The sauces and drinks were all placed in the same bag and one of the sauce packets had split so this went over the drinks. Not a great start to this take out. I ordered two Ferrero Rocher waffles which came with ice cream. The waffle was greasy and the Ferrero rocher well there was hardly any of that it seemed they used one and cut it up and spread it over the whole waffle then added peanuts to it. The ice cream was placed in a small tub which was broken. There was hardly of that either. They may good value when it comes to price however the quality of food is ridiculous. They don't have a standard. When I called to let him know, the guy wasn't fluent in English, didn't take on board what I had to say or offer any form of resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and he is very rude. For anyone reading this take yourselves over to KFC or Frydays as you know what food to expect. To tenders chicken reading this there is no need to copy and paste your response from previous reviews or to write a justification response unless you are offering a full refund as you never met the expectations your leaflet states, I.e with the picture of the beef wooper burger you get cheese, lettuce, red onions, gherkins, ketchup & mayo. The burger i received today was without the onions, gherkins and ketchup. They don't meet the expectations set. False advertising and food that doesn't taste great either. 0 stars from us right here

Nasty Chicken smell like plastic no taste beurk!!!!

First time tried this restaurant the chicken wings had a plastic odour and the the chicken tenders where hard the burgers where decent however deeply disappointed In the quality of food and inside hygiene is low dirty table and chairs and door handles.

Vestige healthcare, we work at the care home close by, Food is very Good Best chicken and chips shop in Tipton, friendly and honest staff, food is just delicious, we go there ever night to get our food, keep up the great work guys, I'll recommend you anytime, peri peri chicken finger licking, 👍👍👍👍, chips is just lovely, freshly made to your order

Good was on time, friendly staff, food taste really good. Over paid the driver on delivery and they was so honest my next order was made for the change £10 and was hassle free. Would be ordering again.

My husband ordered on the just eat App for the food to be delivered at 12:15am and it said on the app delivered called the restaurant to say where is the driver has he delivered the food but the phone just rang out.. He works for the NHS at a hospital he has set breaks He put clear instruction as to where to deliver and to call me when the driver is outside also left my number but no food and no response I’m disgusted by this I will be visiting the store for a refund and I will be contacting the FSA for poor practice. The lady turned up at 1am after my husband finished his break I am very disappointed by this service.

Delivery was 30 minutes late. The driver put that it had been delivered, when it hadn't. Chicken wings and chips, were vile and soggy. Will never be ordering from here again!!!

I've ordered last week it was nice food. place was clean. it was actually last day for them to trade because this shop is shut down due to CLOVID 9 (virus) on ordered by government. Can wait for them to be reopen again . Best place

Woman was absolutely rude over the phone. Cancelled the order without telling us and ended up waiting 2 hours before we found out. Went to the store very dirty and delivery drivers handle the food themselves in their own clothes. Very unhygienic and unprofessional. Do not order from here! 0/5

I aBsolutely Love this place! The food is so so so tasty - its better than Nandos Hands Down! Their meat is juicy and succulent - they definately make their food fresh unlike most places! The manager is a star too he knows how to deal with customers and goes out his way! 100% recommend this place to everyone and anyone out there! The food will keep u coming back!

The first time i ordered a waffle from here sent my son in, i saw several customers coming in and out having been served.. 20 minutes later my son was still waiting for the waffle... went in to ask what was taking so long.. to find the waffle sitting on the side while the person served other customers. When i finally received the waffle it was cold, having complained was told that it was the person in the kitchens fault, so was told they would replace it however i didn't have another half an hour to wait around for a waffle to get made therefore declined! Today i thought we would give tenders a second try... BIG MISTAKE!! Ordered peri chicken, chicken popcorn, and few burgers.. literary could not eat any of the chicken burgers or peri chicken as they were so dry tasted like plastic DISGUSTING..!!!! And the chicken popcorn tasted like rubber.. considering the prices they are charging all our food went in the bin as the whole family were so disappointed due to the food being inedible!! What a complete waste of my money.. Never again!! Will definitely stick to royals next door better quality food for half the price and excellent service compared to the poor service at tenders.. DO NOT GO HERE.. you will be disappointed.. they don't deserve the 1 star only gave that as had to, to be able to leave a review.

I saw them microwave my chicken wings

The first time I ordered when they opened the food was good but on the second occasion, the quality and customer service was terrible. The food was cold and had been sat there for god knows how long. I called up and complained - the person that I spoke to was uninterested and did not offer an apology. He said that a delivery was given to me but could not tell me why this was the case or why it wasn't made fresh. He offered to make me another fresh order but I stated I am unable to go back to the shop and wanted to complain about the poor quality of food. After this he hung up! Really disappointed by the lack of interest and care to take on customer feedback. I am very shocked that their service has dropped after only being open for a few weeks! I will not be going back and will not be recommending to my friends and family.

Yes This place has finally opened .yet to try everything on the menu but so far so good.everthing made fresh to order, burgers are amazing especially the belly burger and whoppers, fries are are delicious and always piping hot ,the waiting times can be a bit lenghtly but always worth the wait .parking can be a issue as there is limited parking spaces outside the takeaway , advisable to preorder or have home delivery

Tenders thanks for good food and great service. best food around in dudley/tipton/west Bromwich. Worth the price. Chicken legs are delicious. Also Try beef wooper/chicken wooper and burrito wrap and rice. Keep it up guys. Will defo order again. Highly recommend.

Food here is AMAZING. Ordered lots of food such as wings, donner and burgers. All succulent and made fresh. This restaurant is pretty good. Make sure whenever you go, you either buy the "Beef or Chicken Woopers". One of the best munch on the menu.

Best food best service better then kfc and much better then Royals
